Comme l'auberge comptait beaucoup de Japonais, c'était également formidable de pouvoir faire un tour avec eux et recueillir des informations. La chambre d'hôtel était également très propre, mais il était difficile de contrôler la température de la douche 😅 Il y avait aussi une piscine, même si je ne l'ai pas utilisée. J'ai souvent utilisé le restaurant sur le toit car il offrait une vue magnifique, mais le prix est plutôt élevé, donc je pense qu'il vaut mieux l'utiliser pour le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel était gentil et j'ai été très satisfait de la soupe miso de bienvenue et du transport vers un autre hôtel. C'est un hébergement hautement recommandé pour les Japonais visitant Jaisalmer !

The hotel is nearby railway status located in the heart of Jaipur. and the hotel can provide the driver for one day trip but is a little bit expensive than booking outside. Hotel cleanliness and service is moderate, not good not bad.

Санузел общий: на две комнаты предусмотрены три туалета и две душевые. При этом почти всегда было свободно, что удобно. Единственный минус — не выдают полотенца. На территории есть небольшой бассейн, но я им не пользовался. Также проводятся разные активности — мне удалось попасть на киновечер, было приятно и атмосферно. В целом место оставило хорошее впечатление: дружелюбная и спокойная атмосфера.

Un hôtel normal. Un endroit un peu vieillot, mais ils font des efforts. Les chambres fraîchement rénovées commencent au troisième étage, le personnel est réactif, l'hôtel est sûr, le toit est frais et la vue est superbe ! Les prix sont plus qu'attrayants.

A heritage hotel with excellent customer service, clean rooms , very helpful staff and great food. I took the hotel’s car with driver package for sightseeing and had the privilege to travel with Mr Satpal who drove us around Jaipur and took good care of us. Highly recommended , beautiful place with real Rajastani Culture.

The staff at Hoztel Jaipur truly cares about their guests. They help out booking trains/buses and prepared some home remedies for me when my stomach wasn't doing great. Additionally, Hoztel is a great place to socialize and meet other likeminded travelers. Beds are comfortable and have a privacy curtain.

When we checked in, there was clearly an issue but nobody would tell us anything while they discussed in Hindi. After asking multiple times what the issue was, we were accused of having made a wrong booking. As they had a single occupancy room for us while we were two. After showing multiple confirmations and our check-in voucher which all said “2 adults” they kept telling us we were wrong. Multiple managers were called and eventually we did get a room but they still wanted us to do their job and contact Trip.com. The men at reception kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen at all, the girl was helpful and apologised multiple times. Once we finally got up in the room, there were stains on the sheet. In the morning my friend even had molded bread from the buffet… overall not a great experience but the room itself was good.

Nice hotel with good service. The food in the restaurant is also delicious. There's a metro station near the hotel so it's convenient to move around the city.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We can stay here and do jawai safari. 20km we would definitely stay there again. 5.
