We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Excellent budget hotel. Good location couple of things to note probably @ Trip.com fault not hotel Your booking doesn’t guarantee “free parking” you only get that if booking direct. Trip falsely advertise free parking. Also there was a surcharge to pay at check in approx 800 krona again trip won’t disclose this. For these reasons I avoided booking through trip my next booking. Hotel was excellent and good fresh breakfast.

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

I had a really nice stay at this hostel in Iceland. The location was great and it was easy to get around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and warm, which was perfect after spending the day outside exploring.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Muli. Patricia, qui nous a accueillis le 1er janvier, était très aimable et serviable. Après notre arrivée par un vol matinal, nous avons été ravis d'être accueillis avec le sourire. De plus, notre chambre était prête, ce qui nous a permis de nous installer plus tôt. La chambre était propre et confortable. À noter : le ménage est effectué sur demande. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et le personnel de cuisine était tout aussi aimable et serviable que le reste de l'équipe. En résumé, un séjour agréable et un service chaleureux.

Ce séjour a été extrêmement satisfaisant ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, parfait pour les visites et les restaurants, et à quelques pas des quartiers commerçants et des attractions touristiques. Le personnel de la réception était chaleureux et attentionné, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ ont été très efficaces, avec une réponse rapide à tous nos besoins. La chambre était propre, bien rangée et sans odeur, avec une literie douce et confortable. L'insonorisation était excellente, garantissant une nuit paisible. Les articles de toilette étaient complets, l'eau chaude était abondante et la salle de bain était sèche et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec des produits frais et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Dans l'ensemble, l'atmosphère était chaleureuse et confortable, offrant un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Je choisirais sans hésiter cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour ; je le recommande vivement !

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. La cuisine et les salles de bains étaient toujours très propres et vous pouviez voir quelqu'un se moque ou nettoyer. La chambre était très chaude, donc pack light pyjamas. Il n'y a pas de femmes seulement dormir!!! Je pensais que je réservais une chambre pour femmes, mais les hommes y étaient aussi. Un homme avait réservé un homme seulement dormir mais ils ne l'ont pas non plus. Le site web et les descriptions trip.com ont clairement besoin d'expander.

Overall a good place. It was close to walk to the downtown area, and also close to many great food places and Bonus. Wish the hair dryer was different, was not as strong as I’m used to. The staff were nice and friendly too!

J'ai séjourné dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant deux nuits, la première nuit dans l'annexe et la deuxième nuit dans le bâtiment principal. Le personnel masculin est très gentil et serviable. L'enregistrement automatique est très simple et la sécurité est bonne. En plus de la cuisine, le bâtiment principal dispose également d'une grande salle à manger où vous pourrez déguster du café gratuitement, cuisiner et socialiser avec d'autres voyageurs. Les déchets sont correctement séparés et l'environnement général est très propre et soigné. Il y avait aussi des toilettes séparées de la salle de douche et un lavabo dans la chambre, donc c'était facile de passer la matinée trépidante sans avoir à se chevaucher avec d'autres voyageurs.

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.
