« L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout. »

« Service: From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the service we received from different staff members was professional, polite and personable. Our room (942) was spacious, adequately clean, had comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a partial view of the sea, amongst others. It was lovely to have been able to sit by the window with a drink and take in the view while being grateful for the lovely room assigned to us. :) Breakfast: A self-service chicken noodle station was an interesting feature. Although it was self-service, the kind staff at the egg station went out of his way, literally and figuratively, to make me a bowl of yummy noods as soon as he discerned a culinary disaster was in the making courtesy of yours truly! That gesture of kindness, and many others from the rest, made this stay memorable and filled my heart with fondness for this place. BWH will not be a place I'd go to for a time of mall crawls, cafe hopping or even choice eateries. However, it's a place I'd return to for quiet rest, friendly and kind service that uplifts my soul, and maybe to flex my culinary inadequacies. Just changed my mind - I'll leave the culinary portions to the professionals instead. Oh, and do not miss out on the Healing Garden on the 7th floor. It's a lovingly and thoughtfully tendered private garden - one that will put a smile on your face regardless of your age. This is the first time I've been to a pool area that you'd enter after passing caged chickens, rabbits, birds and a garden that grows herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowering plants! ❤️ If you get to meet the brains behind this Eden, Mr Subra, do stop and have a chat with him. You'll be glad you did so. Fun fact - Mr Subra had named most, if not all, of the animals in his garden. Probably even named the arowana on the 5th floor! There you have it - Berjaya Waterfront Hotel - a place of kindness, healing and rest. »

« La vue n'est pas terrible mais nous avons eu un étage élevé, donc cela nous a fait surveiller les commodités à proximité. Les centres commerciaux sont à proximité. La propreté de l'hôtel est bonne. La climatisation est bonne. Le personnel est sympathique. Le canapé-lit est poussiéreux, il faut le nettoyer. Sinon, les autres équipements de la chambre sont bons. Il y avait une baignoire dans ma chambre et c'était propre. Je n'ai utilisé aucune installation autre que la supérette. Bonne expérience. Les critiques disent que l'hôtel est vieux et sale mais non c'est vraiment bien. Les chambres sont bien entretenues pour les chambres Premier. Le lobby est également magnifique. Super endroit pour faire du shopping car les centres commerciaux et les zones de restauration sont si proches. Essaie. »

« Stayed in a superior room. Very basic amenities in toilet includes 2 toothbrushes and a tiny bar soap. Breakfast provided has limited varieties. Went to the gym but was disappointed there is a water dispenser but no water as the empty water bottle was not replaced. »

« La première fois que vous réservez un séjour à la maison dans la région de R&F Seine, une très belle expérience pour moi et mes amis. La propreté est superbe salle de bain est spacieuse, les chambres sont de luxe. Donc, si vous séjournez sur un étage élevé comme pour moi j'étais au 43ème étage, la vue était remarquable. Vous pouvez voir SG sur votre droite et la Malaisie sur votre gauche. Total 💯/10. »

« Walking distance to KSL Mall, with many food options nearby. Breakfast choices are simple but sufficient. »

« The location is a bit far from the mall but it has a bridge connecting to it. The mall has a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The room was so clean and well maintained. Provides slippers (beware the slippers sole is not rubberized. Easy to slip and fall) and toothbrush and small bottle of water is also provided. Though only 1 tissue roll in each toilet. There's only1 cons in the room, the aircon at the living room keeps turning off which is a bit hassle. »

« The  hotel has the best location, it is on top of a mega mall with a supermarket, everything opens from 10am to 10pm. The variety of food made us keep going back. The hotel includes breakfast buffet which it is very decent and has good selection for locals and visitors, and the menu is slightly different everyday for a good surprise. The staff is very friendly, and they greet us every time.  We certainly will stay there again. »

« This hotel is located in the strategic area of JB city centre, so it’s pretty convenient for the business travellers, especially the transportation. Besides that, the hotel’s surroundings are full of food restaurants and shopping malls which are reachable by walking. Definitely, next time it will be the priority as well, when visiting JB. »

« Repeat my stay but I'm disappointed this time. My room was not as clean as I expected—sticky floor and dusty walls. The water dispenser machine was not working and the lights were exceptionally dim which made the stay uncomfortable. The ventilator in the toilet was not working and I was told that it was due to the swimming pool renovation. The swimming pool was unavailable and the gym had machines which were outdated and dusty. The location was convenient, but unfortunately, that was the only positive point. It has a mini mart at the lobby. I also found the breakfast to be good with many varieties of food. Overall, I feel that Trove hotel does not live up to its rating and needs serious improvements in cleanliness and facilities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes for future guests. »
