It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

Content de la plateforme du toit, la chambre est petite, la plupart du temps est en plein air. Le personnel de service est très gentil et peut l'anglais. Il est pratique de jouer dans la vieille ville.

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Отель не виноват что городские власти не могут обеспечить безопасность в центре столицы. Сам отель невероятный, очень красивый, очень уютный, невероятно стильно и любовно оформлен. Завтрак на веранде с прекрасным видом, сам завтрак небольшой но вкусный, хлеб очень мягкий и свежий. Что вам нужно знать: двери отеля всегда закрыты, если вы приезжаете ночью нужно предупредить чтобы в отеле вас ждали, так как этот район города не очень благополучный. Мой заезд был в 3 ночи, мне пришлось попросить таксиста стоять рядом со мной пока я звонил в дверь и пока мне не открыли, если бы я остался один мне было бы тревожно. В номере есть большое окно и балкон но его так же приходится держать закрытым из-за безопасности. Я хорошо понимаю что сотрудники отеля очень стараются чтобы внутри вы чувствовали себя в безопасности и комфортн но не могут повлиять на ситуацию за пределами отеля

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

The hotel gave me a much larger roon than last time and it was really fantastic with great views of the mountains. Breakfast is still a bit sad as not much hot food choices. Location is very convenient.

EL Hotel San Francisco de QUito, esta muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento y servicial, se esmeran por que el huesped este comodo y disfrute su estadia. El desayuno completo y abundante, Sin duda, regresare.

Удивительное место. Я не знала ни испанского ни английского языка но меня окутали таким внимание и заботой, что я не чувствовала проблем в общении. От отеля идёт тепло и спокойная, домашняя обстановка. Заселили меня на 2 часа раньше положенного времени. В номере каждый день делали влажную уборку. Завтраки были вкусные с натуральным соком и свежими фруктами. Вечером можно вкусно покушать в ресторане. Очень хотелось бы сюда вернуться и почувствовать внимание и заботу этих людей

We had a fantastic stay at casa de Piedra. It's in a perfect, quiet location on the edge of town. It's beautifully maintained, and the service is excellent. The breakfast was also great, and they accommodated our dietary requirements as well. Plus, 2 friendly dogs roam the grounds!

La position de l'hôtel est bonne, il y a un supermarché à l'étage, pas loin de la station de bus, vous pouvez effectuer un bus au musée de Kido. L'hôpital est à côté du musée pour un vaccin contre la chaleur jaune. L'environnement public de l'hôtel est bon, il y a beaucoup d'objets anciens équipés, le propriétaire de la réception est très bon, il fournit un service d'impression gratuit, il sec une sac de vêtements de 5 couteaux, le 3e étage peut voir la cathédrale de Kioto et la montagne de pain, et le paysage nocturne est très bon. C'est là que l'hôtel ne fournit pas de déshydratation, il a besoin de se préparer.
