Hôtels de charme à Johor Bahru

« L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout. »

« Walking distance to KSL Mall, with many food options nearby. Breakfast choices are simple but sufficient. »

« This hotel is located in the strategic area of JB city centre, so it’s pretty convenient for the business travellers, especially the transportation. Besides that, the hotel’s surroundings are full of food restaurants and shopping malls which are reachable by walking. Definitely, next time it will be the priority as well, when visiting JB. »

« Service: From the time we checked in to when we checked out, the service we received from different staff members was professional, polite and personable. Our room (942) was spacious, adequately clean, had comfortable beds, a big bathroom and a partial view of the sea, amongst others. It was lovely to have been able to sit by the window with a drink and take in the view while being grateful for the lovely room assigned to us. :) Breakfast: A self-service chicken noodle station was an interesting feature. Although it was self-service, the kind staff at the egg station went out of his way, literally and figuratively, to make me a bowl of yummy noods as soon as he discerned a culinary disaster was in the making courtesy of yours truly! That gesture of kindness, and many others from the rest, made this stay memorable and filled my heart with fondness for this place. BWH will not be a place I'd go to for a time of mall crawls, cafe hopping or even choice eateries. However, it's a place I'd return to for quiet rest, friendly and kind service that uplifts my soul, and maybe to flex my culinary inadequacies. Just changed my mind - I'll leave the culinary portions to the professionals instead. Oh, and do not miss out on the Healing Garden on the 7th floor. It's a lovingly and thoughtfully tendered private garden - one that will put a smile on your face regardless of your age. This is the first time I've been to a pool area that you'd enter after passing caged chickens, rabbits, birds and a garden that grows herbs, fruits, vegetables and flowering plants! ❤️ If you get to meet the brains behind this Eden, Mr Subra, do stop and have a chat with him. You'll be glad you did so. Fun fact - Mr Subra had named most, if not all, of the animals in his garden. Probably even named the arowana on the 5th floor! There you have it - Berjaya Waterfront Hotel - a place of kindness, healing and rest. »

« The  hotel has the best location, it is on top of a mega mall with a supermarket, everything opens from 10am to 10pm. The variety of food made us keep going back. The hotel includes breakfast buffet which it is very decent and has good selection for locals and visitors, and the menu is slightly different everyday for a good surprise. The staff is very friendly, and they greet us every time.  We certainly will stay there again. »

« Stayed in a superior room. Very basic amenities in toilet includes 2 toothbrushes and a tiny bar soap. Breakfast provided has limited varieties. Went to the gym but was disappointed there is a water dispenser but no water as the empty water bottle was not replaced. »

« Le Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru bénéficie d'un emplacement pratique à proximité du CIQ, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les voyageurs qui ont besoin d'un accès facile à Singapour. L'hôtel propose un service de navette gratuit vers le CIQ, ce qui ajoute au confort des clients. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées, avec une kitchenette équipée d'un micro-ondes, d'une bouilloire et d'un mini-réfrigérateur, ce qui est parfait pour les clients qui préfèrent la possibilité de préparer leurs propres repas. C'est une excellente fonctionnalité pour les séjours courts et prolongés. Cependant, le stationnement peut être un peu difficile. L'hôtel propose des places de stationnement limitées et les clients doivent se garer selon la case rouge située par niveau. Pour ceux qui préfèrent le service de voiturier, le tarif est de 80 RM par entrée, ce qui peut être considéré comme élevé par certains. Dans l'ensemble, le Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru offre un séjour confortable avec d'excellentes commodités, même si la situation du parking pourrait être améliorée. La proximité du CIQ et les chambres spacieuses en font un choix solide pour les voyageurs d'affaires et de loisirs. »

« The hotel is at a convenient location near Johor Causeway. The Hotel is clean and have good interiors. Check in and checkout process very smooth. Hotel in room food menu is good. Buffet breakfast is awesome. Have plenty of option for every food preferences. »

« Le Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort de Desaru est une destination fantastique pour ceux qui recherchent une escapade à la plage. Il offre un paysage époustouflant et constitue un endroit idéal pour admirer un lever de soleil à couper le souffle. La plage est dotée d'un sable doux et immaculé, ce qui ajoute au charme général de l'endroit. Bien que le bâtiment lui-même mériterait d'être rénové, car il semble un peu délabré, l'intérieur des chambres est satisfaisant et confortable. L'un des points forts est sa proximité avec le restaurant de fruits de mer Nelayan, ce qui rend les repas pratiques et agréables. Malgré quelques défauts mineurs, le complexe offre une expérience de plage presque parfaite aux visiteurs. »

« Repeat my stay but I'm disappointed this time. My room was not as clean as I expected—sticky floor and dusty walls. The water dispenser machine was not working and the lights were exceptionally dim which made the stay uncomfortable. The ventilator in the toilet was not working and I was told that it was due to the swimming pool renovation. The swimming pool was unavailable and the gym had machines which were outdated and dusty. The location was convenient, but unfortunately, that was the only positive point. It has a mini mart at the lobby. I also found the breakfast to be good with many varieties of food. Overall, I feel that Trove hotel does not live up to its rating and needs serious improvements in cleanliness and facilities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes for future guests. »
