Hôtels Crowne Plaza à Sydney

Nous avons eu un magnifique week-end de relaxation à la Plaza Hawkesbury pour célébrer notre anniversaire. Nous avons séjourné dans l'espace suite junior avec un petit balcon qui a une vue magnifique sur les jardins et les montagnes à distance. Tout le personnel était exceptionnellement aimable et utile, avec un cri en particulier à Paris qui nous a donné des recommandations locales excellentes et était plus que content de répondre à toutes nos questions. Le prix de la chambre est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon.

The hotel is located in a great and laid back environment. Away from the busy city and a short 5 mins walk to the Macquerie Park Metro Station, 25 mins walk to the Macquerie Centre, with Mac KFC and Asian Food Eateries located just opposite across the hotel. There is also a direct public bus from the hotel to Birkenhead Point Outlet and City! The hotel even provide the daily house keeping services throughout the Christmas Period, thanks to the team for everything! We hope to be back and stay again in the future 👍🏻

We booked hotel for convenience for our wedding. Pros: The location is awesome, only 7min walk from Gadigal Metro Station and about 5mins from Townhall station. Check is smooth, we were quickly allocated a room. If you are a member with IHG they will allow you to have a later check out. The size of the room was very good. Cons: The cleanliness of the room was very sad, quite disappointing that a 4 star hotel doesn’t have late night housekeeping. There were grey stains on the pillows. Dirty bits in the shower. Housekeeping service was very bad. They somehow made the bed with our personal items wedged between the sheets which took up a really long time to find. They didn’t bother to replace towels and remove all the rubbish from our room. All in all, not the greatest experience. Would not recommend. Poor service, overpriced.

The location is good - walking distance to Airport, although you don't usually need to . But you might need walk to Mascot railway station, which is only 400 meters away. The room is clean, bed are comfortable, even the extra sofa bed. Also nice view - we can see domestic airport and botany bay. Breakfast is above average, ordinary Australian one. it has parking place, but charged 35$ per day, not sure if the price is high. Tesla destination charger seems always available - very convenient for EV drivers.
