Les hôtels sont une entreprise difficile, c'est triste que je fasse un commentaire 2-star. Nous allons d'abord considérer l'entreprise. La plupart des entreprises font une chose, ou deux au plus, et c'est leur objectif. Les hôtels doivent fonctionner bien de nombreux aspects : nettoyage, blanchisserie, maintenance d'infrastructures, réparation de toutes les chambres et de toutes les salles de bains, TV et climatisation, rénovation, exploitation d'une cuisine qui fait de la nourriture 16 heures par jour. Il y a alors le personnel de gestion, la planification et la coordination des professionnels, les fournitures alimentaires de gros. Et puis, la commercialisation et la publicité, les réservations, et tous les administrateurs de tous ces aspects. Le Bordeaux est combattant. Mon chambre avait des bugs, des moules, des planchers non broyés, des lumières brisées, des serviettes frigorifiques et filables, de la poussière et de la poussière. AirCon n'a pas refroidi la chambre. Wi-Fi était mauvais. L'hôtel est à une intersection occupée et, bien qu'ils ne soient pas responsables des cornes de 6h à 11h, les fenêtres ne sont pas sonnées isolées. They helped us with the trekking and we had a really nice tour. When we came back we didn't had another night booked but they still let us use their shower! After that we booked a bus but it got cancelled and the homestay immediately helped us. He booked a bus for us last minute. Great service! Also the people here speak really good English. The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The hospitality was amazing. They helped us with navigating our way. First day we had an amazing native guide who spoke great English. She took us on a six hour tour through the mountains and three villages and we had lunch prepared by a local member. She was able to share information and customs. The farming of rice fields. The second day we hiked to two waterfalls and rode the cable car to the top of a mountain. Longest cable car. We enjoyed the end of each day with a swim in the pool. Their restaurant food was really good. Mostly their local organic food. The gardens are stunning. Loved our cabin and views of the rice fields and mountains. And we were greeted by the owner on our last night and toasted with her special rice wine. Highly recommended. Especially if you want a quiet stay from the busy downtown area.
