We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Bien qu'un peu excentré par rapport au centre-ville de Reykjavik, l'hôtel est calme et agréable. Le parking était facile d'accès et le personnel accueillant. Les couleurs du ciel au coucher du soleil, le soir et le matin, étaient magnifiques depuis la chambre.

Super quickly the confirmation email from the hotel, the directions and recommendations are clear and simple. The room was a decent side and it had a huge bathroom. Right now there are making some renovations in the property but during the sleeping hours everything is pretty calm and silent

Suite à une notification préalable, l'hôtel a surclassé notre chambre et l'a décorée de ballons « Joyeux anniversaire » et nous a offert une bouteille de champagne sans alcool : une attention incroyablement généreuse et très appréciée, témoignant d'un service client irréprochable. Confort et équipements Les chambres sont toujours propres et modernes. Un avantage pratique : le thé, le café et le chocolat chaud sont offerts à la réception, parfaits pour se réchauffer après une journée d'exploration de l'Islande. Restauration Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Il propose des ingrédients de grande qualité, un large choix et est clairement conçu pour répondre à tous les régimes alimentaires, le tout accompagné d'un café vraiment excellent. Emplacement et verdict L'emplacement est idéal : le personnel est accueillant et serviable, et le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied, offrant un bon compromis entre accessibilité et calme. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Nous avons même aperçu des baleines dans la baie, c'était incroyable !

Ce séjour a été extrêmement satisfaisant ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, parfait pour les visites et les restaurants, et à quelques pas des quartiers commerçants et des attractions touristiques. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux et attentionné, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ ont été très efficaces, avec une réponse rapide à tous nos besoins. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et sans odeur, avec une literie douce et confortable. L'insonorisation était excellente, garantissant une nuit paisible. Les articles de toilette étaient complets, l'eau chaude était abondante et la salle de bain était sèche et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec des produits frais et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Dans l'ensemble, l'atmosphère était chaleureuse et confortable, offrant un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Je choisirais sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour ; je le recommande vivement !

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La cuisine et les salles de bains étaient toujours très propres et vous pouviez voir quelqu'un se moque ou nettoyer. La chambre était très chaude, donc pack light pyjamas. Il n'y a pas de femmes seulement dormir!!! Je pensais que je réservais une chambre pour femmes, mais les hommes y étaient aussi. Un homme avait réservé un homme seulement dormir mais ils ne l'ont pas non plus. Le site web et les descriptions trip.com ont clairement besoin d'expander.

Overall a good place. It was close to walk to the downtown area, and also close to many great food places and Bonus. Wish the hair dryer was different, was not as strong as I’m used to. The staff were nice and friendly too!

Le séjour a été excellent et le personnel très sympathique. La cuisine commune était bien équipée et les espaces communs étaient nettoyés quotidiennement. De nombreuses personnes se sont plaintes d'une odeur nauséabonde d'égout, qui semble être due à l'odeur de soufre de l'eau chaude, l'Islande étant directement reliée à l'eau géothermique. (La solution consiste à remplir un sac plastique d'eau pour créer une petite boule d'eau, puis à boucher le drain de l'évier pour éliminer l'odeur !)

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.
