Beautiful location on top of Mt. Tateyama! Really glad to be able to get such a good deal including dinner and breakfast. I stayed on the top bunk, which was so stable and the ceiling was so high that I could stand totally straight on it as a 1.6m tall person. The staff were very helpful and other guests were also quite friendly. The onsen was not the most unique and relatively small, but the stay was still well worth it for the experience. The route was also mostly covered in snow, so as someone who was walking on snow for the first time, I took a while to get the accommodation, but thankfully the weather was great and the sceneries were breathtaking!

Chambre : Propre et bien rangée. La taille de la chambre est convenable ; largement suffisante pour une personne seule, et même adaptée à deux personnes. L'emplacement est excellent, à proximité du château de Toyama et du musée du verre, en face d'une supérette, et avec le tramway pour la gare de Toyama sur la droite. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bon ; j'ai même pris la peine d'acheter un ticket pour le petit-déjeuner. J'avais initialement réservé une seule nuit, prévoyant d'aller à Unazuki Onsen le lendemain, mais en raison des fortes chutes de neige, j'ai finalement prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit à Toyama. La réceptionniste était très serviable, bien que son anglais soit un peu limité ; une autre réceptionniste a discrètement traduit pour elle. Finalement, j'ai réussi à prolonger mon séjour d'une nuit en payant 0,5 yen et en me débrouillant en anglais.

L'hôtel dispose d'une grande localisation, ce qui rend très confortable de se rendre à proximité. Le restaurant était décent avec une grande variété et il y avait toujours assez pour les invités. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Globalement, les services et les installations étaient très bons, ce qui fait un séjour agréable.

The room I booked had an absolutely beautiful view — I loved it very much. It was spacious, and the hotel itself is large and impressive. The onsen was also excellent and very enjoyable. However, the main drawback was the dinner and breakfast. The meals did not match the promotional photos. For example, the advertisement showed crab legs, but there were none during my stay. The sashimi selection was also quite limited. Considering that this is the Toyama area by the sea, I was surprised that there was not much seafood available. There was not even salmon sashimi, which was disappointing. If the hotel could improve and expand the food selection, it would be perfect. It truly has the potential to be the best hotel in Unazuki Onsen.

Convenience location. A Walking distance to toyama JR central. Very friendly and helpful staff ,a lady work on morning section on 2 may 26 provide extra miles by giving a full details of where to purchase a laptop adaptor . . The malas staff on duty at evening section has been very kind ,he help us to resolve our laptop adaptor faulty issues.

Tournez à gauche après avoir quitté la gare de Toyama et vous vous retrouverez à l'étage supérieur de la station de métro Toyama en direction de Tateyama. Il est très pratique d'aller à Tateyama. Il y a un stand de crevettes blanches en bas où vous pouvez emporter de la nourriture à l'hôtel. La pièce peut ouvrir deux boîtes, une grande et une petite. La décoration de la chambre est un peu ancienne. Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain est l'ancien avec robinets chaud et froid séparés. Il y a une machine à café et à thé dans le hall de l'hôtel, ainsi que divers shampooings et après-shampooings qui peuvent être emballés dans de petits sacs en plastique et ramenés dans la chambre. Le signal Wifi n'est pas très bon et Internet est très lent.

It is very old hotel and difficult to find out by driving. Hotel sign not much clear and the photo in application not the true. No free parking car. There are parking rental near hotel. It is easy and near to walk to toyama station. Can walk to find some food and convenience store not too far. Staff kindness but she can’t speak English!. We can drop the key if early check out. It is ok if want to stay for go to tateyama station.

We chose this hotel because of its closest location to the station, which made us very happy. The view from the hotel room was directly onto the station. I assume that the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel overlook the Japanese Alps. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was very nutritious. Everything in the hotel is typical for all Toyoko Inn hotels branch all over Japan.

L'hôtel est un peu ancien. La situation est bonne. Une grande place de shopping (SunPlaza) juste à côté de l'hôtel. L'hôtel propose un parking gratuit. La chambre d'hôtel est très vieille comme les années 90, mais l'inconnu est acceptable. L'eau de la salle est inacceptable. L'eau sortait du douche ou du bouchon, c'est seulement de l'eau chaude. Le service de la réception a été chargé de la bague d'eau pendant 10 minutes, puis il pourrait y avoir de l'eau de la chambre.

La chambre d'hôtel est assez bonne pour 2 bagages. La chambre était agréable. Là-bas et confortable. Une des meilleures pour mon voyage en plein air. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais assez bon.
