We had an amazing stay at Paragraph Freedom Square Tbilisi! The service was outstanding—every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The spa, gym, and pool were all top-notch—clean, modern, and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!

酒店位置優越，出門有很多餐飲購物的選擇，我們忘記帶轉換頭了，在步行5分鐘的小店買到了。前台小哥真的太棒了，幫我們註冊停車的APP花了好長時間還問他的同事，真的盡心盡力，非常感謝。酒店本身非常美，很有設計感，入口就是露天bar，餐廳也非常漂亮，早餐豐盛美味可口，在unfound door我們度過了難忘的旅程。

L'hôtel était bon et propre mais ils n'avaient pas fourni tous les toilettes chaque jour. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'attendais de recevoir de la crème de corps et il n'a pas fonctionné comme ça.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé, excellent petit-déjeuner et salon exécutif. Deux problèmes : Premièrement, la réceptionniste était assez froide. Nous avions réservé deux chambres exécutives et souhaitions partir plus tard car le vol avait du retard. Après avoir demandé l'heure de mon vol et si j'étais membre, elle a refusé de partir plus tard. Deuxièmement, il y avait un grand miroir concave-convexe dans la chambre face au lit, ce qui n'était pas très confortable.

L'hôtel semble être insuffisamment réfléchi en termes de confort, mais il y a quelques aspects positifs. Il n'y a pas de couvertures dans la douche pour les toilettes de base, et la salle de bains n'a pas de tiroirs et de couvertures pour le stockage des objets personnels. Il n'y a pas de miroir de maquillage. Les lits sont mobiles, la caisse n'est pas fixée au mur, et il n'y a pas de panneau douce. Le sèche-cheveux est faible et le bureau est très petit. Il n'y a pas de système d'éclairage intelligent ou de mode de climatisation automatique. Le sol de la salle de bain est froid et le miroir est situé à l'autre côté du lit, ce que je trouve personnellement inconfortable. La demande d'eau potable n'a été remplie qu'après 45 minutes. Il est inconnu comment un hôtel avec un rating de cinq étoiles peut fonctionner sans une salle de sport. Le personnel semblait généralement inamical, surtout dans le restaurant. Les boissons ne sont pas offertes pendant le petit déjeuner; les clients doivent approcher le bar pour commander le café. Le cacao est disponible pour un supplément de 15 GEL. Les petits-déjeuners sont généralement bons, mais le chef utilise des oignons très largement, y compris dans les salades et autres plats, qui ne sont pas adaptés à tous les invités. Sur le côté positif, j'ai reçu une mise à niveau de la chambre en raison de l'absence de la catégorie de la chambre réservée, ainsi qu'un agréable anniversaire de l'hôtel. L'hôtel peut être adapté pour des séjours courts sans attentes élevées, mais des améliorations dans les services et les installations de la chambre amélioreraient sensiblement le niveau de confort.

Great hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
