The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.

Hotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee
This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is directly connected to the train station via lift which is very convenient and very short walk to bus/tram stop. Clean and spacious rooms. Safe environment around the hotel with supermarkets and food places nearby.

Travel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.

Отличный отель за свою цену, отзывчивый персонал. Во дворе есть детская площадка. Виды из окна потресающие. В номерах чисто. В нашем номере был большой балкон со столиком и стульями. Завтрак в соседнем отеле, утром пройтись было даже в радость. Идти совсем не далеко, метров 80 не больше.

We verbleven hier op doorreis van Italië naar België en het hotel bleek ideaal gelegen. Het design en de voorzieningen zijn indrukwekkend: het zwembad, de sauna, de klimmuur en de Kids Cave maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Vanuit de kamer genoten we van panoramische uitzichten die werkelijk adembenemend waren.
Het ontbijt was van uitzonderlijk hoog niveau: zeer uitgebreid, dagvers en ontzettend lekker – echt een topper.
Een klein minpuntje was de minimale inrichting van de kamer en de netheid van het sanitair; in douche en toilet vonden we nog wat haren terug. Dat was jammer, maar woog niet op tegen de vele pluspunten.
Al met al een aanrader en wellicht komen we hier nog eens terug!

I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!

Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used.
Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town.

IInvitéL'hôtel était propre et le personnel sympathique. Nous avions déjà demandé à l'avance si un petit-déjeuner végétalien était disponible (sans réponse), puis à nouveau lors de l'enregistrement. Malgré les assurances selon lesquelles il existait des alternatives au lait végétalien pour le muesli, ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai trouvé cela dommage, car si j'avais su à l'avance, j'aurais apporté le mien.
Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, il faut donc compter sur la bienveillance des autres clients.
Le mobilier ne semble pas très moderne et il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni eau, ni fer à repasser.
L'emplacement est idéal : le centre-ville est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et c'est calme.

JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

IInvitéHotel mattresses and comforters so comfy and glad we found this accommodation near river and easy to go town. Bathroom was shared with others but there’s a lot of WC and no need to queue. The bathroom and toilet was so clean. A lot of games for my kids to spend their time. Great gems this place with that cheap price.
