Hôtels 3 étoiles à Solidaridad

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

Excellent accueil, grande pièce, mais il faudrait une couverture pour entrer au premier étage. C'est vraiment dommage de devoir entrer dans la pièce sous la pluie quand il pleut. Très bon rapport qualité prix car l'emplacement est super.

Hôtel correct, mais service client horrible. Chargeur oublié dans la chambre. L'hôtel m'a fait perdre une heure de mon temps mais je ne l'avais pas trouvée.

Un bon hôtel très bien situé, c'est la troisième fois que je séjourne à Illusion, mais cette fois le niveau a un peu baissé ! Mais cela reste une option avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Emplacement fantastique.

Отель расположен не очень удачно . Далеко от автостанции и от приличных пляжей . Рядом пляж плохой и был очень плохой запах . Сервис в отеле очень хороший все доброжелательные и приветливые помогали во всем . Сам номер большой и удобный . Постель и полотенца пора заменить на новые уж сильно поношенные . Цена порадовала отеля . Но будте внимательно берут залог 1000 песо И 50 песо за каждые сутки типо налога.

Очень симпатичный и уютный хостел с красивым внутренним двориком: много зелени, скульптур, столиков. Есть бассейн. Персонал очень милый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь! Завтраки в кафе вкусные, персонал в кафе тоже очень милый! Номера огромные, есть большая кухня-гостиная. Небольшое неудобство доставляло отсутствие вайфая в номере, надо было спускаться на 1 этаж, чтоб использовать интернет.Также отсутствует дверь в душевую, а там помимо душевой ещё и общий шкаф с запирающимися шкафчиками. Душевая просто прикрыта шторкой (и сама комната, и душевая кабина). Расположение хостела замечательное! 3 минуты до пляжа и 1 минута до 5 авеню (вечером в номере слышно музыку с улицы из кафе снизу). В целом мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом хостеле!

C’était un hôtel magnifique. Les réceptionniste étaient très très accueillant et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le ménage a été fait tous les jours dans notre chambre. C’était splendide. L’emplacement est parfait, et la piscine est très agréable ni trop froide ni trop chaude. Parfaite pour le temps. Je reprendrai cet hôtel si je reviens à Playa Del Carmen. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable à un emplacement aussi près de la mer. Je ne comprend d’ailleurs pas les commentaires négatifs sur cet hôtel !  Bref un sans-faute pour notre part…

J'aime l'hôtel en général, nous passons une nuit seulement, le parking est vaste, j'ai aimé le petit-déjeuner, il a ce qu'il promet et sait riche. Tous les membres du personnel ont été très gentils. Peut-être qu'il faut juste nettoyer la douche, il avait un peu de mousse dans certaines parties de la bouche et des tuyaux. Les couloirs aussi ont besoin de mtto ou de peinture. La petite couvercle, mais suffisante pour se détendre. Je pense que si je rentre, c'est une très bonne option quand vous apportez une voiture et vous allez faire des tours. Relation prix vs ce qu'il offre.. excellent 👌.

The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand

One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel : In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location ) 1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk. This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation. Front desk not very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal. Recommended for budget travellers 👍
