Les mots ne peuvent décrire la gentillesse, l'attention au détail et la polité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner était simplement délicieux et offrait beaucoup de variété. Nous avons eu le séjour le plus étonnant. Extrêmement propre. Près assez près de l'aéroport :)

Globalement OK, bonne location, facile accès & si beaucoup de café à proximité. Même le petit déjeuner aussi bon comme tant de plats que vous pouvez essayer. Juste une chose sans fer à l'intérieur de la chambre & demander d'envoyer de fer à la chambre ils ne prennent pas en considération mais ne envoient pas le fer .

La première fois que je suis allé à la collina d'or, tous les membres du personnel étaient en fait sondage ... Le parking est vraiment loin, mais tous les membres du personnel de l'hôtel ont été gérés. Donc, lorsque le checkout est effectué, la voiture est en attente devant 😍

Équipements : Les équipements publics sont très bons et on dit que c'est un hôtel quatre étoiles. Santé : L'environnement est très bon Environnement : La piscine est assez grande mais un peu sale Service : Le service est très bon et les serveurs du restaurant sont également très bons Le petit déjeuner est bon et le restaurant peut également commander des plats à la carte.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over).

Overall i quite satisfied with the services provided by the hotel, particularly that the staff was very helpful to warm the food that we bought from outside vendors. The only feedback i want to convey, there was cigarette smoke smells in one of the room that we stay which was 2011 . I believe the previous guests was smoking as i saw an ashtray on the table😓and also on the walkway from the lift to the rooms quite polluted. I hope Grand Whiz Praxis can improve to provide the smoke free environment

Hotel lama yang diganti konsep theme park hotel. Sayangnya masih belum terlalu siap untuk itu. Kamar mandi kamar ditempat saya menginap plafondnya sudah berjamur dan kayunya ada yg sedikit mengelupas. Banyak patung jd terkesan horor. Meskipun pelayannya ramah, tapi terlihat kurang staff untuk hotel dan wahana sebanyak itu sehingga berpengaruh juga ke kebersihan hotel yg harusnya bisa maksimal.

Le rapport qualité/prix est très élevé. Vous pouvez séjourner dans un hôtel en bord de mer pour 2 à 300 yuans. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de plage, les installations sont plutôt bonnes. La piscine fait face à la mer et elle est suffisamment confortable pour souffler au vent. . La nourriture au restaurant est correcte. Quoi qu'il en soit, séjourner dans un hôtel est le pilier en Indonésie.

Le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas si chaleureux et ami. Certains ne comprennent pas l'anglais de base. Je me suis laissé en position sans raison. À peine quand je me demandais ce que je attendais, quelqu'un « sauta » et m'a servi. La chambre était bonne. Lit confortable. J'ai dormi bien. Mais les serviettes étaient vieux avec des boucles froides. Grosse. La location est moins de 10 minutes à Tunjungan Plaza, un centre commercial populaire. La circulation est folle, alors traverser la route est difficile. Pas d'eau bouteillenée mais les chambres ont des pichettes pour remplir de l'eau des dispensateurs en dehors des chambres. Bon initiative.
