Le personnel de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons été accueillis avec une belle vibe romantique dans la chambre et une belle note de l'équipe de garde-fous sur le miroir. Mais il y a aussi quelques questions que je veux soulever. Je suis allé à plusieurs hôtels et commandé dans la salle à manger et ils fourniront toujours un table / table de trolley au moins pour nous laisser dîner dans la salle. Mais c'est la première fois que j'ai eu cette expérience. Mais nous ne pouvons pas dîner là où le bureau d'étude était parce qu'il n'y avait qu'une chaise disponible. C'est pourquoi nous avons dû déplacer la table lourde pour être fermée au grand canapé. J'ai demandé la table de trolley, mais, apparemment, ils ne peuvent pas nous la laisser utiliser. Deuxièmement, la soupe était froide. Quel décevant :( Je finis juste avec quelques cuisses et je ne peux plus la prendre. Bien, je suppose que c'était la moindre partie de mon séjour. Mais, dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour là. Ah, une autre chose! Le jus de biscuit angus était le meilleur plat! Très valable à essayer!

Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité de la ville de Vimala, où vous pourrez vous rendre à l'hôtel. L'hôtel est très familial, avec de grandes installations pour les enfants du terrain de jeu à la piscine et des espaces spacieux à l'extérieur où les enfants peuvent jouer librement. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et magnifiquement conçue, parfaite pour un séjour familial relaxant. Le petit déjeuner était un spectacle de choix délicieux pour les adultes et les enfants. Ce que nous aimions le plus était l'environnement naturel seren Il se sentait vraiment comme un retrait refroidissant où nous pouvions passer du temps de qualité ensemble en tant que famille. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Notre séjour de quelques nuits au Crowne Plaza Bandung fut agréable. La chambre était correcte, mais assez bruyante à cause des pots d'échappement des motos qui résonnaient toute la nuit. Le double vitrage, et notamment l'isolation phonique, semble insuffisant. Les fenêtres mériteraient un nettoyage en profondeur, et la moquette était par endroits assez sale. Points positifs : le lit est confortable, l'emplacement est idéal et tout le personnel de l'hôtel s'est montré aimable, serviable et poli. Un grand merci au responsable du restaurant qui a eu la gentillesse de m'apporter un délicieux jus de fruits frais et sain à chaque petit-déjeuner, et ce, pendant plusieurs jours. Le petit-déjeuner au restaurant proposait un large choix de plats indonésiens locaux, ainsi que les classiques occidentaux. Notre chambre était idéalement située à l'étage du salon Executive, un espace spacieux et relativement calme où nous avons pu profiter des canapés et des boissons en soirée. Merci également à Faisal pour son aide précieuse concernant nos billets de train et à tout le personnel du salon qui a répondu à toutes mes demandes de café et de boissons. La piscine au 5e étage était très agréable et offrait une belle vue sur la ville et les montagnes. L'ensemble du personnel de conciergerie et des portiers a été très serviable, et le service spécial d'assistance pour traverser la route très fréquentée devant l'hôtel a été particulièrement apprécié.

We had another wonderful stay at Mason Pine, and once again, it did not disappoint! This has definitely become our family’s go-to hotel whenever we want a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. 🙏🏼 We took the Whoosh from Jakarta, and Mason Pine’s free shuttle service picked us up directly from the station and took us to the hotel in only around 15 minutes. The return transfer was just as smooth and convenient. One of the things we love most about Mason Pine is how many family-friendly facilities they have, and they’re not just for show—they’re all active and enjoyable for the kids. The swimming pool is HUGE, and the kids’ pool is also incredibly spacious, complete with a fun slide that the kids absolutely loved! The food selection was varied and delicious, and the service throughout the hotel was spot on. Every staff member was so friendly, warm, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciate the convenience of the location. There are several cafés and a supermarket just across the street, so sometimes we’d order GoFood, grab some drinks, or simply enjoy coffee and snacks at one of the cafés across from the hotel. It makes the whole stay feel very comfortable and easy, especially when traveling with family. A special thank you to Mas Nova, who took care of our transfer back to the Whoosh. We unexpectedly had to change our return ticket to an earlier time, but the team was incredibly accommodating. We were still taken to the station immediately after check-out without having to wait around or deal with any hassle. Everything was handled so smoothly! Thank you so much, Mas Nova, and to all the wonderful staff at Mason Pine for always taking such great care of us. Mason Pine is definitely our family’s go-to hotel. We always feel comfortable here, and we’ll definitely be back again! 🙏🏼

Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien conçue. Le personnel était agréable et aideuse, l'atmosphère était relaxante et élégante.

Delicious breakfast with a great variety of choices. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had plenty of options. Amazing hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a comfortable atmosphere.  Thank you so much for the lovely anniversary wishes and the complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. We truly appreciate it! ❤️

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bogor! The 32m² room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. The AC was nice and cold, making the room extra cozy after a day of activities. The hotel is truly family-oriented, with plenty to keep the kids entertained—movie room, PS4 game room, playground, free horse riding, and even animal feeding. Our kids never ran out of things to do! Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Globalement, Hilton Bandung offre une excellente valeur, des installations de qualité et un séjour confortable. Avec quelques affinements à l'expérience de service et l'attention aux détails, il a tous les ingrédients pour fournir une expérience d'hospitalité de 5 étoiles vraiment remarquable.
