⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Le service à The St. Regis Florence était exceptionnel. Après ma départ, j'ai découvert que j'avais laissé quelques articles dans ma chambre. L'équipe de l'hôtel a répondu rapidement et coordonné efficacement la livraison de mes biens à mon prochain hôtel. Leur professionnalisme, leur réaction et leur attention aux détails montrent la vraie norme St. Regis. Je suis profondément reconnaissante de leur excellent soutien et je recommande vivement de rester ici.

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

Title: Disappointing Experience That Didn’t Match the Photos I booked a Premium room specifically because the listing photos showed blue-sky views and a golden dome. However, upon arrival I was assigned a room on the first floor facing a dark, rundown alley—nothing like the images. The bathroom also didn’t match the photos: it was much smaller, with virtually no counter space. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told I hadn’t booked a “Premium room with view.” At the time of booking, my only options were: a cheaper “Deluxe,” a more expensive “Premium,” and a “Suite.” As a guest, I relied on the photos shown for the Premium category, which all featured a view. The mismatch felt misleading. I asked about changing rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked and that they had already given me a “larger” room of 20 m². The stated size range for the Premium room is 18–23 m², so this didn’t resolve the core issue—the lack of the view shown in the photos. After persistent requests, I was offered a second-floor room in another building without an elevator. That room had a larger bathroom but a smaller bedroom, and the window opened directly onto exhaust vents. It wasn’t a viable alternative. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for a five-star property. While staff were polite in manner, the room assignment and photo discrepancy felt misleading, and there was no practical solution offered despite the hotel being aware of the issue. To add to the frustration, I later noticed my luggage had been dented. In summary: the Premium room I received did not match the advertised images—especially the view and bathroom—and the lack of clear labeling (e.g., “with view” vs. “no view”) led to unmet expectations. I hope the hotel updates its listings to accurately reflect room types and views so future guests can book with confidence.

Excellent stay in the heart of Florence Palazzo Portinari Salviati is a beautiful historic residence with an unbeatable central location, just steps away from major attractions and shopping areas. The building itself is full of character and elegance, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always happy to assist with directions and recommendations. Despite being in the city center, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing at night. A perfect choice for travelers who want to experience classic Florentine charm with modern comfort. Highly recommended!

La chambre est relativement neuve. Elle dispose d'une cuisine (plaque à induction et micro-ondes) avec un réfrigérateur. Il y a un supermarché Coop à 5 minutes et les prix dans les restaurants à proximité sont modérés. Il est fortement recommandé d'utiliser le sauna de la piscine de l'hôtel. L'eau de la piscine est aussi chaude que l'eau de source chaude. Un plongeon peut soulager la fatigue de la journée. La natation nécessite des réservations pour une utilisation à durée limitée. Pensez à apporter un maillot de bain. L'espace public au dernier étage du 5ème étage offre une très belle vue et vous pouvez voir le toit de la cathédrale Santa Maria del Fiore. Convient pour prendre des photos📷 L'hôtel se trouve à 20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale de Santa Maria del Fiore.

C'est le meilleur hôtel où nous ayons séjourné en Italie. L'attention portée aux détails est remarquable, notamment dans les chambres (la baignoire est tout simplement époustouflante), au concierge, Cosmo, qui peut réserver n'importe quel restaurant de la ville et vous offrir un traitement VIP au centre commercial The Mall Firenza, et à l'accueil exceptionnel du portier. De plus, l'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à deux pas des lieux incontournables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Grand hôtel. Excellent emplacement et accessible à la plupart des attractions. Contrôle agréable et vous pouvez indiquer que tous les membres du personnel étaient extrêmement agréables et utiles. La cuisine avec salle de bains, une grande chambre avec lit confortable et des pièges.

La vue sur la rivière est magnifique. La chambre est un loft à deux étages, pouvant accueillir une famille de trois ou quatre personnes. Elle est juste un peu petite, et elle sera un peu à l'étroit si vous avez beaucoup de bagages. Il se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Florence et le tarif du taxi est de 25 à 28 euros par trajet.

Le petit déjeuner est riche. L'hôtel est à proximité de l'aéroport. Il y a de grands points de vente à bas prix près de la route. Les Chinois sont ouverts et visitent un taxi au centre-ville d'environ 25 euros.

I booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not? Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments! I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
