Hôtels 3 étoiles à Mississippi, États-Unis

Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

I booked with trips.com and it specifically says deluxe room with balcony vs standard room with balcony . I spoke with manager concerning this and she said show me the email or go to trips.com . I tried to pull it up but it find not and I clearly told her I paid more for the room and she said , the room I wanted was cheaper but did not honor it . She told me the price change if I changed it .. I have worked for hospitality over 15 yrs and never encountered someone not so accommodating .

Overall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

Front desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.

L'hôtel est très bon, il doit être Hilton. Un autre endroit à louer est que chaque jour il y a des gardes de l'hygiène. C'est encore plus rare aux États-Unis, il vaut la peine de séjourner.

The hotel lobby smelled like smoke. There was a smell in the room as well. The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on and there was no bedding provided in room. It took three trips to the front desk to finally get some bedding only to have that bedding be the wrong size. Since it was so late, we dealt with it. When we checked out in the morning, we complained to the front desk to have the employee refuse to listen or believe our complaint. I would like to give a higher rating since this hotel was conveniently located and the breakfast was good, but the room and bedding experience really left a sour taste.

L'hôtel est confortablement situé à Fondren, un quartier agréable au nord de Jackson. L'appartement a été bien conçu, bien que notre distributeur de shampooing était vide. Le gym est fantastique. L'équipe était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était adéquat, mais complimentaire.

L'hôtel est très bien réservé et je suis contente de l'avoir fait. Après un long jour de voyage, c'est juste ce que j'avais besoin. Ils offrent des dîners/diners dans le lobby quelques jours après la semaine et c'était PERFECT pour moi après avoir quitté la route. Le bureau était très confortable et très confortable. Si vous ne préfèrez pas cuisiner, les restaurants et les magasins de confort sont une voiture de 5 minutes ou une marche de 10-15 minutes.

J'ai réservé parce que beaucoup d'évaluations avaient 10/10. Avec avoir rénové en 2025; la chambre était propre avec de nouveaux meubles. Bien que mon élément le plus important de la propreté soit satisfait, leur mur était mince, que la porte suivante commençait à être loud avec des discours, et la musique après 11h jusqu'à presque 1h. Je demande d'être placé au dessus du sol et loin de l'ascenseur, mais ils ne se souciaient pas de ma préférence.
