L'un des meilleurs hôtels de Sydney!! La situation est absolument incroyable, à environ 20 minutes à pied à l'Opéra et à Chinatown. La gare QVB et la gare sont proches, à la circulaire Quay seulement une station. La chambre est grande et confortable aussi!

Accueil glacial. Les travaux en cours et bruyants ne sont surtout pas signalés lors de la réservation. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans aucune variation, c'est tous les jours les mêmes produits dans le même ordre. La machine à café à un problème tous les jours. Nous sommes arrivés le 03 septembre 2022, aujourd'hui le 05 septembre 2022 et nous n'avons toujours pas de connexion WIFI dans notre chambre, la réception est bien sûr ”very sorry” mais ne propose rien. Pourtant le WIFI gratuit dans la chambre fait bien partie de notre réservation et du prix payé. Bien que membre de ACCOR ALL nous n'avons reçu aucun des avantages attachés à notre statut. Le service de la maison est très bon, le service de la maison est très bon. Une suggestion pour le garde-house qui doit normaliser la procédure. Le refroidissement quotidien nous confond. Parfois, il n'a pas de refroidissement pour le verre d'eau et parfois pas de refroidissement pour le bain.

Hôtel totalement atypique, du mode de réception au rdc jusqu'à la chambre. Un look assez rétro art moderne qui change des hôtels de marque au look aseptisé. tout est parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au bar. Une petite remarque cependant sur le petit déjeuner qui manque un peu de choix, mais bon quoiqu'il en soit. A refaire sans hésiter !

I first stayed at Sydney Hilton in 2006 and the quality is still of that high standard after many years. It’s always great to meet good people, I always look forward to be welcomed by reception staff. On this occasion, Alisa was exceptional. When I asked for a specific room, which was unavailable, Alisa offered a room upgrade, which came with executive lounge access. This was greatly appreciated, as the Lounge on the 36th floor is one of the highlights of staying at the Hilton. It really did make my stay much more memorable. Well done to reception staff, and Alisa particularly. Good job. Darren

4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I organised a group get together of 74+ year olds. A reunion 50 years after medical school graduation. Everyone was so happy. The GM Klaus was very corporative in arranging a 'gala' dinner for us in a separate room. The desk staff courteous and helpful. The rooms were small - but very elegantly designed. The lighting subtle and pleasant. Beds comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. THANK YOU

L'hôtel est situé près de la station de métro, à pied vers le centre commercial Sydney Victoria / la mer de la rue du rône prend environ 15-20 minutes. Il y a une station de bus en dessous pour aller dans différentes villes, comme la plage de bondi. Les installations de l'hôtel sont généralement très froides, le lit est très étroit et ne préfère pas voir l'intérieur du couvercle, les autres équipements sont propres.

Room initially appeared well presented with good basic amenities and good central location for what we needed. Bathroom with large shower and good water pressure. Bed comfy.Front reception staff friendly and helpful. Parking close by (although a bit of a rabbit warren to get to / from car park, you also may need to tell parking staff that you a a guest of the hotel to get in as it also has public parking and fills up). The negatives I noted that bedside table had a couple marks (looked greasy/ hadn’t been cleaned properly) otherwise the room appeared clean to me. The tea and coffee looked like it was skimped (box showing 4 pods of coffee only had one). Friend in different room had similar experience and their soap was empty. Heard another guest complain about the cleanliness of their room to front reception whilst I was waiting in the lobby. For me the real surprise was being charged for things I didn’t use in the minibar. I rang them once I was home and reception told me it wasn’t an error, and the bill would remain (however they said ‘we will check’). I had one drink, not 3… unless I drank them whilst asleep!This is actually the action which motivated me to review this hotel, so others know to be careful. The charge won’t break my bank account but I feel like I have been shortchanged. I think all the issues with the hotel are with housekeeping, I won’t stay again though due to the minibar charges. If the housekeeping improved (cleanliness, refilling consumables and not charging guests for items not used) it has potential to be a nice hotel.

Je donne à cet hôtel 1 étoiles car il n'est pas possible de aller en dessous de ce! J'ai eu un séjour extrêmement désagréable dans cet hôtel.. très rude personnel, petite chambre comme une boîte à chaussures, des questions fréquentes avec Internet décrit mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Aujourd'hui matin ( Oct 29th, 2022) Internet n'a pas fonctionné du tout pendant 3-4 heures, j'ai appelé la réception pour se plaindre et la dame à la réception était très rude, elle a mentionné que l'Internet est complémentaire, donc nous ne pouvons pas garantir qu'il fonctionne!! C'est 2022 que notre vie dépend de l'internet, j'étais sur un voyage d'affaires et cette mauvaise qualité de l'internet a fait de ma vie très difficile. Les chambres sont de taille de boîte à chaussures, alors que vous êtes assis sur le lit, si vous étendez vos bras chances sont que vous atteindrez les deux côtés du mur .. Lol ! La dame à la réception était extrêmement rude, j'ai voyageu partout dans le monde, jamais vécu une telle rudeté de quelqu'un dans l'industrie hôtelière, son étrange, semblait être sur une mission pour détruire la réputation de l'hôtel. J'avais réservé un appel de réveil le matin. . Malgré la confirmation, personne ne m'a appelé. Ils ne se soucient pas !

