Great hotel, good sized modern rooms only thing the tv’s doesn’t have a smart features. Only 1 out of 3 lifts are working so need to spend some time on waiting it and it’s get busy at some times. Breakfast 10/10 a lot of options for every kind. Great location. A lot of restaurants around, shopping, Christmas market. Public transport like Underground or buss stops few minutes walking distance

Premièrement séjour à l'hôtel Sana et c'est le meilleur que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent à Berlin, la situation est bonne, la chambre était lumineuse et spacieuse, j'ai eu la possibilité d'opter pour la nettoyage quotidien que je apprécie vraiment (plus éco-amical) La sauna et la piscine étaient belles, surtout quand il était au même niveau que ma chambre. 100% recommandé !

L'emplacement est très proche de l'Uber Arena, ce qui est très pratique pour regarder des concerts. Le personnel était très gentil. À mon arrivée, les chambres ordinaires étaient toutes pleines, alors ils m'ont offert un surclassement gratuit. La chambre est grande et confortable. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur avec des boissons et du vin, et vous pouvez préparer vos propres cocktails. La baignoire est très confortable. La carte-clé est superbe. L'hôtel est très rose et il convient en fait très bien aux couples ou aux meilleurs amis (frères) pour prendre des photos.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

1. À moins de 15 minutes à pied des trains S-Bahn, y compris les trajets vers l'aéroport, aller-retour depuis et vers l'aéroport prend environ une heure. Le moyen le plus économique de voyager. Oui, il y a un ascenseur pour les bagages, la poussette, le fauteuil roulant, etc. 2. L'emplacement était correct en général, j'adore le cadre résidentiel, assez paisible et calme. 3. Chambre dans l'ensemble, propreté satisfaisante. Smart TV, radio désuète (CD, cassette) qui ne me dérange pas d'avoir de la musique jazz jouée toute la journée. Le lit était confortable, l'oreiller était juste moyen. 4. Beaucoup de prises de courant stratégiques mais pas conviviales, toutes étaient des prises rondes locales, les prises de voyage internationales habituelles ne rentraient pas. La réception prêterait sans problème. 5. Bonne sécurité, accès par ascenseur grâce à la clé de la chambre, la vidéosurveillance a été installée, après les heures d'ouverture, la porte du hall principal doit être accessible par la clé de la chambre, 6. Le personnel de la réception est en général sérieux, certains sont amicaux avec un sourire et des salutations. Le monsieur de ménage était sympathique. 7. La pression et la température de la douche étaient excellentes, il fallait légèrement pointer vers l'intérieur, sinon l'eau serait pulvérisée hors de la cabine de douche. 8. Enfin, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la réception a prétendu qu'elle était peut-être gâchée et qu'elle pouvait prêter un ventilateur sans frais. Je n'en ai pas demandé un, j'avais laissé ma fenêtre entrouverte à tout moment lorsque j'étais dans la chambre car le temps était encore beau, entre 10 et 20 degrés Celsius. Je parie que l'été ne serait certainement pas aussi idéal.

Perfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The space is impressively large, impeccably clean, and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable, thoughtfully arranged living areas. Nothing felt missing or improvised; you could tell great care went into making it a complete and functional home. The location is simply unbeatable. Centrally situated yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, you get the best of both worlds: easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, without any of the noise or chaos you’d expect from a central address. We traveled with our young children and it was an ideal setup for a family. The apartment offers plenty of room for kids to move around safely, and the calm surroundings meant peaceful evenings and restful nights — something every parent traveling with little ones will truly appreciate. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a group of friends, or a family with small children, this apartment ticks every single box. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish.

I loved it. I wasn’t able to take a lot of pictures. There’s a near bus stop and a bit of walk to the train station. Very smooth and easy check in and check out. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion
