We stayed in a premium room for 2 nights. The hotel is mostly well reconstructed, and the staff was helpful. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main entrance of old Itchan Kala. The room was okay; a large bed, enough tables for a short stay, a modern toilet, and a good shower with strong water pressure (our room was on the entrance level). The internet connection was also fine. I believe it is related to the city’s old infrastructure, but there was always a bad smell coming from the drain, especially after taking a shower. We had to open the room door and window to air out the room. The breakfast was the weak point. It was the worst breakfast we had in Uzbekistan. We went at 7:30, and the sliced fruits (banana and apple) were no longer fresh and had already turned black. The boiled eggs were cold. They also tried to serve European-style pastries, but I had the worst croissant I have ever tasted. Uzbekistan actually has very good bakeries and pastries. Instead of trying foreign products, they should focus on their local delicacies, which they can prepare much more successfully and tastefully. There were also not enough vegetables and no greens at all. They only served cucumbers, which is disappointing considering Uzbekistan has excellent vegetables and fresh herbs. During check-in, they offered cold tea/juice and nuts. The tea was tasty and refreshing, but the nuts were stale. They really need to improve the food section significantly. For our last day, since we had to leave early, they offered us a boxed breakfast during check-in and took note of it. However, at check-out, nothing was prepared. The receptionist had no idea about it, and we did not have time to wait.

The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful. He addressed every of our needs! In particular, we had to go to the border for Turkmenistan and he prepared a car for us. As we left very early, he even prepared a breakfast-box for takeaway. How considerate they were? Not to mention the room was also very clean and comfortable. Excellent stay!

Located in the center of the inner fortress, with all the sights within walking distance. Has a nice rooftop with a view over the main sights, recommend coming at sunrise and at night. The rooms were clean and of a normal size. Big shower room. Feels like it was recently renovated. The staff were friendly, spoke good English, and helped me get a taxi in the morning. If you're coming by taxi, enter the fortress from the southern gate.

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable, placing you steps away from main attractions. Our room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. What truly set it apart was the staff—their exceptional kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. Absolutely unforgettable!

Bon hôtel. Petit déjeuner exclusif. Situé dans la vieille ville de Khiva, toutes les attractions sont à pied. Le propriétaire est sympa. Il s'éloigne de 3 chauffeurs pour nous, puisque le temps est inférieur à 0°C, extrêmement froid.. Il a également organisé un taxi pour nous à Bukhara. Le coût 80USD, prend 6 heures pour atteindre.

L'hôtel est très propre et la salle de bain est très lumineuse. L'eau chaude de la boue est chaude. Facilités de nettoyage des dents et de lavage des eaux de bain Le petit-déjeuner est riche et délicieux. Je ne parlais pas russe au téléphone de mon taxi, donc je suis content de m'avoir remplacé. Je veux rester encore.

Situé en plein centre de Khiva, l'hôtel était idéalement placé pour visiter la ville. L'établissement est ancien et le petit-déjeuner, identique chaque jour, était le plus basique que j'aie pris en Ouzbékistan. Cependant, le personnel était aimable et attentionné. J'y ai passé un séjour paisible.

Les environs sont parfaits pour les visites touristiques, et le personnel est accueillant. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. La cuisine est délicieuse et propose un large choix.

L'espace intérieur est très grand, l'attitude de service du chef et du personnel est très bonne. Le dernier jour, le train ne peut pas atteindre l'auto parce que le matin, le patron a chaleureusement appelé les gens locaux en temps utile et enfin, il a pris le train. Félicitations, je recommande très bien cet hôtel!

good location near North gate which is easily access. Room is very comforatble and everything is there.
