Le service est très satisfaisant, le service client est très enthousiaste, et la chambre est très propre

Nous avons passé 3 jours et 2 nuits dans 2 bungalows supérieurs (côte à côte). Tous disposent de leur propre balcon, de 2 chaises en rotin et d'une petite table basse. L'endroit idéal pour profiter de la vue majestueuse sur le lac Toba en sirotant un thé, un café ou un en-cas. Toutes les chambres offrent une vue imprenable sur le lac. C'était un séjour très relaxant ! On peut nager dans le lac ou piquer une tête dans la piscine. La cuisine est excellente. Mes enfants ont adoré la pizza. La patronne a préparé la pizza maison ⭐❤️ et elle était bien meilleure que chez Pizza Hut ou Domino's… Nous en avons commandé trois 👍 Chambres propres, avec douche chaude et toilettes modernes. Nous avons très bien dormi grâce à des lits et des oreillers confortables. Le personnel était également très serviable. Je recommande vivement ! Merci Tuk Tuk Bungalows 🌹👍

Alvina Hotel & Cafe is one of the best budget hotel in Pematang Siantar city. It is located at the Megaland complex, which is around 5 minutes drive away from the city center. It is a modern hotel that is equipped with cafe on the ground floor, meeting room and rooftop restaurant. Within walking distance from the hotel, there are housing complex, business centres, restaurant, etc. Room rate was still affordable. The Standard Room was quite cramped. The room came with air conditioning, TV set, in house telephone, in room dining, mineral water, hot and cold water shower. Free WiFi was available at the room and the speed was not bad.The bed comfiness was just so so. Free simple buffet breakfast was provided for all in house guests. Taste of the food was good. Breakfast spread was consisted of rice with dishes, fried rice, fried noodle, toast, porridge, slice fruit, traditional cakes, tea and coffee. The hotel staff's hospitality was not bad. Parking was provided at the road side in front of the hotel.

The place are quite new big room & still need to improved more. No TV, no AC either fan in the room. Nice bed, nice View from the room & got more plug at the room. Just need to walk down and up the stair too much. No short cut. So far the owner was kind & helpful. TQ Penginapan Mafir. 

I recently stayed at Cemara Asri Inn, and overall, it was a decent experience with a few highlights and areas for improvement. What I liked: The location is excellent — it’s right in the heart of Cemara Asri, with plenty of great food options nearby, from local street food to cozy cafés and restaurants. It’s convenient for both short stays and business trips. What could be better: The main downside was the cleanliness. The room and bathroom could definitely use more attention to detail — things looked a bit worn, and some areas didn’t feel as fresh or tidy as they should be. If you’re looking for a place with a strategic location and easy access to food, this hotel is worth considering. But if cleanliness is your top priority, you may want to set your expectations accordingly.

Il est très important de garder à l'esprit que l'électricité sur l'île est régulièrement éteinte pendant plusieurs heures (5-6 heures). La cuisine est délicieuse et variée, les vues exquises, le personnel utile, certaines chambres ont beaucoup de rencontres, mais il est possible de trouver la meilleure option. Excellent entrée dans le lac.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably arranged, with everything I needed for a convenient stay. The bed was cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I also enjoyed the hotel’s peaceful atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach nearby attractions, restaurants, and other places. Overall, the hotel offered good service, comfort, and value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

Service 4 étoiles, j'ai demandé 2 chambres au même étage mais cela n'a pas pu être accordé. La propreté est également 4 étoiles, le couloir menant à la chambre est un peu poussiéreux. Superbe emplacement 5 étoiles, à proximité du centre-ville. Les installations ne sont que 2 étoiles, il manque encore beaucoup de choses. Globalement OK. Je reviendrai pour essayer leur salle familiale, j'espère plus de promotions de prix sur les applications en ligne.
