Lobby smelling because you open the Thai and Chinese restaurant that make more smell at the lobby The carpet look so old and dirty every where ,lobby , haul way , in the bed room ,lucky the bed and the toilet look clean The car that bring us to the hotel and the airport , inside need to remodel all the seats look so old and dirty , all interior need to make a new one . In the room you should have refrigerator , the cashier or front desk people are not good service mind at all .

Amazing service. Front desk ladies was very helpful with our room issue. It was our fault, but they did everything they can to assist. Thank you! 🙂 Very good location also, if you’re looking for a place near the airport!

To be honest, the pics I saw on Trip.com led me to believe I was booking at your basic roadside hotel. And, sure I really had no problem with that since I was coming out for the WSU orientation with my son, and just needed a place to rest up and have a place for our luggage. For some reason Trip.com had it listed at a lower rating, and I figured I was getting the great rate because of it. No problem there, either. I actually booked about 2-3 months out as well, which helped with the rate. But....... after a crazy 8+ hr drive there in 88 degree weather, Cougar Town was an Oasis at the end of a Mirage! Right in the heart of Coug-ville! Couldn't have been in a better location. Everything in walking distance, the town was amazing. The Inn Keepers were nice and helpful. I felt like I was at my ”Little Home Away From Home!” The posted pics did no justice for what we found as we open the door. Hands down the BEST small hotel I have ever been. Definitely a Woman's eye for comfy-ness, with a color scheme that says Home to this Man's eye. Nice linens, something you would see in a catalog. Widescreen TV, roomy fridge and microwave. Spacious Vanity, sink space. Clean bathroom as well. IF you are planning to stay awhile, there is plenty of room to unpack your clothes and store them in the large dresser in the room. I really liked the electronic key entry. The ONLY con that I can report, is the shower head was not the best, and was skint with the water pressure. But, I get it though, I am sure the water bill can get crazy owning a hotel, so I can give a pass on that point. I am planning to come back mid-August for student drop-off and I will definitely be staying at COUGAR TOWN! Going to book my room now! Thank you for memorable stay! GH

Nous avons réservé pour une conférence amusante. J'étais déçu devant la chauve-souris. J'ai mis à la fois le nom de mon mari et le mien sur la réservation de prépayement. Ils ont insisté que mon mari devait venir montrer l'identité de la photo pour qu'ils puissent confirmer que c'était vraiment nous. Ils ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de serviettes ou de vêtements de cuisine. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits, ils nous ont donné 2 serviettes, 2 serviettes à main et 2 serviettes de bain. Ils ont dit qu'ils avaient une manque de serviettes. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très bien situé, très proche de la ville. Quand j'ai pris une douche, j'ai appris que nous avions 2 bouteilles de conditionnement de type hôtel et 2 bouteilles de lotion. Pas de shampooing. Nous n'avons qu'un mini bar de soap, donc je l'ai utilisé pour laver mes cheveux. Le chauffage dans notre chambre n'a pas fonctionné bien. Il était soit froid ou chaud quand on a mis sur Auto. Nous avons essayé plusieurs paramètres. Nous avons congelé la première nuit. Cuisiné jusqu'à la mort la deuxième nuit. Troisième nuit juste froid mais pas congélateur. J'ai entendu le restaurant ne s'ouvre pas encore. Ils sont très bien placés pour le service de la maison. Notez le porch impur.

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .

It was wonderful to have 6 EV charging stations at this motel. Even though it was only 7.3kW/hr, it is free and enough to make a huge difference on travel. I booked this location specifically for the EV charging feature. I used the J1772 charger. The breakfast was standard continental breakfast and nice to have yogurt and fruit. The only thing I would do differently is to request a top room floor. We were on the second floor and they do have high ceilings and large rooms, but the party above us was thumping on the floor, ie feet were running. We were in room 201 and I went up to 301 at 1030pm to talk to them. I told them we were getting ready for bed and it was pretty loud as they were right above our room. Although English clearly wasn't their first language, they said ”oh sorry!”. I thought it would start to get more quiet, but lasted until 12:30 am. Honestly, the rooms were dark with the shades closed and if they would have just turned out the lights, there would be absolutely no way anyone could be running around in the dark. That was the only thing negative was the walls/ceilings might be a little thin, but I guess it depends on your neighbors and again, my request would have been a top floor to avoid this next time. Beds were very comfortable, check in easy. And again.... Loved EV charging on site. Thank you!

I stay at this hotel quite often. It feels like home.

Room was great but tub didn’t drain fully I let them know when we checked out they were grateful and said they would address it and get if fixed before the room was rented out again. Pool cold and hot tub where barely warm but they had been recently refilled from what the front desk staff said and those things take awhile to reheat. Breakfast was amazing as where all the staff we really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future once the pool is warmer.

I have been flying to Seattle from Seoul and back every 90!-180 days year. I always stay at Skyway Hotel each time to eat at Bob Burgers. This js the first time on a short stay they wasnt open. But the hitel is very convenient from the airport with shuttle service.
