Hôtel spa à Hanoï

Dès le début de la réservation, tout le personnel de service est très professionnel et attentionné. Le service à la réception est particulièrement bon. Il existe également un personnel de service dédié qui peut communiquer avec nous à tout moment via WhatsApp. Ils nous ont aidés à décorer le lieu de l'anniversaire et à réserver des billets pour le spectacle de marionnettes. Merci beaucoup. Je choisirai à nouveau cet endroit la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Hanoi

J'y ai séjourné du 31/12 au 1/1. J'ai séjourné dans le même hôtel les 29 et 30 décembre, mais dans une chambre différente. C'est la bonne réponse. Par rapport à la chambre précédente, la chambre était plus grande, mais il n'y avait pas de baignoire, seulement une douche, mais comme la chambre donnait sur la rue, la vue depuis la fenêtre était bien meilleure. En route vers le compte à rebours sans aucune connaissance préalable, c'est la nouvelle année. A cette époque, des feux d'artifice étaient tirés dans le ciel de Hanoï pour célébrer la nouvelle année. Il y a des festivals de feux d'artifice célèbres au Japon, et j'en ai déjà vu, mais à Hanoï, des feux d'artifice étaient constamment lancés et pendant 15 minutes, j'avais l'impression de ne pas pouvoir reprendre mon souffle. Je suis encore plus impressionné quand je pense que je n'aurais pas pu voir cette vue si j'avais séjourné dans la chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné les 28 et 29 décembre. Les feux d'artifice ont clairement montré pourquoi le bar sur le toit était complet et indisponible. J'attendrai avec impatience le bar sur le toit jusqu'à mon prochain séjour.

We stayed at hotel chateau de hanoi for 2 nights and overall, it was an under-average experience. For its price (pre-discount and considering we were in Vietnam) it might not be that worth it. We booked the hotel because of its high-rated reviews and its branding as a 5 star boutique hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted with welcome drinks and the staff was friendly. We arrived hanoi quite early, so we asked if we could do an early check-in. We were informed by the staff that an early check-in was not impossible, but there was an extra charge. It was however totally understandable that the hotel has their arrangements so we went along with the regular check-in time, but the staff quite passive aggressively told us that they informed us on WhatsApp— we were on a flight and later on a Grab to the hotel so we were unable to read the message entirely. I would expect a 5-star service to be more understanding. To be very honest, I would doubt if the hotel qualifies to be categorized into a 5-star hotel. Of course, the hotel provides customers with all the necessary amenities like toothbrush and shaving kits, but the hotel room didn’t have a window and lighting was insufficient. There was a bathtub, but there was no proper standing shower and it was just a shower head next to the toilet without curtains or doors. The twin bed was extremely small and too easy to be moved around (in a sense that if I wanted to sit at the edge of bed, the mattress would slide to that side). Hygiene was fine but some areas such as the wall and the bathing area could be improved. We ran out of tissue paper in the room as well but after housekeeping the box was still empty and not replaced with a new box of tissue. Soundproofing at the hotel was not solid since we could constantly hear noises from next door during midnight. In our booking package free breakfast was included, so we checked it out in the morning. A small buffet was provided, but the plates and utensils had oil on them. There was a set menu, but the scrambled eggs were not up to par and the pho was okay. Considering the hotel brands itself as a 5-star hotel, I would expect better hygiene and quality check. Location-wise, the hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarter. It is convenient but this also means traffic can get very hectic nearby. Moreover we realized the staff was getting less and less friendly as we reached the end of our stay. It would be nice if their attitude and service could be more consistent, again, given it is a 5-star hotel.

Super hotel, excellent rapport qualité prix. Happy nous a accueilli avec bcp de gentillesse et un grand sourire il nous a tt montré et tt facilité pour que nous puissions passer un excellent séjour dans l'hôtel. Il y avait un verre de bienvenue, des fruits dans la chambre gratuitement et un ptit cadeau. Je reviendrais et je recommande Toute l'équipe est super sympa et le portier est un homme fort il a réussi à porter mon énorme valise sans difficulté.

L'accueil de May à la réception a été excellent. Tous les autres membres du personnel étaient souriants et serviables tout au long de notre séjour, nous aidant avec les bagages et nous ouvrant les portes. Vraiment génial ! La localisation est également excellente, le lac Hoan Kiem n'étant qu'à quelques pas. Le bœuf sauté aux légumes marinés (酸菜炒牛肉) du restaurant situé juste en face, en diagonale, était également excellent. La vue depuis le toit est magnifique.

