Hôtels 3 étoiles à District de Famagouste, Chypre

Positives are location and staff. It then goes down hill dramatically. This property has a ”down” on 3rd party bookings such as Trip. The hotel, as shown in all brochures and publicity, is lovely. However, as a 3rd party booking, you are allocated to the original, nearly 40 year blocks at the rear - NO REFERENCE OR MENTION OF THESE ON THEIR WEBSITE!! They are definitely inferior, which explains the large amount of complaints on a daily basis, by many other people. The answer is always, ”the hotel is full” so try another day to move. So my advice is to avoid the property and spend a little more on quality of property. It's a classic, make your booking based on lovely pictures of rooms you will NEVER see. That's called deception and verging on fraud by all parties. After 18 hours of 'fighting the hotel directly' and using Trip customer services, did my allocated room become livable. However, more problems occurred with a non working kettle and then leaking shower. My advice is simple, steer clear of this establishment. Although the manager we dealt with ”fixed” our issues, never once was an apology. This speaks volumes!! I strongly believe there are loads of fake reviews(on TripAdvisor) with 5 star reviews and a couple of lines of rubbish, such as the food was big portions, same day posting from 5 ”different” reviewers!! Finally the breakfast buffet was cold every day and also ran out of butter portions. Parking is on a side street, 1st come, 1st served basis. We're glad to be home. Cyprus lovely, Ayia Napa lovely, Anthea is rubbish.

I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked during peak season so naturally the price was higher. I unfortunately do not think it’s worth the money. The room was okay, but bed was quite uncomfortable. There were also ants in my room as well. The basic room is not really a huge problem, but my biggest gripe is probably the noise. The walls are thin and I was awoken multiple times during the evening by loud neighbors coming back from a night out. And I’m generally fine with a little noise but this was excessive. I feel bad writing this because the owner was very nice, but I did not get any sleep at all. I understand it’s a Friday night and it’s a party town, but maybe having a quiet hours policy would make the stay more enjoyable for guests.

The location is ideal since it is pretty close not only to the main road where all the stores and restaurants are located and buses pass by but also to the nightlife area. A lot of young people ages 18-25 approximately stay there so it's a nice place to socialize and the pool is great for relaxing. The room itself is okay but there is plenty of room for improvement. Fist of all there should be an AC remote in the room without extra charge and not just an on/off switch which was the case. Also, the room I think should be cleaned more often (we stayed for 5 days and it was cleaned only once) and a bit better (only the bedsheets and the towels were changed). Lastly, the shower didn't have much pressure which could also be fixed.

Les chambres, les couloirs et la salle du petit-déjeuner étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Les chambres étaient confortables et bien équipées en produits de toilette, etc. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et généreux. Sezer et Duru étaient aimables, accueillants et attentionnés au petit-déjeuner. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été tellement satisfaits que nous sommes revenus. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des sites historiques. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Tout était exceptionnel ; l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied des principales attractions. Les femmes y sont vraiment magnifiques. Le seul problème que j’ai rencontré concernait la descente du deuxième étage au rez-de-chaussée. Mesurant 1,88 m, j’ai trouvé l’escalier en béton entre le premier et le deuxième étage assez bas. Je me suis cogné la tête à deux reprises, il faut donc faire attention et se baisser légèrement en descendant. Mis à part ce petit désagrément, j’ai passé un séjour fantastique et très agréable.

Le personnel de la ville, en particulier l'Asie, était très poli, très poli, utile et très enthousiaste à assister. Toute salle de bain sans spot est entièrement stockée avec tout, y compris les brosses dentaires, et la boîte de vanité. Lait et crème frais et biscuits chaque jour pour le thé et le café dans la chambre. Le bureau de contrôle a été détourné de leur façon de m'aider à partager ma voiture et à transporter notre sac dans notre chambre. Je retournerais certainement à cet hôtel.

Уютно чисто, все нужное есть. Важные нюансы при заселении: найти как включить холодильник и включить выключатель водонагревателя. Но мне попалась чудесная соседка, которая все подсказала. Но ресепшен всегда на связи, молодцы! Все супер! Приедем еще, комплекс удобный.

Very clean good size room which is a little dated but not an issue, apart from the shower head not being fixed to the wall which made showering difficult! Unable to receive Wi-Fi in the room, nor many TV channels! Really good swimming pool with an abundance of Sun beds and shades and great.location close to many bars and restaurants, which is good as the hotel bar didn't have any draft beers available! Staff were friendly enough but reception desk regularly unattended! Big car park but open to outsiders! So, all in all, a mixed bag but ok for the 3 nights we stayed, although I couldn't take much more of that shower!!

J'ai apprécié un séjour d'une nuit à l'hôtel. Excellentes installations, modernes et propres avec une grande chambre spacieuse et un personnel amical. Bon rapport qualité prix.
