Excellent location, right on the beach front. Close to everything. Very clean, lovely size bedrooms. Only negative is the bathroom has a very poor shower.

On this occasion the cold water tap on the sink was low pressure which is not acceptable otherwise it would be a great experience

La location de l'hôtel est étonnante, juste au-dessus de la pierre et près de la mer. L'hôtel lui-même est très ancien et la plupart des équipements et des chambres sont cassés ou en service. La chambre a une vue magnifique, mais c'est ça. La porte de balcon a été bloquée toute la nuit en raison du vent et il n'y avait rien que nous puissions faire.

La chambre était très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. Le plus grand enfer pour nous était que nous étions gardés au sommet par la musique et la chanson. C'était incroyablement fort. Nous ne pouvions pas dormir, c'était si fort que nous avons tourné la télévision, nous ne pouvions pas entendre ça, tout ce que nous pouvions entendre était la chanson et la musique. J'ai été à la réception deux fois pour demander quand il va partir, les deux fois que je me suis dit qu'il serait très vite hors, mais il n'était pas, il a beaucoup plus loin que ce qu'ils ont dit. Même quand il est parti, nous n'avons pas pu dormir pendant longtemps, comme nous l'attendaissons à reprendre. Il était bon pour les invités de se divertir mais pas au détriment des invités qui payaient 150 £ pour la première nuit plus 24 £ pour le premier petit déjeuner qui ne pouvait pas se détendre dans la chambre.

Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno, We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man, Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals, The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

La position est assez bonne, à 5 minutes de la plage, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit, assez pratique. La chambre est légèrement petite, mais très propre, pas de petit déjeuner, mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants à l'extérieur.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.  The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!
