En fait, il y a un long et long escalier de l'hôtel à la plage. C'est un peu difficile pour moi d'être une personne d'âge moyen après 90 ans. Quand nous y sommes allés, la plage sous contrat de l'hôtel était fermée ~ Seul l'hôtel d'à côté avait sa propre plage. . . Un peu déçu Mais dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel reste un 5 étoiles ! Le service est très bon, c'est-à-dire que le serveur ne comprend pas l'anglais et que la communication est plus difficile. Tout le reste va bien.

As a leader of a big conference group, I stayed for 7 nights in early February 2022, while the group of 200 people, all oncology physicians from Armenia, stayed for 4 nights. Throughout the stay no one from this big group had a tiny complaint on anything offered by the hotel. The breakfast was just perfect - a great variety of high-quality food to cater to anyone's taste and diet, the area was very clean, the kitchen hood was working well with no odor trespassing into the dining hall. The rooms were just great - for 200 people I booked various types of rooms (twin, double, single use, executive, city and sea view) and everybody was just happy with all amenities and services offered during their stay (and these physicians do travel a lot to attend scientific conferences and they are used to high Western standards). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious for 2 people, fully equipped with everything one may need (bathroom robes, slippers, hygiene kits, two-mode shower hose, high-quality and nice-looking ceramics), cleaning service was at its best. Elevators (4ea) were very speedy and well maintained offering a great flexibility for such a big group of people to use them intensively. The lobby is spacious and offers good seating area for groups like ours to spend evening around a drink or team-building games and networking.

1. Transport pratique. Il est très proche de la gare de Sotchi, et vous pouvez prendre le train (le prix est moins cher que le taxi), et profiter de la belle vue sur la mer sur la vallée des Roses en cours de route. De plus, le bus à la porte est également très pratique. 2. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est bonne, calme et propre, et l'attitude de service est également très bonne. Conseillé.

We stayed in the Denart hotel for almost a week and everything was just wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and a nice view of the Sochi city. Breakfast was very tasty and staff couldn't be nicer! Location was great, only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to almost anywhere in the city center and close to the train station for easy access to Adler, Krasnaya Polyana, Rosa Khuta. It would be a pleasure to stay again and we look forward to it! Thank you to the hotel and staff for a wonderful stay ))

Не скажу, что цена прям супер низкая, но для того уровня комфорта и эстетического удовольствия, которое мы с мужем получили, адекватна. Тем более, что я еще и 10% обратно получила от Тинькофф, так как бронировала отель на их сервисе Путешествия. Находится MARINA YACHT в центре Сочи, напротив морского порта, виды из окон конечно потрясающие. Номера красиво оформлены, есть все необходимое, кровать удобная. Для меня одним из главных условий было, чтобы было тихо. Понятно что центр города, что морской порт поблизости, но в отзывах почитала, что шумоизоляция в номерах что надо, рискнула и не пожалела. Отлично высыпались. Отдельно отмечу качество обслуживания - боюсь показаться снобом, но прям не ожидала такого уровня в российских отелях. В общем, если решу снова отдохнуть в Сочи, то только сюда.

Nous sommes arrivés du 14 au 15 avril pour un jour. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 303 au 3ème étage. Nous sommes arrivés tôt, avant l'heure de la résidence officielle, mais nous avons rapidement préparé notre chambre en 30 minutes. Tout est très propre, pas de odeur dans la chambre, confortables lits, miroir, hangers, table et chaises. Le seul minus, dans le corridor, odeur de cigarettes, mais après un moment, l'odeur est échappé. Le lunett est propre ainsi que les cabines de douche. Les toilettes et les lits sont blancs, non lavés. L'isolation sonore sur le triangle, donc la saison de vacances sera problématique, du corridor tous les sons sont portés dans la chambre. Le service de la communication est très agréable, toujours avec un sourire, et vous aidera à répondre à toutes les questions intéressantes. Il y a aussi une caméra de stockage, il était très confortable quand il a été éjecté, puisque le train était à la nuit et les choses pouvaient être arrêtées avant de quitter. La maison est en pleine état, et elle est en pleine état, et elle est en pleine état. Et donc nous reviendrons certainement, mais déjà à l'hôtel Magnolia !

