Hôtels 4 étoiles à Province de Kampot, Cambodge

Je suis arrivée assez tard, et le chef a eu la gentillesse de m'aider à préparer un dîner de riz au poulet. Le hall était accueillant et chaleureux, et le petit-déjeuner impeccable. Le chef a même eu la gentillesse de me faire goûter les œufs Bénédicte et le toast à l'avocat. J'ai oublié de prendre des photos de la chambre, mais elle était identique à celles présentées sur trip.com. L'hôtel arbore un style colonial français, et sa cour et sa piscine sont très agréables.

J'ai passé quatre nuits à l'hôtel Sokchea Kampot à Kampot. Ce n'était pas ma première fois : l'année dernière, j'y avais séjourné dix nuits et mon expérience avait été positive. Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, l'ambiance était différente. Le premier jour, après mon arrivée vers 15 h et un dîner à l'extérieur, j'ai trouvé un cafard sur mon lit, plus gros que je n'aurais jamais voulu en voir. Le personnel l'a enlevé, mais j'ai eu du mal à me détendre ce soir-là. Le lendemain, j'ai demandé à ce que les draps soient changés. Ils ont seulement refait le lit, et la tache était toujours là. Après avoir insisté et expliqué la situation, ils ont finalement obtenu les draps. Ce même jour, le ménage laissait à désirer. La poubelle de la salle de bain n'avait pas été vidée et j'ai dû réclamer du papier toilette, car il n'avait pas été remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce type, c'est inadmissible. De plus, des travaux sont en cours à côté de l'hôtel, avec un bruit incessant de 8 h à 17 h, ce qui gâche le séjour, surtout lorsqu'on essaie de profiter de la piscine, qui est sans doute le principal atout de l'établissement.

Chambre propre et emplacement plutôt intime. Attention cependant aux publicités mensongères. Il est indiqué que le « Sky Cottage King » dispose d'une « TV LCD », mais il n'y avait pas de télévision du tout. J'ai appelé la réception pour vérifier, et la seule explication était que toutes les autres chambres « Sky Cottage King » n'avaient pas de télévision non plus. J'ai suggéré à la réception d'informer la direction afin qu'elle mette à jour les informations, mais elle n'a pas répondu. J'ai finalement demandé un délai de départ plus long, ce qu'elle a accepté, mais il n'a pas semblé inquiet ni s'excuser de la préoccupation ou de la suggestion du client.

The double bedroom is nice; it is big, especially the bathroom. There's a huge bathtub and another area for an overhead shower, which is efficient. My room also contains a space to chill outside. What was mid was the pool. It is pretty small but still swimmable. However, their breakfast is delicious, and there is a lot of choice to choose from.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The facilities are exceptional — from the stunning swimming pool and the spacious, flower-filled yard with fruit trees, to the well-equipped gym and charming restaurant that serves delicious foods whole day. The outdoor areas are thoughtfully arranged, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. What truly made our experience special was the hospitality of the staff. In particular, I’d like to mention one of staff Saly, who greeted us with warmth and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged. He even connected us with a friendly and English-speaking Khmer tuk-tuk driver who took us on a fantastic private day tour to five major landmarks at a very reasonable price. They helped us to book tickets to Phnom Penh and to use their motorcycle to the downtown. I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort — it truly leaves a lasting impression.

Room's nice and clean, location is v average but the Riverside location wins it over. WiFi is piss poor, TV doesn't work, cafe is very overpriced and you get small servings. Staff at the front desk and cleaner was lovely though.

It is quite pleasant, but the room is just a simple Banglow with some necessary amenity, and food is good. But the downside is the natural sea water is not in good condition which cannot be help by human. So overall it is ok.

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city. The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out. That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

Les installations étaient agréables et propres, et j'ai été très satisfaite du ménage et du service. L'emplacement était un peu excentré, mais comme nous avions une voiture, cela n'a posé aucun problème. J'ai beaucoup apprécié que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas un buffet, mais qu'il y ait des options à la carte tout à fait correctes. La piscine était également très propre. ^^ L'eau à Kampot était délicieuse et l'air était fantastique ! Toute ma famille a été ravie.

The Safari Resort is a perfect place for a weekend away from the city. Its location at the border of Mlech lake surrounded by hills guarantees a wonderful setting. The bungalows are nicely designed and beautifully decorated and furnished. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom is spacious. Friendly welcome and friendly service. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Breakfast has Asian options. Kayaks and a boat trip are available. Pet friendly. It's a huge advantage when your dog is welcome! The location is slightly different from Google maps. Just continue a few 100 meters along the same little road. Certainly recommended.
