Commençons par l'adresse; difficile à trouver même des gens vivant là ne peut pas le trouver facilement. L'entrée est cachée par une dame vendant différents objets. (voir photo) Vous devez être un lecteur de pensée pour trouver votre chambre et votre lit comme receveur ne déplace pas son cul pour montrer, au lieu de mentionner la porte erronée avec un code de punch (il est évident que cela est arrivé avant que le code reste sur le pad de punch). Le pad correct est en fait sur la manche de la prochaine porte que vous avez besoin de plus grande pour la trouver , si c'est votre première fois. Si vous êtes léger et sommeil, vous devez passer la ligne de tram à côté de la porte et elle tourne, c'est assez courbe, donc le plaisir est assez annoyant et se passe périodiquement. Il y a aussi le bruit du sol en bois et des brames de lit chaque fois que vous déplacez, Principalement vous avez le tiptoe à pour faire moins de bruit. J'ai dû attendre plus d'une heure et finalement renoncer. Le centre-ville est situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville, et il est très propre. Le prix que vous payez est d'environ la moitié de l'hôtel moyen, la prochaine fois je resterai certainement dans un hôtel.

it was a nice hotel to stay overall. the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink. as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming. and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train. besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆 and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁 and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light. thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Was there for one week .very small hostel and very bad service . I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty .. The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that . Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good. Location is very good too .

Chambre bon marché, 6-bed chambre, une maison qui est divisée en un auberge. La réception par plancher n'est pas toujours disponible. J'étais assez fouillée. Mais le prix est assez bon marché pour pardonner Il y a un magasin de confort à côté, à pied dans la ville pendant 20 minutes. Les toilettes sont divisées en bas et en haut.

J'ai récemment séjourné au Next Door Apartment à Cracovie, en Pologne, pendant 5 nuits. L'emplacement est également bon, à proximité du parc et à 15 minutes en tramway de la vieille ville. La chambre est très soignée et propre, exactement comme le montrent les photos. Le personnel est très sympathique. Mais pour une raison quelconque, mes frais de chambre ont été accidentellement facturés deux fois et ils ont dit qu'ils les rembourseraient dans les deux jours. Même si la pièce était un appartement, il n'y avait ni tasses, ni assiettes, ni ustensiles de cuisine. Il y avait un four à micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais pas de sèche-cheveux, ce qui était un peu décevant.

L'une des auberges de jeunesse offrant le meilleur rapport qualité-prix du quartier. J'ai séjourné dans une chambre privée très spacieuse. Elle comprenait également un petit mais joli balcon, une agréable surprise. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain était propre. Les deux seuls petits points négatifs sont la proximité du centre-ville, à environ 25 minutes à pied ; il faut donc s'engager pour y passer la journée, mais c'est un gros problème si vous aimez la marche. D'autre part, les murs étaient un peu fins et ma chambre était située à côté de la salle de bain commune, ce qui m'a parfois réveillée le matin au son des toilettes. En plus, c'était une bonne auberge dans l'ensemble.

C'était un bon endroit. J'étais une voyageuse seule, j'ai choisi un lit mixte, et je ne me sentais pas en danger à aucun moment. Les chambres et les douches étaient propres. Nous nous sommes respectés.

L'ensemble du bâtiment, y compris les chambres, les salles de bain et la cuisine, était d'une propreté impeccable. Le personnel était également très accueillant et la réception était toujours ouverte 24h/24. La sécurité était excellente, avec des serrures à code à chaque étage. Le prix était raisonnable et je reviendrais volontiers dans cet hôtel lors d'un prochain séjour à Cracovie.
