1. The room I got was a standard room on the ground floor without windows which, in fact, the hotel should inform about on the room's description. 2. After entering the room, the tables and most of the furniture were a bit dusty, and the air condition had problems which required three staff solving it. 3. The duvet did not have a cover, so it looked a bit worn out. 4. After using the bath, water dripping from the geyser lasted for a while. 5. After complaining about the room, the manager, Suryakant Pandey, and his staff, Gauraf, showed their responsibility and promised to upgradte my room on the next day. 6.However, the day shift didn't know about it and insisted me to stay at the same room until I claimed about the prior upgrade from the night shift manager. 7. Luckily, the changed. 8. On the following day, the maid forgot to clean my room but the hotel owner was there and ready to get everything done. 9.The best thing of the hotel was the service that the night shift manager and his team helped me and understand what the customers wanted. 10.All in all, apart from the cleanness and readiness of the room, the hotel was just OK.

Simply Wow! My family and I stayed at this gorgeous place for over a week and enjoyed our stay. The owner, Mr. Abhinav Singh, personally takes care of every need of the tourists and goes the extra mile to make sure that the tourists are comfortable and are having a pleasant experience. The property is very immaculate, and all the famous places in Varanasi are nearby. Mr. Abhinav Singh helped us organize our amazing trip to Varanasi, and also our awesome journey to Ayodhya Dham and Vidhyavasini Dham Shaktipeeth. The staff and drivers are always willing to help with a pleasant smile on their faces, they all are very kind, cooperative, respectful and warm people. I recommend this Hotel Golden Lotus Varanasi to everyone. I am grateful to Mr. Singh, all the drivers and the staff. Many blessings to all.

I'm a female solo traveller. At first I thought this place was sketchy but I was so wrong. When I stayed in this place, I noticed that many tourists from Europe chose this place and that's when I realized I chose the right place. The host of the hotel is very friendly. I didn't think they would make my request for a vegetable omelette but they actually made a delicious one for me, fresh and hot just how I like it. THEIR ROOFTOP HAS THE BEST SUNSET VIEW OF THE TAJ MAHAL. I also saw monkeys playing around. My tiredness from the flight and ride to the hotel went all away as soon as I reached the rooftop. They also have available Taj mahal tour guide for only 250INR. You'll have to book the ticket to join. It was an amazing and seamless overnight stay. I'm so happy I chose this place.

La chambre n'était pas propre, dans le garde-robe était une feuille sale, une bouteille de shampooing était à moitié utilisée. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel demain matin (entre 5-6 a.m.) pour avoir un bateau de levage du soleil. Mais quand nous sommes revenus, nous avons été demandés de dire si nous voulions aller tôt et devions retourner à l'hôtel avant 22-30. Et nous avons été payés pour 157 roupies pendant le check-out, même si nous avions prépayé toute l'argent via l'app de voyage. Le gestionnaire a dit que trip.com n'avait pas dépensé la somme entière et nous devions payer plus.

Their smiles and willingness to help added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was tasty, and the service was timely too. The staff also provided excellent late-night vehicle service. They ensured that we had a convenient and safe transportation option, which was especially helpful during our stay. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Overall, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent service et support. Grand emplacement, près de la passerelle principale. C'est une maison d'hôtes, pas un hôtel. Vous devez donc être prêt à rester avec des équipements minimaux. Mais c'est suffisant pour un tour spirituel. Le propriétaire est très utile et m'a bien pris soin. Il est toujours accessible quand vous avez besoin d'aide. Tout ce lieu est plein d'escaliers et vous devez être prêt à marcher et descendre les escaliers. Il est également loin de la route principale comme tous les autres hôtels près de la passerelle.
