Hôtels 2 étoiles à Région de Davao, Philippines

We arrived early and were allowed to check in at 12 noon instead of 2 pm – very accommodating. The room, sheets, and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Bathroom was clean, with a small partition separating the toilet and shower. Hallways were tidy and well-maintained. There’s an elevator, which was convenient since our room was on the 3rd floor. Staff were friendly and courteous – from the receptionist to housekeeping, always greeting us with a smile. Great location – within walking distance to Gaisano market, People’s Park, and Roxas Night Market. Close to Sta. Ana Wharf, perfect for island hopping trips. Recommendations: It would be nice to have more toiletries provided (like toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers). A kettle or small water heater in the room would be convenient for guests. Some soundproofing improvements could help reduce hallway noise for lighter sleepers.

The best I think at the center of davao. I always want to book this hotel but they are sold out most of the time. I like it coz they have netflix now. One thing i want them to improve is the sheets… the blankets are too thin for my liking. But overall, its the best!

Rooms are comfortable and it is near the places you would love to visit. Very convenient when it comes to transportation

La chambre d'hôtel est très spacieuse, propre et l'hôtel situé au cœur de la ville. Le personnel est très amiable. Nous réserverons sûrement ici à nouveau. Très recommandé pour tous les voyageurs.

An accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds. My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee. The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby. The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside. The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space. The bathroom door doesn't have lock. The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower. The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

Location is good near to everything. But their wifi is terrible. I cannot recommend this if you are planning to work in their rooms.

La chambre est propre, mais l'ambiance est un peu inquiétante. Le prix est élevé. Pas de Wi-Fi, la carte magnétique ne fonctionne pas. Les toilettes sont à l'étage (non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ni aux personnes âgées). Le service de restauration est déconseillé : impossible de se faire servir en chambre, quelles que soient les raisons invoquées. Tout est payant, même les couverts jetables. Ce séjour n'est pas adapté aux voyages d'affaires. Il vous faudra prévoir des dépenses supplémentaires pour votre confort.

Nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser, car il y a une erreur dans la réservation, mais je vais toujours donner 5 étoiles pour rembourser mon argent.

Staff are very approachable and considerate. The elevator doesn't work when you are from the 4th floor. The floor under the beds need sweeping. Would stay again because of its affordability, nearness to Bangkerohan market, San Pedro cathedral, and easy access to a lot of affordable food options and public transportation.
