The hotel is incredibly clean and the staff are beyond helpful! I booked for a week to recover from a minor surgery. The bed was comfortable, shower perfect and small kitchen a life savor! If I needed anything including water, towels, ordering food, or getting specific items the staff were quick and helpful! Highly highly recommend

Actually it was very super the lounge in the 16th floor was amazing. The staff was very caring and welcoming. The room was huge.

Les installations sont un peu vieilles, mais très propres. Le service est très bon, les clients de l'hôtel ont donné beaucoup de conseils pour manger et jouer et m'ont toujours aidé à prendre un taxi. C'est que la position est un peu inconvenante.

We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support. Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests. For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all. For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing. What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent. Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova in the future!

Citea is the best value for money place to stay in Beirut. I've been living in Citea for almost two years, and I cannot find one single remark about this place. From nitty, clean and comfortable rooms, to great food, perfect services and wonderful friendly staff.

Nous avons visité cet hôtel sur recommandation d'un ami. Je dirais qu'il était un bon hôtel avec un design alternatif funky et vibe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et le personnel est amicale. Le seul côté de la plage est que les salles de bains dans les chambres sont petites et les balcons ne sont pas bien entretenus peut-être en raison du temps. Je dirais aussi que le petit déjeuner doit être amélioré. Mais si je reviens au Liban, je resterais probablement encore
