The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Bien que le prix soit un peu cher pour un hôtel express, l'hôtel est proche de la gare principale d'Innsbruck, il est donc très pratique de prendre l'ICE pour Munich le lendemain. La réception de l'hôtel est également très accueillante et propose des coupons pour des billets pour des attractions. D’ailleurs, où que vous soyez à Innsbruck, vous pouvez lever les yeux et voir les montagnes aux sommets enneigés. ça vaut le détour

La seule chose qu'il pourrait avoir quelques autres équipements comme un couvercle pour le thé et le café L'hôtel est situé dans une belle position, à seulement 5-minute à pied de la salle dans la gare thurol thau bahnhst et à seulement 8-minute train à partir de la gare Innsbruck. The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction. And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions. *****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station for my luggage storage and pay more €20, tired and wasted the time. Please check your time to come for check-in at hotel***** The room is a bit tiny and loud from traffic outside and bell-ring from church. Staff were so nice and keen to help. Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices, such as; Cereal, Yogurt, Coffee, Cocoa, Tea, Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Jam, etc. I love it!

Excellent rapport qualité/prix si vous cherchez un logement à Innsbruck ! L'hôte était très sympathique et serviable. Ils nous ont permis d'utiliser l'espace commun jusqu'à 12 heures en attendant le jet de nuit ! Hautement recommandé !!

L'hôtel était propre et le personnel sympathique. Nous avions déjà demandé à l'avance si un petit-déjeuner végétalien était disponible (sans réponse), puis à nouveau lors de l'enregistrement. Malgré les assurances selon lesquelles il existait des alternatives au lait végétalien pour le muesli, ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai trouvé cela dommage, car si j'avais su à l'avance, j'aurais apporté le mien. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, il faut donc compter sur la bienveillance des autres clients. Le mobilier ne semble pas très moderne et il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni eau, ni fer à repasser. L'emplacement est idéal : le centre-ville est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et c'est calme.

C'est un hôtel très bien situé à côté de la gare. Il existe de nombreux magasins de proximité à l'intérieur de la gare. J'ai voyagé pour visiter le marché de Noël festif accessible à pied. Et de même, la ville n’est pas grande lorsqu’on séjourne dans cet hôtel. Vous pouvez faire une visite à pied pour voir la rivière Innes. et des bâtiments aux couleurs pastel Comprenant diverses attractions touristiques, il est facile de marcher. De plus, la vue depuis la chambre sur les montagnes enneigées est très belle. Le personnel était très gentil, bon service, très impressionnant.

Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Pros: spacious, clean with reception opening hours well available. Tourist card provided after check in, have discount for taxi within area but need help from reception to speak German. Great breakfast spread from the restaurant provided. Cons: location quite far, would prefer to stay at main station for more transport availability. No kettle and AC, water is drinkable from tap.