Отдыхали с дочкой и подругой в середине апреля. Выбирали отель по отзывам. Очень уютный домашний отель. Номера чистые, постельное белье идеальное. В сан узле подогреваемые полы. Купальники после бассейна на змеевике высыхали моментально. В коридорах стоят кулера, гладильные доски. На 2 и 4 этажах есть смотровые площадки. На 4 ом оборудована площадка для отдыха с грилем, скамейками и лежаками. У нас были завтраки. Это отдельная песня. Утром нас угощали начиная с салатов, котлетами, курицей, сосисками, омлетами, запеканками, всевозможными блинами, оладьями, не говорю о сыре и колбасе и т. д. Молоко, йогурты, кофе, соки, фрукты. В подогреваемом бассейне особенно вечером было божественно. Можно заказать сауну. Всё это бесплатно. А теперь о главном. Отель находится на горе. Выйдя из отеля на право, через 10 шагов вы спускаетесь по лестнице на Красную улицу, далее идёте к Морскому пер. и через 200 м. Вы на Курортном проспекте, а это парк искусств, Морторт, Фестивальный, Навагинская ул ца, все в пешей доступности... Это спускаться. Если вы молоды и сильны, то подняться к отелю не составит труда. Но пожилым людям тяжело. Лесенка, на которой 91 ступенька, плюс 43 ступеньки у самого отеля мне дались тяжеловато. Но есть обходная более пологая дорога, чуть дальше по Красной улице. Следующие возвращения в отель были на такси. В пределах 230-300 руб. Территория отеля закрыта на замок, чужому не попасть. Вообщем если хотите, уютные, тихие, тёплые вечера, вкусную домашнюю пищу - это в отель ”Грейс Наири”, хотя не факт! Наверняка вы будете возвращаться в отель только поспать, потому что, Центральный район Сочи - это бурная, кипящая жизнь!!!

Достойный апарт-отель, отличным расположением Пишу уже не первый положительный отзыв об этом отеле и, на мой взгляд, менеджмент и сотрудники отеля продолжают поддерживать планку оказываемых услуг на высоким уровне,который ничем не уступает уровню оказываемых услуг в моей любимой сети апарт-отелей Adagio, как в России, так и за рубежом. Хочу отметить высокий уровень клиентоориентированности сотрудников отеля на всех этапах бронирования, заезда и проживания в отеле. Отель находиться в отличной локации в центре Сочи, практически на берегу моря и близости от многих достопримечательностей и заведений общественного питания. Отдыхали большой семьей с 7 по 15 июля, снимая 2 номера (Трехкомнатный апартамент с двумя спальнями и двухкомнатный апартамент с одной спальней). Положительный отзыв на двухкомнатный апартамент с одной спальней можно посмотреть. Трехкомнатный апартамент с двумя спальнями, полностью отвечает описанию на сайте и представляет большой номер с изолированными 2 спальнями, в которых присутствует индивидуальная санитарная комната с ванной или душевой кабинкой и туалетом. Все мебель в спальнях достаточно новая и удобная (для меня единственным недостатком была, некоторая продавленность, в целом, удобного матраса. Вероятно, персоналу необходимо его чаще переворачивать или пора заменить. Плотность подушек позиция крайне индивидуальная, для меня они показались жестковатыми). Вся сантехника в ванных комнатах в рабочем состоянии и не вызывает нареканий. Огромная гостиная, совмещенная с кухонным уголком и гостевым туалетом, оставляет очень приятное ощущение как по планировке и качеству мебели, так функциональному наполнению кухонного уголка (я не буду на нем останавливаться, поскольку присутствует полное соответствие описанию на сайте). Вся мебель и кухонная техника находиться в хорошем состоянии и функционирует без нареканий. В номере присутствует достаточно мощная система централизованного кондиционирования, в полностью рабочем состоянии. Однако, она имеет определенный недостаток, поскольку не позволяет выставлять индивидуальные температуры в спальнях и гостиной. Но это особенности конструкции отеля, которые сложно исправить. Во всех комнатах присутствует настенный рабочий телевизор. Особый «бантиком» для этого типа номеров является огромный панорамный балкон с 2 выходами в номер, с которого очень приятно наблюдать за закатами с фужером хорошего вина. Цены на номера в отеле (актуальные на сайте) не обсуждаю, поскольку у каждого своя планка для оценки этого показателя. В заключении хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам отеля за отличный отдых. При поездке в Сочи буду рад остановиться в Апарт-отеле BREVIS

Самый центр города. выход на пешеходную улицу и пальмовую аллею. Окна на параллельную тихую улицу, где нет никаких заведений. Ощущение что и мебель и сантехника новые… Жила с стандартной однушке. В номере чай. Холодильник. Кондиционер. Телевизор. Идеальная чистота. За 4 дня горничные заходили практически ежедневно. В номере все в отличном состоянии. Я просто в восторге и от номера и от уровня обслуживания. Теперь в Сочи только сюда. Есть вещи. которые оценить не могу. Например - звукоизоляцию. На этаже было не много жильцов, и вообще никого не слышно.
