Le personnel de la réception était incroyablement aimable et serviable, et m'a fourni de nombreuses informations. Les installations sont un peu anciennes mais bien entretenues, et les douches fonctionnent parfaitement. Je recommande vivement de réserver une chambre avec vue sur l'Acropole pour profiter du panorama nocturne. L'emplacement est idéal, et je choisirais sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour. Les hôtels à Athènes sont généralement assez chers ; c'est donc une excellente option si vous recherchez un bon rapport qualité-prix.

This was a great stay for us and our family. The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sights and eateries in Athens and most were within a 10-20 minute walk. The nearby Monastiraki metro station made it easy to get to and from the airport as well. The rooms are nicely appointed with a couple of chairs, work station, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge and TV. The beds were small but comfy enough. Our family had a 2 and 3 bed rooms and we found the 2 bed room was a lot more spacious. The bathrooms in both were small but we appreciated that the hot water came on quickly and there was a small window for ventilation. Our room was quiet at night but our family noted street noise on the lower floors. The elevators were often tricky to catch as they are small but we appreciated it when we didn't feel like the climb to the sixth floor. The amenities at the hotel were good for the price. The roof top patio and bar area was a highlight and we enjoyed a couple of afternoons up here watching the sun set and the lights turn on at the Acropolis. The prices of the bar were inexpensive and they had a good variety of options. There was a sitting room that had tea and coffee midday and they kept it open in the evening so we were able to sit together and talk. They had laundry service, baggage storage and could help arrange tours or car hires as well at the front desk with their friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast at this hotel was very good for the price. They had something for everyone and lots of place to sit. Highlights for us were the Greek yoghurt and the spinach and feta stuffed pastries. They also had mini sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, breads, baklava, croissants, dried fruits, fresh fruits, juices and a coffee machine. We looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel provided a good base for exploring and was centrally located. We would say if you're looking to save money and have a good breakfast to start your day in Athens this hotel is a good choice.

Il est rare que Xapo laisse un commentaire sur les hôtels, mais cette fois-ci, l'expérience a vraiment dépassé toutes mes attentes. En considérant que c'était l'hôtel le moins cher sur Ctrip ce jour-là, je n'avais pas de grandes espérances à cause du prix bas. À ma grande surprise, la chambre ressemblait à un hôtel de la chaîne ”All Seasons” en Chine, et le personnel de la réception et du restaurant était extrêmement amical. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. L'hôtel est à seulement 3 km de l'Acropole, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter les attractions du centre-ville d'Athènes. Le seul petit bémol est que la rue où se trouve l'hôtel est un peu déserte, mais il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter, car le commissariat de police est juste à côté.

Everything is perfect. Clean / good reception/ quiet. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom layout / size will have you squeezing in and out. And I stayed in the 4 beds room. That would be a challenge if you have 4 people in there trying to use the bathroom.

Exceptional hospitality in the heart of Athens I had a fantastic stay at Philippos Hotel! The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the Acropolis Museum and the metro station. For anyone interested in tours, there is an 'Athenian Tours' office right across the street, which is very convenient and enjoy the Acropolis view from the rooftop. The Standout Service: The staff truly made my trip special. The male receptionist who welcomed me was incredibly nice and accommodating. Not only did he help me carry my heavy luggage upstairs, but he also spent time explaining the room, the Acropolis area, and suggesting great places to visit. On a day when I arrived and it was raining, he even thoughtfully offered me an umbrella. Another nice touch was the complimentary coffee served from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Even when the hotel was busy, everything felt very organized and clean. The Room & Breakfast: My room smelled wonderful, and the queen-sized bed was very comfortable. The washroom was clean and equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. Breakfast was another highlight—it was very full and packed with a great assortment of breads, salads, sweets, juices, and coffee. Things to Consider: Stairs: The staircase is not very suitable for people with large luggage or mobility issues. While I was helped at check-in, the receptionist wasn't available when I was leaving, so I had to carry my heavy bags down the stairs by myself. Amenities: Note that while they provide basic toiletries, there were no toothbrushes or slippers, so you should pack your own. Smoking: For those who smoke, it is permitted outside the hotel and on the rooftop. Overall, a solid 4-star experience thanks to the wonderful staff and perfect location!”

Loved the location, facilities, staff and food!! Excellent stay - very clean, lovely home and people! The host can assist to book a Taxi to airport in advanced. Breakfast serving is good. Highly recommend for travelers needing a stopover near the airport.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel A for Athens en avril 2024 et avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les chambres étaient propres et modernes, et l'emplacement idéal, juste en face de la place Monastriaki et de la station de métro. Restaurants et boutiques étaient également à proximité. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et notre chambre était joliment aménagée. Située au deuxième étage, elle ne donnait pas sur la rue et le bruit était minime. Des percussions résonnaient sur la place jusque tard dans la nuit, ce qui pourrait être gênant dans une autre chambre. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus dans le prix de la chambre, était servi dans un agréable restaurant sur le toit offrant une vue imprenable sur l'Acropole. Le choix était excellent, avec trois plats à base d'œufs différents, du bacon, du jambon, des saucisses, des fruits, des viennoiseries et du yaourt grec. Du café, du jus d'orange et d'excellents cappuccinos latte étaient également proposés sur demande. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Athènes.

L'hôtel lui-même était agréable et propre. Cependant, il ne dispose pas de laverie, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la section « équipements ». Il n'est pas non plus situé dans un quartier très prisé, car en s'y rendant à pied depuis l'Acropole, on risque de croiser des sans-abri et des seringues abandonnées dans les rues. Si vous prévoyez de prendre un taxi pour vous rendre aux attractions, c'est un bon choix. Sinon, je vous conseille d'envisager d'autres hôtels.

Je suis tellement impressionné après avoir enregistré dans cet endroit incroyable. La chambre est d'une propreté éclatante et immense. Le gérant m'a envoyé plusieurs SMS et est passé en personne pour me saluer et s'assurer que tout va bien. L'auto-enregistrement est très facile si vous suivez le message d'instructions du gérant
