Hôtels 3 étoiles à Tyrol, Autriche

Travel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.

L'emplacement est idéal, à 6 minutes à pied de la gare centrale d'Innsbruck. À l'intérieur, comme d'autres l'ont dit, le mobilier est ancien, mais propre. L'ascenseur est ancien, avec du papier peint en bois, et petit. L'hôtel est plutôt mignon, et le service d'accueil est très serviable. Si le style rétro ne vous dérange pas, c'est un hôtel économique qui propose le petit-déjeuner. Bien que simple, il est agréable et propre. Je suis ravie de mon séjour.

hôtel à une très belle situation. hall en tyrol thau bahnhst à 5 minutes à pied et station Innsbruck à 8 minutes du train. Hôtel était propre et service bon. La seule chose qu'il pourrait avoir quelques autres équipements comme un couvercle pour le thé et le café L'hôtel est situé dans une belle position, à seulement 5-minute à pied de la salle dans la gare thurol thau bahnhst et à seulement 8-minute train à partir de la gare Innsbruck. Rooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette. Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used. Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town. Other than the location, everything else was great.

This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺

L'hôtel était propre et le personnel sympathique. Nous avions déjà demandé à l'avance si un petit-déjeuner végétalien était disponible (sans réponse), puis à nouveau lors de l'enregistrement. Malgré les assurances selon lesquelles il existait des alternatives au lait végétalien pour le muesli, ce n'était pas le cas. J'ai trouvé cela dommage, car si j'avais su à l'avance, j'aurais apporté le mien. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, il faut donc compter sur la bienveillance des autres clients. Le mobilier ne semble pas très moderne et il n'y a ni bouilloire, ni eau, ni fer à repasser. L'emplacement est idéal : le centre-ville est accessible à pied en quelques minutes et c'est calme.

The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.

Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Bien que le prix soit un peu cher pour un hôtel express, l'hôtel est proche de la gare principale d'Innsbruck, il est donc très pratique de prendre l'ICE pour Munich le lendemain. La réception de l'hôtel est également très accueillante et propose des coupons pour des billets pour des attractions. D’ailleurs, où que vous soyez à Innsbruck, vous pouvez lever les yeux et voir les montagnes aux sommets enneigés. ça vaut le détour

Pros: spacious, clean with reception opening hours well available. Tourist card provided after check in, have discount for taxi within area but need help from reception to speak German. Great breakfast spread from the restaurant provided. Cons: location quite far, would prefer to stay at main station for more transport availability. No kettle and AC, water is drinkable from tap.
