SSatyaprakash TIWARIFrom the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and the signature Taj hospitality that truly sets the standard for luxury stays. Every detail — from the fragrant lobby to the impeccable check-in experience — radiated comfort and class.
The room was spotless, elegantly designed, and offered a perfect blend of modern comfort with traditional charm. The bed was heavenly, and every night felt like a dream! Housekeeping deserves special mention for their attention to detail and daily personalized touches that made the stay unforgettable.
Dining at the Taj Skyline was a delightful experience — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavours. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate.
The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home.
The location is perfect — centrally situated, yet serene enough to relax after a busy day in the city.

MMandira_SamantaThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

IInvitéit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
IInvitéHotel makes big deal with Duty free liquor.. so obtain a signed n sealed permit before you visit this hotel. Very poor service from checkin to housekeeping. Adajaj cafe food is below average with some flashes of excellence at live stations but service was good n good hostess
IInvitéL'hôtel est bon dans l'ensemble, nous y avons réservé 4 chambres, mais nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec alors que nous ne nous attendons pas à un hôtel 5 étoiles.
1. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 14 h 30, 30 minutes après l'heure d'arrivée et nous avons déjà expliqué que à 1 h 30, à propos de notre arrivée, ils n'avaient pas encore une chambre préparée et nous ont dit qu'il faudrait et une heure.
2. En raison de leur prise de temps que nous voulons à la maison de Dwarkadish, quand nous sommes revenus à 6h30, ils ont donné YS chambre double malgré notre réservation du King Bed et une des chambres était complètement mouillée qu'une personne pourrait même s'éloigner et tomber sur le sol.
3 Bien que le personnel soit coopératif et amélioré 2 chambres pour s'adapter à la famille, les deux autres étaient des lits doubles.
