« We travel with a family of 6 (with 2 below 6 years old) & took the family room. The room was rather cram but it’s ok for just a 1 night stay. We were greeted with a flight of stairs before reaching the reception. Check in process was smooth and fast. I will list the Pros and Cons of the hotel below. Hope it helps! Pros - Good wifi signal - Location: just beside bubble tea shop, along it are massage parlor (good ones!), hair salon and established bakeries. Easy to get to Mid Valley, KSL, Pelangi mall etc via grab. The location of the hotel is quite centralised. - The staffs don’t look their part, but they seemed approachable. - Water dispenser available Cons - No toilet paper - Leaking bidet - No water heater - Experienced an hour of blackout (no aircon/lights) at midnight and hear commotion outside so it’s not “noise proof” Come back? Maybe not. »

« I am a solo biker doing shift work in the next country so I book resorts and suites on the weekends, Le Grandeur stands out as my favorite location in Johor because it is very exclusive location and away from the crowds. Because it is situated in nature the resort has a very temperate climate, on my day of arrival it was foggy after the rain and it really felt cooler than Cameron Highlands using natural ventilation. You will barely need the air con in the room and just set it 30 degrees and maximum fan for circulation will do. The service standards are very high, polite and efficient to all nationalities of guests and feel very welcome when the front desk agents understand I want to be a little cautious and quiet around people. I will definitely be back for more staycations! »

« We headed to R&F link bridge from CIQ-City Square mall right after we were informed check-in is available around 2pm+.  We were quite disappointed with the long walk with breakage of the link bridge due to RTS construction works ongoing. The long climbs of stairs down then up to the continuation link bridge is rather a hassle especially for guest who carries luggage as we have seen along the way. Luckily we only carried light backpack as we only stay for one night. The procedure of checking in to R&F Princess Cove is rather simple by following a step-by-step instruction via WhatsApp. The unit assigned to us is at B1-1 Block on the 33rd floor. It was right after the rain stopped when we reached. There is a broken-handle window along the corridor hence not properly closed.  The heavy rain has actually poured onto the corridor flooring and we almost slipped as we didn’t see the patch of water. The unit assigned to us was according to our request (away from lift, non-smoking & high floor).  The unit we should say, is well maintained, clean and really nice!!! The only flaw is that the seaview is not as expected (only a slant opening seaview perhaps). The only bedroom ceiling light cum fan is great. However, the bedroom entrance downlight electrical point is tied to the ceiling light cum fan which the entrance downlight can’t be switched off when the fan is in operation during sleep….anyway, we turned on the aircon thereafter in order not to be affected by the glaring bedroom entrance downlight. Even there are 2 pillows each, they are rather too soft and we couldn’t sleep well.  Apart from the above, we enjoyed very much at the Living and Kitchen areas where we watched TV drama & having our meals. The next morning while heading out to walk around the premises, a pale stale stink smell from the rubbish chute on our level can be smelt while waiting for the lift to go down…… The exterior environment of R&F Princess Cove (phase 2) is comfortable especially on the 8th floor where gardens, swimming pool, gym, viewing deck, jogging track and link bridge to R&F mall are resided. One thing to praise is that R&F Princess Cove has friendly, nice security guards and staffs who have communicated via WhatsApp, thumbsup!  Overall we think it is good to stay provided the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove link bridge is complete. »

« Nous apprécions toujours nos séjours à l’hôtel Renaissance. Le personnel attentionné et la cuisine délicieuse ne manquent jamais d'impressionner. Notre seule suggestion serait d'envisager d'enrichir l'offre de soirée au salon club. Merci. »

« Check in process was smooth and we were very happy with the hospitality. Every staff has a big smile on their faces. We were then greeted with complimentary fresh and warm signature cookies upon arrival which really brightens our day! The room was overall clean although the hotel itself is a bit dated, the windows and wallpaper were old and worn off. Well maintained I would say. Hope they could do a bit of refurbishment or upgrading works to give it a new face lift! Shower pressure was also great needless to say. We would stay again in the future! »

« Il est resté ici pour une nuit en raison d'un atelier de voitures dans la zone proche pour éviter les jambes de week-end. hôtel décent pour un séjour de nuit, Cependant, la cloche de la douche. Causant une inondation dans la salle de bain pendant la douche. Le chauffage de l'eau ne semble pas fonctionner bien. L'eau froide est la plupart du temps. Le lit / la pâte est parfumée. Avec le prix payé, on ne peut pas attendre beaucoup. Plus de points, parking d'hôtel. »

« The good: comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48. The bad: Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic. Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that. Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card. After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”. The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere. Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic). Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff. »

« I recently stayed at a place and it truly earned its five-star rating; the facility was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. It's also conveniently located near a mall 🛍️, making it super easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The location itself is fantastic, offering easy access to many attractions. Plus, the room service was impressively good, always prompt and the food was delicious. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it. »

« Chambre simple avec chauffage instantané et aircondition. Gel de douche et shampooing fourni. Dispenseur d'eau (chaud et froid) disponible dans le lobby de l'ascenseur. Il y a des chambres qui sont sans fenêtre, pas de problème pour nous. »
