Le personnel de la chambre de première ligne était amiable, a indiqué où trouver un bon café et ajouter une conversation amiable. L'hôtel est de base et rien de superbe, mais les lits étaient assez confortables.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Given the cost, I would say this hotel is very worth as it comes with luggage storage (up to 10 days) as well as free shuttle to the airport every half an hour. It is so convenient staying near the airport which has a light rail that goes to the rest of the city. The room is clean and they make up my room everyday too. Highly recommended.

We knew what we were booking when we chose this hotel so my review is based on realistic expectations for this level of budget-conscious accommodation.  1) Shuttle service was EXCELLENT - since the hotel is so close we got picked up within 10 minutes of arriving at the designated  island in the parking structure for courtesy pickups. Bottles of water were offered to us free of charge by the gracious driver which was a nice touch. Going back to the airport was equally simple! Highly recommend tipping these gentleman for their customer-focused service. 2) Receptionist and check-in was efficient and polite, but not overly enthusiastic, again, which was fine since we knew we weren’t staying at the Hilton.  3) Common areas were as expected: older, a bit run down, but elevator was working fine. Recommend asking for a 1st floor room (which is on the 2nd floor above the lobby) in case you’re in a rush so you can use the stairs if necessary. 3) Room furnishings were renovated/refreshed which we were very thankful for, however the carpet was not — it was sticky and worn, so SOCKS are suggested, or cheap inside slip-ons. 4) In-room amenities are sparse, but provided everything needed for short stays. They even had single-serve coffee packs which we really appreciated.  Hangers on the closet were FEW - we requested additional ones but were told they didn’t have any. If we were staying longer we would’ve invested in a set of 10 from Target to dry laundry on (we just brought some Woolite from home and hand-washed small batches in the sink as needed).  5) Nothing to do with the property, but just wanted to alert travelers that UBER and LYFT prices are RIDICULOUS here!  We chose not to rent a car because we’re from Japan and drive on the opposite side of the street there, but WOW, in 3 days we spent over $200 in ride share costs just to go out each night to places within 30 minutes of the hotel. YIKES! Overall, for the cost, convenience and little courtesies we received here at the RRI, we would recommend staying here as long as you set your expectations properly.   For what

Mon vol a été annulé à l'aéroport de Seattle. J'ai réservé cet hôtel temporairement. Ils proposent une navette gratuite de l'hôtel à l'aéroport, une fois par semaine, environ une demi-heure. La chambre a l'air correcte mais un peu vieille. L'emplacement est bon.

Les personnes qui démantelent ici sont très gentiment et amicales. Vous ne pouvez pas vous poser de questions! Le petit déjeuner est un ensemble de tous les jours, mais il y a des maffins (différents types de œufs), des oeufs à coque, des champagne, des pommes de terre, des barbes de grains pour sélectionner ce que vous voulez, ils vous emballeront pour vous rendre facile de prendre directement! Parce que la plupart des attractions touristiques nécessitent 45-60 minutes, vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner en voiture! La chambre est également très large, en général, je l'aime beaucoup 👍

Clean but dated, comfy bed, decent breakfast, good location

Some electrical problems in the room, but the excellent professional staff took care of it quickly. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I have been flying to Seattle from Seoul and back every 90!-180 days year. I always stay at Skyway Hotel each time to eat at Bob Burgers. This js the first time on a short stay they wasnt open. But the hitel is very convenient from the airport with shuttle service.
