Hôtels 5 étoiles à Gujarat, Inde

L'hôtel est très bien situé et sa cuisine propre. La nourriture est excellente et le petit déjeuner est fantastique! Le personnel est très ami. Toutes nos demandes ont été remplies, rien n'était trop de problème. Notre chambre était grande et avec beaucoup d'espace pour stocker tout! Nous avons même rencontré un célèbre chanteur Bollywood une soirée! Il y a une salle de sport bien équipée et une piscine, un dresseur de cheveux et un grand spa! 😍

The hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service! Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were; - Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc. - Front desk team, and, - Restaurant staff. _Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆 My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. Amazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here. But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention: 1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition. 2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt. You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

The hotel service was impeccable and the staff would also make sure that we are well taken care of. Enjoyed the wide variety of food for breakfast and also smooth checking in and out

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the resort everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very old hotel but the best hotel at rajkot. The restaurant still crowded at evening

L'hôtel propose un grand nombre de boissons gratuites... obtenez donc un permis signé n scellé avant de visiter cet hôtel. Adajaj café nourriture est inférieure à la moyenne avec quelques flashs d'excellence à des stations en direct mais service était bon n bonne hôtesse

L'hôtel est bon dans l'ensemble, nous y avons réservé 4 chambres, mais nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec alors que nous ne nous attendons pas à un hôtel 5 étoiles. 1. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 14 h 30, 30 minutes après l'heure d'arrivée et nous avons déjà expliqué que à 1 h 30, à propos de notre arrivée, ils n'avaient pas encore une chambre préparée et nous ont dit qu'il faudrait et une heure. 2. En raison de leur prise de temps que nous voulons à la maison de Dwarkadish, quand nous sommes revenus à 6h30, ils ont donné YS chambre double malgré notre réservation du King Bed et une des chambres était complètement mouillée qu'une personne pourrait même s'éloigner et tomber sur le sol. 3 Bien que le personnel soit coopératif et amélioré 2 chambres pour s'adapter à la famille, les deux autres étaient des lits doubles.
