The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast.  I will not recommend this hotel

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

It was not a good time because of the government delegations staying at the hotel. The police blocked all the entrances and did not allow us to enter the hotel. We have to walk around to find the police who understand English and our situation.

The hotel location is great and specially if you get the mountain view. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is relatively small and busy. The receptionists are friendly in general however there is one lady who was so rude and tough.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. J'ai également aimé les équipements fournis tout ce qu'on avait besoin était là. L'environnement se sentait calme et relaxant, parfait pour une courte distance. La location était confortable et facile à accès. Highly recommended, especially for couples. It would definitely come back again! 😊

great service. it's my second time staying this hotel, my wife and daughter came with me, hotel offered an extra bed for free,which should be 25usd. though we didn't need it. really appreciated!!

Хороший отель. Чистый номер. Матрасы заменили по требованию на мягкие . В номере прохладно , но стоит обогреватель. Отличные завтраки . Большой бассейн , сауна и хамам отличные. Понравилось качество массажа

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!
