第比利斯最好的酒店，在第比利斯住了好幾間酒店，這家無疑是最頂的。服務無可挑剔，Elene和Tamta貼心安排了最好的房間，並做了非常棒的佈置，為我們的旅程大隊長增色。停車也方便，這在實在是太温暖了，這在第比利斯是非常難得的，下次來絕對繼續選擇這裏！硬件很棒，沒有任何缺點。

首先非常感謝前台小哥和酒店的經理！！！雖然我忘記問你們名字了，但是很感謝，因為我在街上停車app註冊問題不成功，酒店經理還特地用她的郵箱幫我註冊，解決了我一個很大的問題。 酒店本身是個老樓，相當的漂亮，我認為也很好找，在一條主街一拐彎就到。 房間內部也是細節滿滿，從電視可以看Netflix到提供的茶包礦泉水，以及贈送的小零食，我認為是我在格魯吉亞住的最舒服的一個晚上。 早餐也是很不錯，可以自己挑選，餐廳相當漂亮，總之就是很出片。 有機會來格魯吉亞我還會再來的。

L'hôtel était bon et propre mais ils n'avaient pas fourni tous les toilettes chaque jour. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, j'attendais de recevoir de la crème de corps et il n'a pas fonctionné comme ça.

Un hôtel très spécial, le quartier des étages est un peu élégant pour le soir et un style très spécial. L'espace est un peu petit, la valise ne peut pas être ouverte complètement, le son est très bon dans le service.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

L'hôtel où nous avons séjourné le soir du réveillon était très bien situé, la rue en contrebas étant le lieu principal du réveillon. En revanche, le service en chambre était vraiment difficile à décrire. Après tout, nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, mais elle semblait très petite, et nous avons expressément confirmé auprès de l'hôtel s'il s'agissait d'une erreur. Il n'y avait pas de brosse à dents, seulement une paire de pantoufles, et le minibar était fermé à clé. Nous n'avons reçu qu'une seule couette, et nous avons dû appeler deux fois pour en obtenir une autre, qui nous a été livrée plusieurs heures plus tard. Le pire, c'est que le minibar était fermé à clé et qu'il y avait un problème avec la bouilloire. Nous avons appelé deux fois et attendu toute la nuit, mais aucune eau n'est arrivée. Comme j'étais pressé de prendre mes médicaments, j'ai failli boire l'eau du robinet directement. L'expérience a été très mauvaise. La réception était bien, avec plusieurs jeunes gens très enthousiastes et bavards, mais le service client était vraiment médiocre.

酒店位置不錯，就在共和國廣場旁邊，從機場坐201或100機場巴士倒數第二站下車，有一段佈滿餐廳的路就到了，到機場坐201公交站距離更近，就在酒店後面的大馬路上。 給的是酒店走道末端的房間，正對共和國廣場，但因為衹是11樓，衹能見到廣場建築的上端部分（夜間有燈光），其它都被周圍建築擋住了，且因為這些建築低於11樓，因此它們頂端的雜亂一覽無餘。 房間設施比較老舊，房門鎖有點不靈活，關門的時候需要手動操作一下；管理比較鬆散，每天打掃房間的時間很晚，最熱的下午三四點鐘回去準備休息，房間卻還沒打掃，一般都要五點多才來，有一天是催了兩次才來打掃的，親見他們如何工作：倒垃圾桶、衞生間換毛巾浴巾、擦房間桌面、鋪床，三次中衹有一次吸塵，衹有一次擦鏡子。瓶裝水的補充倒是很充足的。 訂的套房，有陽台算一個亮點，目測房間面積沒有標示的那麼大。 來往穆斯林比較多。 整體而言，性價比很低。

Je suis passée par là par hasard et l'hôtel m'a paru agréable, j'ai donc annulé ma réservation initiale et j'y ai séjourné. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le restaurant est luxueux. La chambre était en bon état, mais un peu bruyante car située près d'une route. J'y étais allée car on m'avait dit que la piscine était ouverte jusqu'à midi, mais j'ai été un peu surprise de constater qu'elle fermait à 23h30 alors que j'en profitais. Mis à part cela, tout était satisfaisant.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