Bonjour! Je suis un huître de 8203. Tout au long de votre séjour à l'hôtel, je me sens enthousiaste, gentil et attentif au service de votre personnel. Nous avons senti le chaleur de votre famille en hiver froid. Merci en particulier aux employés responsables du nettoyage de la chambre 8203. Toutes les fois, vous nous aidez sérieusement et soigneusement à nettoyer l'assainissement. Le temps est passé. Nous avons pris l'initiative de changer de robe. Le manteau de robe n'est pas suffisant. Nous avons pris l'initiative de prendre notre manteau pour nous. La porte de la chambre est cassé. L'ingénieur a pris contact pour réparer, Il nous a apporté beaucoup d'aide. J'espère que votre chef d'hôtel pourra l'éloigner et remercier encore une fois!

La chambre est petite, la réception est placée dans le bar, mais la chambre doit sortir du bar, monter de la petite porte à côté. Pas d'élévateurs. Bon dans les escaliers, trois étages au total. L'avantage est une bonne position géographique, très proche de toutes les stations de bus, au centre-ville. Il y a une machine à fromage de café gratuite au deuxième étage, mais il semble que personne ne s'occupe de ça. L'effet de séparation sonore est généralement possible d'entendre le bruit des gens dans le corridor. Généralement, après tout, le prix a un avantage, la position est bonne.

Travail d'affaires et de voyages familiaux. Nous vivons à West Sydney et nous avons décidé d'aller sortir dans la ville avec une famille. Mon partenaire travaille dans la ville, si confortablement situé à l'hôtel à l'office et à tous les autres grands magasins et restaurants. La chambre était prête à 12 heures, donc ma fille et moi avons pu vérifier dans quelle est agréable pour que je puisse jeter nos sacs. C'est une belle surprise, merci Grace Hotel! Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lits doubles pour pouvoir les pousser ensemble, nous avons un grand lit pour partager avec le petit lit qui dort entre nous. Juste plus facile que d'utiliser un cottage. Je dirais qu'elle est plus confortable. Si nous étions restés plus longtemps, nous aurions fait usage des robes, des pantalons et du dîner. Nous ne sommes pas la première fois à Grace et ne sera certainement pas notre dernière. Merci encore une fois pour l'hospitalité. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel!! 👌 ⭐️👌⭐️👌

Location drew me to Establishment, situated near some of my favourite restaurants in Sydney and close to the venue where I was doing business. Establishment delivers for location. I also chose Establishment for a little bit of luxury to break a heavy work schedule and it did not live up to expectation. It seems to be a great party crash hotel for the bucks/hens night with few services that really speak to the time poor luxury business traveller. It’s beautifully styled with a comfortable bed, but that is about the limit. It’s the services and the quality of the room features that let it down. No 24 hour room service and a menu that is not reflective of the quality of the food precinct it’s situated in. (I went out to get an excellent take away breakfast that I brought back to my room rather than order anything from the scant breakfast menu that looked like a take away menu). I left my computer power charger at home, but concierge could not help me with one to borrow or ideas on where I could buy a replacement. The bath is very narrow and not much hot water - I boiled the kettle to get it a bit warmer. Hunter products in the bathroom but there was no hair conditioner and few of the little luxuries that you would expect in such a stylish bathroom such as extra towels, make up mirrors/lighting, an extra soap for the bath. The room fittings are pretty tired and scuffed up. It’s certainly ready for a bit of a renovation/ refresh. The carpet looks like it’s seem some amazing parties. The room, particularly the bathroom, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking hotel. The bathroom shower curtain was really dirty and needs to be replaced. Lots of marks on the walls and scuff marks on furniture - looks tired and a bit worn out. There is no dedicated space to work for business travellers, other than a long table near the window but I had to sit on the bed. Inside the lift the small seating looks like it had seen some parties as well and not clean enough to sit on. No hand sanitiser anywhere. This was the most expensive room rate for the CBD area I wanted to be in, and the result was disappointing. As a lover of boutique hotels, I was looking forward to staying here, but based on this experience I won’t return and can’t recommend this one.
