Le personnel s'est accueilli avec un sourire et ils étaient amis et m'ont fait sentir facilement à l'écart de la maison.

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et chaude. Nous voulions juste un séjour de nuit. A great hotel with funky rooms, and very good facilities including a gym and pool. The bar is great with a number it sports screens and even a little cinema area, food is also served here. There is also a Starbucks with little cafe area. The staff can’t do enough for you and parking is free whilst staying the night at the hotel. A great find.

Hotel is a bit old and lack of refurbishments. The room doesn't have good insulation especially during cold night one radiator still feel very chilly inside the room. Only one soft and no chair to sit in front of desk, the bed was a bit tilted. Overall it's an okay hotel if you want to have a short stop.

Lovely last minute get away. The canal view room was spacious. Lovely hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa facilities were excellent. The food in the restaurant at night was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

C'était juste bien, je travaillais à Crewe pendant 1 jour et l'Ibis était parfait, la chambre agréable et chaleureuse et propre, et le petit déjeuner était super, beaucoup de choix

The hotel is quite dated and our room had damaged curtains and rail. The rooms had yale keys (not access card) and there were no usb chargers which you expect these days. However, the hotel was very clean and quiet. The bed was really comfy and a good powerful shower. Overall a great stay for the price.
