Service at Gaia hotel was top notch from the reception at Gaia lounge at whoosh station in Padalarang, transportation to hotel, and hotel stay. We enjoyed our 2 night stays at this hotel which has an expansive walking trails, beautiful koi ponds, and full gym including reformer pilates classes.
Areas for improvements: poor insulation for the family loft suite in Tower A and the quality of buffet breakfast at the Semeja restaurant.

Third time staying at this hotel. The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was called Sahid Eminence. The second time it was renamed Le Eminence. It's a pleasant place, perfect for a family vacation. The mountain and natural views are beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and cool, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. And Many activities for kids.

Nous avons passé une journée entière à l'hôtel et nous avons profité de son restaurant Kardon interne sur le toit avec le vent de froid de Bandung.
Les cafés à proximité ont le meilleur nasi goreng et mie goreng indonésie.
Pour les amateurs de golf, il y a cette gamme de conduite et le cours de golf à seulement 5 minutes de route.
Plus important encore, j'aime les fournitures illimitées de bouteille d'eau, comme je l'ai eue pour boire beaucoup d'eau chaque jour.
Le passage à la ville prend environ 30-45 mins dépend de où vous allez.
J'aime cet endroit.

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start.
The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid and worked well.
The furniture shows a bit of age, but it still feels classic and well maintained rather than run down. The only real downside was the bathroom shower. The shower head is old and the water flow was uneven, which took away slightly from the experience. Towels, however, were clean and perfectly fine.
Breakfast was a highlight. A wide spread with lots of local options, including jamu and rebusan. It was fun sampling different traditional flavours, and the variety made breakfast something to look forward to rather than just routine.
Location is another plus. The hotel is just a short walk from Braga City Walk, making it very convenient for exploring the area, dining out, or taking an evening stroll.
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service, a great bed, and a strong breakfast offering. With a small update to the bathroom fittings, it would be even better.

I'm already looking forward to coming back to this Hotel. Spacious updated rooms and the open concept of the hotel was beautifully done. The staff was very helpful with everything I asked and that sure makes your stay relaxing. I was there to enjoy a golf tournament at Gunung Geulis which is right next to the hotel. The Gunung Geulis courses are beautiful and challenging. The first hole on the west course will take your breath away with how beautiful it is and it sets the stage for how challenging you day will be. The hotel is equal in how its set in the high hills of Bogor.

I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style.
The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout.
Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas.

Terrific customer service! We were welcomed with such a nice romantic vibe in the room and also a cute note from the housekeeping team on the mirror. Room was very clean, tidy and perfect location for an amazing view! Love the huge couch by the window btw :)
But, there is also some issues that I want to raise. Firstly, we ordered in room-dinning but, there was no dining table provided. I went to several hotels and ordered in room-dining and they will always provide a table / trolley table at least to let us dine in the room. But, this was the first time I had this experience. The waiter left the foods on the study desk. But, we can’t dine on where the study desk was because, there was only one chair available. That’s why we had to moved the heavy table to be closed to the huge couch. I asked for the trolley table but, apparently they can’t let us use it.
Secondly, the soup was cold. Which was very disappointing :( I ended up just had a couple of spoons and can’t take it anymore.
Well, I guess those were the minus part of my stay. But, overall we enjoyed our stay there. Ah, one more thing! The angus steak balsamic juice was the best dish! Very worth to try!

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

Le petit déjeuner était impressionnant avec une grande variété d'options , allant des plats traditionnels indonésiens aux choix chinois, thaïlandais, japonais, du Moyen-Orient et occidental.
La chambre est moderne et élégante, mais légèrement moins pratique. Le garde-robe est situé dans la zone de la salle de bain, il est donc difficile d'accéder si quelqu'un utilise la douche. La porte de glissement était aussi un peu difficile à verrouiller. Je comprends que ce design contemporain vise à sauver l'espace et à garder la chambre ouverte, mais il faut un peu s'y habituer.
En général, un séjour très agréable avec excellent service et nourriture.

Les accessoires de la chambre peuvent toutefois être mis à jour pour les plus modernes, notamment les toilettes, les cabinets, les pièges de douche, les stands de nuit, les tables et les chaises. Le parking n'était pas couvert. J'ai arrivé quand il pleuvait dur. J'ai sué mon vêtement car il n'y a pas d'ombre que je puisse emprunter, ni personne ne peut aider avec l'ombre. Le service de la maison de l'hôtel est un service de la maison de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est un ancien modèle colonial japonais, de style ouvert et vous pourrez profiter de l'air frais.
L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
Comme c'était une zone ségrégée qui apporte la tranquillité et la fraîcheur de l'abri, elle est située dans un complexe de logement plutôt ségrégé.
Vous devez donc passer par une rue assez petite pour arriver ici et aucun autre restaurant sauf dans l'hôtel.
Cependant, il est près de boor raya golf course et ils fournissent des vélos pour l'excursion, y compris d'autres activités.
Gardez-le, je reviendrai certainement pour rester quand je golfe autour de la zone ou un court séjour avec la famille.

The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

La piscine ESP enfants piscine est ok et la chaleur est suffisante, bien que un peu plus chaude sera le meilleur 👍🏻
La location est très bonne depuis le quartier de Lembang ou du centre-ville.
La seule amélioration nécessaire est la nécessité d'un signal plus grand pour l'entrée, surtout à la nuit, afin de faciliter la vue de la porte.
