Hôtels près de Besteck museum à Vienne

This hotel was reasonably priced and in a safe location. There were several restaurants within walking distance and also a little grocery store across the street. It's not right in the middle of the action of Vienna, but those hotels are more expensive. We usually took about a $10 Uber ride to get to the downtown area. The hotel was very clean and quiet, except I could hear toilets flushing upstairs. The rooms are rather dated, it definitely had an '80s feel to it. The breakfast was delicious and served by a very nice staff. They had lots of breads, meats, fruits, etc and you could also order eggs cooked specifically for you. The staff at check-in was friendly, but no one ever offered to help me get a cab or get my bags out of a cab for me. I feel like they would have helped if I asked. The furniture in the entire hotel seemed worn and cheap. Every chair I sat in felt like it might collapse. They could certainly use some updating. For what it was I would recommend it.

Il est situé à proximité d'un quartier résidentiel, donc on se sent un peu loin du centre, mais vous pouvez vous rendre à la cathédrale Saint-Étienne en 20 minutes environ en tram ou en bus ! Une bouteille d'eau est fournie chaque jour et le petit déjeuner est correct. Il y a aussi un réfrigérateur dans la chambre pour que vous puissiez y mettre de la nourriture ! Une clé de carte de bagagerie est remise lors du stockage des bagages avant l'heure d'enregistrement ou après le départ, mais comme il s'agit d'un espace commun, la clé de carte doit être restituée immédiatement. Ils vous donnent également du chocolat au moment du départ.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying

When I review a hotel I do so based on what i am looking for on the trip, on this trip I was looking for a nice hotel near to Vienna city centre with breakfast. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof ticked all the boxes. A 15 minute walk into the centre of Vienna with a tram line stop around 100 metres away. The rooms were fairly large and had all the amenities that you would expect, breakfast was varied with both hot and cold food. The area was pleasant and safe and had several bars and restaurants nearby. Overall if you don't want to pay the high prices in the centre then this is ideal. I would stay here again and also recommend the 1090 bar nearby in Bauernfeldplatz and the Rembetiko greek restaurant a 5 minute walk away

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé à moins d'un kilomètre de la Hofburg. Personnel très professionnel et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très bon et lounge assez correct. Propreté irréprochable. Transferts aéroport/hôtel/aéroport efficaces et à un prix plus que raisonnable. Le seul point négatif si je peux appeler ça un point négatif. Avec le statut Gold, nous avons droit au petit déjeuner. Celui-ci a pû être pris les deux premiers jours au restaurant prévu à cet effet et le dernier jour, nous avons été refusés et dirigés vers le lounge. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Bel hôtel (actuellement en travaux), très bien situé à côté du métro et du train pour se rendre à l'aéroport de Wien. L'accueil est sans plus (dommage), par contre la chambre (king-size premium) est bien,la salle de bains est par contre un peu petite. Le petit-déjeuner vaut le détour, il est simplement magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant et rapide. Seul bémol, mon épouse fêtait son anniversaire le jour de notre départ et aucune attention du personnel (frustrant…). Pour par part, je lui donne un 4 étoiles pour ses petits détails. Mais, je le rappelle très bien situé. A conseiller.

Pour notre premier séjour à Vienne, l'hôtel Regina a su nous combler et prolonger l'atmosphère poudrée si particulière de la ville. Notre chambre spacieuse et confortable nous réservait un confort et un calme bienvenu après nos intenses journées de visites. Toujours une vue, ici, sur la Votivkirche et les perspectives des grands boulevards qui nous rappellaient la splendeur de Vienne du lever au coucher, sans nous laisser de répits esthétiques. Le personnel préservait notre tranquillité tout en restant attentif à nos besoins, ponctuant d'agréables conversations, le soir, au gré de nos retours que ce soit pour échanger en français avec Stefanie ou bien apprécier les attentions discrètes de peter. Les plaisirs du soir, laissaient place à l'empressement joyeux des matinées face aux pâtisseries d'un petit déjeuner copieux dans une lumière délicate. C'est cela, tout était délicat et serein à l'hôtel Regina.

Bien situé, à 2 stations de métroà du centre historique de Vienne, l'hôtel est bien signalé. L'accueil y est chaleureux, les formalités rapides.Tout les personnels sont sympathiques. Tout est impécable, la salle de restaurant, l'ascenseur, les couloirs et la chambre. Literie conforme au confort IBIS. La chambre et la salle de bain sont bien aménagés. Environnement calme. Petit déjeuner conforme à nos attente.

Les installations de l'auberge sont en général assez bonnes. Il est un grand bâtiment, donc les chambres, l'espace commun et même les caisses sont vastes. La réception fonctionne 24h et vous avez une carte pour ouvrir les portes et aussi votre coffre-fort. Ce qui est confortable. La position est bonne, à côté d'un supermarché et au front du marché. En outre, il est très proche de Karlskirche et du centre en général.

Localisation des transports : Très proche de la Gare Centrale, juste en face. Il est parfait pour ceux qui sont très fatigués après être descendus du train et qui souhaitent trouver rapidement un endroit pour se reposer. Ce n'est pas dans le centre-ville, mais l'échelle des villes européennes n'est pas grande pour nous. Il faut environ 10 minutes à pied pour se rendre au Palais du Belvédère et 30 à 40 minutes à pied pour se rendre à la plupart des attractions du centre-ville. dans un rayon de 2 à 3 kilomètres, c'est acceptable. Chambre : Elle est spacieuse et confortable en Europe, plutôt bien. Prix ​​: Lors de la réservation, le prix moyen est d'environ 780rmb/nuit (deux nuits le samedi et le dimanche, le prix le samedi est plus élevé et le prix le dimanche est inférieur). Après l'enregistrement de nuit, le prix est passé à 680/nuit, ce qui peut être un prix de vente. Je pense que le prix est correct. Service : aucun service n'est nécessaire, il suffit de procéder à l'enregistrement et au départ, rien ne ressemble à cela.
