Bonne journée. Pour l'argent que nous avons payé pour un hôtel-hôtel digne ! Bonne réparation solide. Tout fonctionne. Toilettes propres. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine. Véritable poêle à frire rayée dans la planche. Mais c'est aussi une question pour les touristes ! Pourquoi gâchez-vous la propriété de l'hôtel !? Après vous venez encore des invités !! Eh bien, un hôtel, on pourrait déjà changer ce truc pour une nouvelle casserole. Aussi, appelé l'hôtel, ayez la gentillesse de respecter les règles. Le nombre de serviettes n'est pas normal. Seulement 2 par personne Et les 5 premiers jours, c'étaient des serviettes de plage marron, puis ils ont apporté des blanches. De plus, il n'y a pas de papier trempé. La femme de ménage a dit que ce n'était pas autorisé et achète du papier vous-même au magasin de l'hôtel ! Cela viole également les normes de l'hôtellerie ! Il n'y a pas non plus d'articles de toilette. Même du savon élémentaire. Sinon, tout est supportable ! Nettoyez bien, nettoyez partout. La question est maintenant différente : au voyage par lequel nous avons réservé cet hôtel. Dans le bon de l'entreprise indiqué repas (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) Lors de l'enregistrement à l'hôtel, on nous a refusé des repas ! Ils ont déclaré qu'ils n'avaient pas de nourriture gratuite. Et le fait que nous ayons été trompés par la société dans laquelle nous avons payé la tournée ! Résultat, personne ne nous a nourris ! Currently a week into a 9 day solo trip to Mirtos and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. To start with the rooms. I was a solo traveller but was allocated a room with two single beds push together to make a double. I have a nice room at the back of the hotel with a stunning view over the mountains. The room itself was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The cleaning staff empty the bins every day and change the bedding every other. The aircon is great so the room is always cool. The fridge with small freezer is great and even comes with an ice cube tray. Also has tea-making facilities. The pool area is nice and private with ample sunbeds. I've had the whole area to myself for most of the week which has been great. The pool itself is unheated, and is very cold, but top tip is to have a cold shower (located next to the pool) first and then it doesn't feel so bad! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I made the mistake of leaving my USB plug at home so couldn't charge my phone at all but the hotel manager made a point of allowing me to borrow his spare USB plug for the duration of my stay. So grateful. Mirtos itself is stunning. The vibe is so chilled and relax and all of the local restaurant staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Even as a solo traveller I was treated with the same importance as tables of 10. So refreshing. I can't recommend Mirtos or Hotel Esperides highly enough.
