Thank you for the pleasant stay! It was such an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the moments. First of all, the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :) But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it. Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore. Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

We had such a wonderful family stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect escape from the busy city. The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children — from the playground to the swimming pool and spacious outdoor areas where kids can freely play. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxing family stay. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options for both adults and kids. What we loved most was the serene natural environment — it truly felt like a refreshing retreat where we could spend quality time together as a family. We will definitely be coming back!

La place Crowne Bandung était un séjour agréable pour quelques nuits. La chambre était ok, mais elle se sentait plutôt bruyante avec les mufflers motocyclistes ubiquitous bruyants filtrant dans la chambre toute la nuit. Les fenêtres ont besoin d'une nettoyage complète et les tapis de chambre qui semblent plutôt sales dans les parties. Sur une note positive, le lit est confortable, la situation est favorable et toutes les interactions du personnel de l'hôtel étaient amicales, utiles et polies. Il s'agit d'une mention spéciale au gestionnaire de restaurant qui a aidé gracieusement à offrir et à livrer un jus sain spécial délicieux à mon table au petit déjeuner pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit déjeuner du restaurant a une variété de plats délicieux locaux indonésiens ainsi que les habituelles stalles occidentales. Notre chambre est située à l'exécutif Lounge, qui est une chambre spacieuse et relativement calme pour profiter des canapés et des boissons. Une autre mention spéciale à Faisal pour son aide avec nos billets de train et avec tout le personnel obligatoire du salon qui répond à mes multiples demandes de café et de boissons. Le piscine au niveau 5 a été invité à nager avec une vue agréable sur la ville et vers les montagnes. Toutes les personnes qui ont pris la porte et le concierge ont été très utiles, ainsi que le service spécial qui aide à traverser la route occupée de l'hôtel a été apprécié.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Il y a une raison pour laquelle cet hôtel est classé comme Top 3 sur trip.com. Ses services d'hôtel et de location sont top. Nous avons passé une journée entière à l'hôtel et nous avons profité de son restaurant Kardon interne sur le toit avec le vent de froid de Bandung. Les cafés à proximité ont le meilleur nasi goreng et mie goreng indonésie. Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a cette gamme de conduite et le cours de golf à seulement 5 minutes de route. Plus important encore, j'aime les fournitures illimitées de bouteille d'eau, comme je l'ai eue pour boire beaucoup d'eau chaque jour. Le passage à la ville prend environ 30-45 mins dépend de où vous allez. J'aime cet endroit.

We stay here for one nite, the resort’s environment is quite good but the road trip from jakarta to puncak is rather struggling (many jam) although it is weekday. Overall i like this resort because if the forest around, we can take a walk or jogging in the morning. The resort is not new anymore but i van said it was well maintained, recommended for family short trip.

Le personnel n'est pas vraiment ami comme les autres groupes d'accor, mais encore jusqu'à l'hospitalité standard. Location à peu près du centre-ville. Pas de serviettes à main et de serviettes de face dans la salle de bains, mais ça n'est pas nécessaire. Globalement, il répond à l'espoir.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. L'un des points de vue est le petit déjeuner, qui offre une grande variété d'options délicieuses locales et internationales. Le personnel était chaleureux, attentif et ami tout au long de ma visite, offrant un excellent service avec un sourire. Globalement, Hilton Bandung reste l'un de mes hôtels préférés à Bandung, offrant un séjour confortable, un excellent petit déjeuner et une excellente hospitalité.

We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.
