Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Had a very pleasant stay here. A very good hotel to unwind from the hustle bustle Jakarta. The staff is so friendly and thoughtful. They use sensatia botanica for amenities. The hotel room super nice and comfy. Please don’t skip the breakfast, it’s so delicious. So many kind of food. It’s so worth every penny. And by the way we can use Pesona Alam facilities too. Super duper win win for us! 5 star stay.

J'ai adoré cet hôtel. Nous avons même prolongé d'une nuit ! Très confortable. Un endroit familial ! Nous étions à court de bagages et avons demandé s'ils pouvaient nous prêter un grand carton vide, et ils nous l'ont livré directement dans notre chambre. Ils nous ont même fourni une cassette audio que nous n'avions pas demandée. Ils ont fait un effort supplémentaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous retournons à Bandung.

What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautifully designed with a very unique and stylish concept. The room was spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the design of the shower area it was modern and impressive. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city’s main attractions and busy areas. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you appreciate great design and comfort.

Good experience but not fond of their hair dryer and electric kettle, dont know what brand they are but too hot on their surrounding metal cover it might burn your hand. The hair dryer is too hot for my hair as well. Oh and yeah the parking lot is kinda packed...we arrived early and its almost full. Everything else are good.

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

Le 1er janvier , le 1er janvier , avec mes 2 enfants. Nous avons pris la chambre avec baignoire au niveau 1. Le baignoire est assez grand pour 2 prsons. La piscine est un peu triste pour un hôtel ce grand. Le petit déjeuner est assez bon. Le lit est confortable. La télévision est grande. L'eau potable est fournie à l'eau libre sur chaque étage. Les moustiques entrent dans la chambre du jardin, donc nous avons dû fermer la porte de la terrasse tout le temps.
