Hôtels 3 étoiles à Préfecture de Hyōgo, Japon

Notre réservation préférée de tout notre voyage au Japon ! Cette auberge est une entreprise familiale, vous pouvez donc imaginer l'accueil chaleureux de toute la famille pour ce séjour de 2 jours et 1 nuit. Nous avons regretté de ne pas y être restés un jour de plus, car le village était très reposant. La chambre est impeccable, un yukata nous a été fourni pour visiter les bains publics et l'accès aux 7 bains publics est également offert. Nous avons tout ce qu'il faut dans cette auberge ! Il y a aussi un onsen privé dans l'hôtel et l'hôte était très serviable et sympathique. Il s'est même démené pour nous accompagner jusqu'à la station Kinosakionsen… Merci beaucoup, nous nous sommes bien amusés ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

We had an unforgettable stay at Matsuya in Kinosaki. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The service was truly some of the best I’ve ever experienced—warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. A special shoutout to Cho, a new team member from Vietnam who is studying Japanese. She was incredibly kind and made our stay even more memorable. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and offered such a cool and authentic traditional Japanese experience. The kaiseki dinner was incredible—relaxing, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We had an early train and couldn’t stay for breakfast, but based on dinner alone, I’m sure it would have been amazing. At check-in, we were given yukatas and traditional sandals to wear around town, which made the whole visit even more special. The onsens were wonderfully relaxing, and the town itself was friendly, charming, and exactly what we hoped for. I highly recommend staying at Matsuya if you want to experience the absolute best of Japanese hospitality, culture, and relaxation. Truly a highlight of our trip. We are a LGBTQ+ traveling couple and felt very welcomed.

Останавливались в отеле в октябре 2024 года. Взяли два номера на двоих. Плюсы: 1. Великолепные номера в стиле классического рекана: все очень красивое, аутентичное, масса мелких деталей, записок и подсказок для гостей, интересных безделушек в номере. У нас были кровати, а не футоны, но минусом это никак не назвать - кровати удобнейшие. Вид из номера (3 этаж) - на горы. Чистота идеальная, в номере есть все, что должно быть в номере классического рекана: от татами, до низкого столика для отдыха. 2. Бесподобный ужин кайсеки. Великолепный завтрак сукияки (готовишь себе сам). 3. Красивейшие интерьеры отеля, по нему интересно гулять, изучая его изнутри. Отель красивый снаружи тоже. 4. В номерах можно курить (мы этого не делали, да и номера не прокуренные совершенно). Есть курилка при входе в отель. 5. Чудесный персонал. Все просьбы и жалобы удовлетворяются за минуты. Плохо говорят на английском, но это не беда, общались через переводчик. Ребята классные, веселые. Быстрый чек-ин, куча напоминалок по поводу того, куда и во-сколько приходить / что и как правильно делать. 6. Есть приватный онсен (мы не пользовались). 7. Дают беспланый пропуск в 7 общественных онсенов. Дают скидки на сувениры. 8. Дают отличные юкаты для онсенов, для женщин - дадут красивые, выбор огромный. Нюансы: 1. Единственный минус отеля - удаленность от центра Киносаки (15-20 минут ходьбы по не слишком красивым местам). Но! Есть бесплатный трансфер от отеля до центра города, плюс есть трансфер вокзал-отель-вокзал. Да и ходьба от отеля до центра Киносаки нас особо не напрягала. 2. Это не бизнес-отель, поэтому ни стиралки, ни утюга, ни душа в номере нет. Душ (а по факту - онсен) общий на минус первом этаже - отдельный для мужчин и женщин.

Tout d'abord, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très avantageux. Le bus de l'aéroport du Kansai coûte 2 200 yens et va directement dans le quartier de Sannomiya au centre de Kobe. Il faut moins de 10 minutes pour descendre du bus et marcher. devoirs à l'avance, c'est vraiment adapté pour voyager seul. Vous n'avez pas besoin de traîner vos valises en train. Juste en bas se trouvent un supermarché 7-11, une pharmacie, un grand supermarché Aeon et un grand magasin Hankyu. à quelques mètres se trouve le centre de transport. Le terminal de bus, le métro Kobe Sannomiya et le chemin de fer électrique Hanshin vont à la côte de Suma, Arima Onsen, Kobe Outlet est très pratique. L'enregistrement et le départ en libre-service sont disponibles. Des chambres simples sont disponibles pour environ 300 RMB, ce qui est conforme aux normes japonaises exquises. Vous pouvez récupérer divers articles de toilette à la réception. La chambre ne peut être carrelée que 24 heures sur 24. valise de pouces, ce qui est suffisant, vous pouvez afficher les exigences de nettoyage devant la porte tous les jours et le personnel de service les nettoiera à temps. Le seul inconvénient est que la voie ferrée en face de la fenêtre de ma chambre est trop proche. Le bruit est un peu fort et dure jusqu'au petit matin et commence tous les matins. Cela affectera les personnes ayant une mauvaise qualité de sommeil. Il y a beaucoup de plats délicieux dans les environs. Je n'ai pratiquement pas pris de petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel, c'est très rentable. Si je reviens à Kobe, je choisirai cet hôtel et le recommanderai à mes amis.

Overall it’s a clean and nice hotel. Just that their parking is a bit limited and first come first serve basis.

Enjoyed our stay and experiencing our first onsen and kaiseki! They provided us with yukatas and passes to access the public baths, also had 3 private onsens on site. Friendly staff, lots of food included in the dinner and breakfast which they serve in your room and set up/pack up your bedding, with option for continental breakfast on our 2nd day instead of japanese style. Quiet, clean and futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s about 8min walk from the train station which was fine for us but there’s a bus shuttle option right outside the station, and the hotel also offer bag drop off for a small fee when you leave so you don’t need to carry them. It’s close to the ropeway that you can ride up for nice views. Also right near the best public onsen in our opinion. (Be sure to check the onsen hours we missed out on one and note 2 are currently closed for renovations). A few things worth noting - breakfast is served early, you can pick 8 or 8.30am. If you are sensitive to light, it’s not completely dark when sleeping, sun comes through the windows as it has the traditional paper screen style. Also there in not a shower in your room, you need to use the onsen showers (either the private ones on site which you can’t book so can’t guarantee availability but both times we wanted to use them we were able to, or at the public onsens.) Overall we would recommend staying here to treat yourself to some peaceful rest and relaxation.

Je ne pensais pas que cet hôtel thermal était aussi bien. À notre arrivée, les réceptionnistes étaient très accueillants, malgré des différences de langage. Le serveur a fait appel à un traducteur pour nous aider à comprendre au mieux. Le dîner et le petit-déjeuner étaient très copieux. La source thermale sur place était très confortable. Le jour du départ, des dispositions ont été prises pour que nos bagages (payants) soient livrés au bureau des visites touristiques près de la gare JR, ce qui nous a évité de devoir revenir. Bravo !

Great location. It has the usual sleeping gown, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush. It even had cleansing oil, toner. There also offered tea bags that you can take freely take from the lobby. The surrounding area has some renovations going on but the hotel is right by the Sannomiya station and bus terminal. The Lawson convenience store is right outside.

Great hotel to stay in and relax. They have everything we need to rest with comforts, onsen, sauna, massage chair, free ramen every night and free ice cream after onsen, just to name a few. Our room (18sqm) is more spacious than the typical business hotel. Hotel location is good, right at the edge of Kobe Chinatown, 3 min walk to the Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street, 7 min walk to the nearest JR Line of Hanshin Line Motomachi Station and 10-15min to Sannomiya Center Gai Shopping Street.
