The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

We had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Subic Waterfront Resort. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for relaxation, with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for families and friends.

La chambre était grande. Cependant, il y avait environ 5 petits insectes volants dans la salle de douche, ce qui la rendait insalubre. La nuit, il y avait de la musique forte venant du toit de l'immeuble voisin, j'ai donc dû porter des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir. Bien qu'il y ait quelques inconvénients comme mentionné ci-dessus, dans l'ensemble, je pense que c'est un hébergement d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. J'ai aimé la réception et le personnel de nettoyage.

Nous nous réjouissons de voir le Premier Asia Hotel sur la base des photos vues en ligne. OK. La piscine au toit était assez grande avec de nombreuses options de placement autour de elle. 2. Le petit-déjeuner buffet a une plus grande variété de plats. Nous aimé qu'ils aient deux plats chacun pour les invités indiens et coréens. Le riz basmati tumérique était goûté. Le plat des œufs de Gochugang et des cakes de poisson était délicieux. Bien que Masala Chicken n'avait pas d'épices, il était mélangé. Le personnel de restaurants et de restaurants de petit déjeuner était très occupé et très rapidement servi. 4. La télévision intelligente dans la chambre, Netflix prêt. Il conviendrait d'améliorer: Selon leur site web : ”Bienvenue à votre Getaway parfait. Un rétracteur contemporain avec des hébergements spacieux et des installations soigneusement réparées pour chaque voyageur. 1. Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale. À l'entrée, nous sommes surpris de trouver NON un table à coucher. La gestion de l'hôtel attend-elle que leurs clients mettent leur téléphone portable, vestes de reception, téléviseur à distance, etc sur le sol? Les chambres ont été équipées de tables latérales. 2. Pas de coiffure électrique et de café/tée. Les hôtels/motels de qualité inférieure ont encore ces. La télé intelligente ne chargerait pas Netflix. Une autre appel à la réception pour que leur personnel technique soit venu la réparer. 4. Le réfrigérateur de chambre ne s'arrêtait pas. Quatrième appel à la réception pour assistance. Le garde-fous est revenu et nous avons découvert que le réf était dégelé en désactivant le coupeur. Pour résumer, l'hôtel a beaucoup à faire. J'espère que la gestion agit sur ces points d'amélioration qui ne sont pas difficiles à corriger. Donc pour l'instant, seulement ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ en général.

All was great in this hotel except for the delay in check-in. But we do appreciate that they offered a late check-out in lieu of the delay. Nice ambience and environment. Friendly staff and great service. Masarap din foods nila sa restaurant. May mga hut sila beside 1 of the pools malapit sa resto. Ang sarap tumambay dito at mag chill lang. Beach is nice, hindi nga lang white sand at may parts na biglang malalim or mababaw. Ang ganda ng pools nila, may part na malalim, so you should be careful. Medyo maliit lang yung room pero comfy at malinis. Sulit ang stay namin. We want to go back soon. If you're looking for a quick getaway that’s close to Manila but far from the noise and hustle, this is a perfect spot to unwind and relax.

As a Kapampangan, I really enjoyed their food - it was delicious! The only issue was that the Clam Chowder became salty once it got cold, so it’s definitely something you need to consume while it’s hot. The lobby was fine, and the guards were accommodating. Some of the lobby staff were friendly, but others were not. Another issue was the foul odor coming from the toilet. I had to keep the exhaust running and leave the bathroom door open just to get rid of the smell. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they placed me at the far end near an area that was under construction, which was also where the workers stayed during their breaks. Additionally, I had to ask housekeeping to replace the duvet on my first day because it had visible dirt on it. On my second day, a new family checked in and it seemed like they were looking for their relative’s room. They didn’t knock; they tried to open my door right away. I called the front desk to report the incident, and they said they would inform the guard, but no action was taken. The second incident involved the same group-they were noisy in the hallway. I had to politely ask one of them myself to lower their voices. Since the rooms aren’t soundproof, I think the hotel may also be lacking clear house rules regarding noise. I gave an “okay” rating since it’s a 3-star hotel and I knew I shouldn’t expect too much, but the noise really ruined the experience.
