Le personnel de l'hôtel a rapidement répondu à mes besoins en proposant des options alternatives, garantissant que mon séjour reste confortable et agréable. Un autre aspect qui a attiré mon attention était la distance entre la plage et la mer. Même si c’était plus loin que prévu, le cadre magnifique et l’atmosphère paisible de l’hôtel compensaient largement cet inconvénient. La plage bien entretenue offrait une évasion sereine de l'agitation de la ville. Le soir, j'ai rencontré quelques bruits occasionnels provenant des établissements voisins. La musique forte peut parfois être gênante, surtout lorsque l'on recherche une ambiance paisible. Cependant, j'ai constaté que pendant la majeure partie de mon séjour, l'environnement serein de l'hôtel m'a permis de me détendre, créant ainsi une expérience globalement équilibrée. Je recommande vivement POTB à ceux qui recherchent une escapade relaxante avec un hébergement confortable et un service impeccable. Que vous recherchiez une escapade paisible ou des vacances revigorantes, POTB vous offrira à coup sûr une expérience agréable et mémorable.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The room was spacious, affordable, and came with free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The location and price make this hotel seem like a good option for budget travelers. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

En général, vous pouvez rester plusieurs nuits. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles, il y a eu une coupure de courant, sans clim c'est très difficile... C'est un peu loin du spot de surf, il suffit de conduire. Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt, merci !

Pour Siargao, c'est un bon endroit. Pour Cocotel, c'est peut-être mieux. C'était le lieu où j'avais le meilleur sommeil, bien que 😍! J'ai demandé une chambre loin de la route et loin de la construction. Alors c'est un grand plus pour moi.

Nous avons aimé jouer avec le doux Hasmine (leurs chiens) très adorable. Mais quand il arrive à la chambre, il est spacieux mais il a besoin de certains contrôles de la plaie car il commence à avoir des termites. Elle aussi commence à se renforcer. Le personnel est bon, la zone est bonne. La CR est grande. Il est grand. Le seul problème est la douche chaude. Il n'a pas la possibilité de réduire le degré d'eau qu'il va automatiquement jusqu'à 50°C.

The location is gorgeous, and the huts face the sunrise! The staff are so helpful and friendly. They helped me organise travel back to the airport at the end of my stay, and they have a really talented surfing instructor on-site. The huts are really clean and well maintained. All I would say is, as it's a hut, you can't be squeamish about things like ants or geckos, and the internet connection in my hut was a bit weak. But overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation. Very good price as well. I loved it there!

The room was very nice. Pool and beach were advertised for the property. The pool as no more than 2x3m. The beach was maybe 1m wide to the shore, then all rocks - really not useable. Staff was very kind. When we told them the beer was warm they told us it was because the refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Many of the food items were out on the menu and we had to wait about 40 minutes for tacos and nachos. The property itself was ok, but will probably choose somewhere else to stay if I go back to Siargao.

I had a pleasant stay at IAO Boutique Hotel, thanks to its convenient location in the middle of the city. The road nearby is lined with restaurants, making it easy to explore local food, culture, and even enjoy a festival during my stay. It was a lovely experience overall. However, my room was located near the reception, and it was quite noisy. I could hear the sounds of people coming and going as well as conversations, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable.

Жилье нормальное. Не могу сказать что супер. Но за свои деньги пойдет. Горячая вода есть. Расположения хорошое. В других отзывах видел, что дорога плохая к отелю. Хочу сказать свое мнения, да она не сильно хорошая но вы не забываете где вы находитесь ! Это остров - деревня. Здесь 70 % плохие дороги. Но на мопеде без проблем можно подъехать к отелю. Есть залог 500 песа.