L'hôtel est à côté de la rue du train. Il faut trois minutes à pied pour rejoindre la rue du train. Le quartier est très animé et très pratique. Les équipements de la chambre familiale sont un peu vieux, mais sinon corrects. Le personnel de la réception parlait bien anglais et était très sympathique et poli. Il y a deux problèmes. Le premier est que le spa de l'hôtel partenaire recommandé par l'hôtel est vraiment moyen et que le rapport qualité/prix est très faible. De plus, il semblait y avoir un problème avec la cuisinière pendant le petit-déjeuner ; aucune omelette n'était servie. Il y a un stand de jus de canne à sucre bon marché et délicieux en face de l'hôtel, qui vaut la peine d'être acheté tous les jours, haha

Il y a un hôte pour aider à prendre les bagages. La réception n'est pas chinoise mais très enthousiaste. La chambre est propre et propre. Il y a la plus grande chambre gratuite à mettre à jour. Le petit-déjeuner est de nombreuses catégories et le goût est également délicieux. Presque tous les invités des États-Unis d'Europe, venez vite pour pratiquer le langage oral. Dans le restaurant autour de l'hôtel, beaucoup de serveurs sont presque tous anglais. La prochaine fois, ils choisiront de vivre.

An exceptional experience, I had booked a standard double bedroom room but to my suprise the hotel had upgraded me to an executive suite. The highlight of the suite was the gold bathtub. The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was fantastic. I would highly recommend the hotel and I would rate it 11/10. Thank you for a memorable time.

C'était correct, sans plus ! Je souhaitais une chambre calme, mais le soir du Nouvel An, la ruelle d'à côté était pleine de maisons vietnamiennes typiques, c'était donc assez animé ! Ce matin, au petit-déjeuner, il y avait un groupe de touristes indiens, donc pas de porc. Mais c'était quand même très bon !

/!\ Avoid this hotel. We would never recommend this hotel for your stay in Hanoi. Stayed 18-20 April 2025: 3 days, 2 nights. 1/ Overbooking situation - cancellation the day before landing My friend and I booked two separate rooms to stay at this hotel, the day before the check in, my friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel without information. We had contacted the hotel several times in vain, then it was confirmed that they have overbooked the hotel which caused to trouble to start with our holiday. Hotel Director of sales M. Victor N. did replied by email on the checking day 18/4 few hours before that ”we don't know the fact. You can make your reservation on our website now.” The remaining option on 18/4 morning was a ”suite” 14 times higher rate than our initial booking... Therefore once arrived at Hanoi, we wanted to get a refund of my remaining booking but the hotel reception lady Mrs Ruby was not helpful at first and rude towards us. Her non hospitality professionalism and communication led us feel very unwelcomed (no smile, no thank you, speaking vietnamese with her colleague in front of us). May need to review if she really should stay at the reception as this is client facing interaction and should be solution driven. She strictly insisted that she doesn't know why we only got one room left and my booking was non refundable even tough they did cancelled my friend's one few hours ago. After negotiation, she kept saying as it is non refundable, either we stay, either we book another room. At that moment, there was an another room not the Suite one that just got available ”King room” and if we could pay the price difference which is higher than our initial paid booking and need to stay together in the same room. As we just started the holidays and to not loose the money that we could not get refunded, we paid the difference to change to that room. We paid in cash to get that room. We thought that was going to be just one off issue/misunderstanding and could start our holidays. Note: If you pay in credit card they will charge 3% additional. The exchange rate is more convenient to change at jewelry gold shop in Hàng Bac street (5 mins walk), the rate at the hotel is too high, don't change there. 2/ Cleanliness As we got this better king's room with window, we were expecting that to be at least clean and suitable for 2 pax. The bed sheets and cushions were yellowish, the floor was not vacuum (dead bees staying there whole stay), the slippers are dirty, the wall is stained and some unfinished renovation. The worst is the shower/bathtub, once you shower, it will flood to the room, we had to put towels to absorb the water in the room. You have to ask for towels if they clean your room as they will forget. 3/ Breakfast Be aware that it is from 6:30am to 9:30am, the breakfast is correct as a mini buffet Overall this hotel is average, the positive points are the location and the other gentleman receptionist allowing us to have a ”late check out” at noon instead of 11am, as if after noon they will charge one night more. The hotel should stop with overbooking rooms that will cause unnecessary stress situation for everyone and need to be renovated. To be honest, you can have much more great options nearby, CLEAN and with great hospitality service. As part of holidays and for a decent price, just book another hotel to avoid negative start for your holidays. Enjoy your stay in Hanoi and in Vietnam! PS: on some platform it is indicated there is a gym but there is none. And the hotel team is aware of these comments as we filled the same to their paper review form.
