Hôtels 5 étoiles à Cape de Western, Afrique du Sud

Je séjourne toujours dans cet hôtel quand je vais au Cap. C'est ma maison loin de chez moi. J'aime vraiment cet hôtel et son personnel. Le personnel est sympathique et sait vraiment comment prendre soin de ses invités. La chambre était spacieuse et calme, et j'ai adoré la baignoire, haha. Le petit déjeuner était super, essayez le spa, c'était le meilleur massage. J'aime vraiment cet hôtel

Lovely stay at Pepperclub - recommended. We chose to celebrate a big milestone in South Africa to create some very special memories. We toured from Joburg, through Nambiti to Durban and then onto Cape Town, and we booked Pepperclub to have a pampered end to our trip. The location is great, near Bo Kaap, local markets and safe to walk around. We had no problem getting where we needed to go. The hotel is very clean including the communal areas, gym and of course the rooms. However, housekeeping was more 4* - simple requests like extra blankets needed to be chased, and the turndown of the room happened every day but was inconsistent (sometimes the bathroom was cleaned and restocked, sometimes not). Similarly, the service was inconsistent even through the reception/concierge was always well staffed - Godfrey always greeted us enthusiastically, and there was another duty manager that was very diligent and followed-up well. However, when Godfrey was not on shift the welcome was more muted, and the staff on reception weren't exactly warm and not always efficient. Restaurant staff were always very warm and friendly. Breakfast was great - with good selection of buffet and a la carte options served swiftly. Lunch options were good too, and room service was efficient. Spa was excellent with very good massages and treatments. The Gym is good, though a little small, and for clarity the pool is not heated (but is beautiful). We didn't get a chance to try the private Odeon cinema, but they only had older movies not the newer ones found at public Odeon cinemas. Great views of Table Mountain and Lions Head from the rooms. The hotel were able to grant our special requests of early check-in, inter-leading rooms and they dressed the room and provided cake and bubbly to celebrate our anniversary - lovely touches. You won't regret your stay, but you may not be compelled to stay again.

The Westin, Cape Town, is an old hotel, but it continues to maintain its presence, quality, and some high standard in Cape Town. We stayed here for 8 days, during a friend's 60th birthday celebration event in Cape Town. We occupied an executive room and were also given access to the executive club on the 19th floor. The room was very nice, with good linen, bed of high standard. That said, we had to lodge a complaint on the hurried nature of how our room was cleaned on our second day of stay. The bed was not made properly, the carpet floor wasn't clean, and the bathroom was half cleaned. It's not good for a 5-star hotel. After complaining, the housekeeper made amends, and the cleaning standard was raised to the highest standard for the duration of our stay. We also ordered food from room service and half of what we ordered were not brought - they gave us something else, but after waiting for 45 mins for the original order to be brought to us we reluctabtly accepted the wrong order, ate the food and then lodged our complaints later. The breakfast buffet was alright, but there weren't great selections of cold meats in the cold meat section. They really need to improve on this. Lastly, the overall service delivery by some of the staff really need serious improvement. Some of the staff in the restaurant are way too loud when talking to each other, and some of them even give out bad unwelcoming and nonchalant attitude/vibe to their customers. It is like they feel that they're doing us, their clients, a favour by serving us. Not good enough for a hotel of this standard, abd some of those staff need to be retrained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Westin and we will definitely come back there when next we visit Cape Town.

L'enfant s'est rendu au Cap pour une conférence. Parmi les hôtels désignés par le centre de conférence, l'enfant a choisi le Pullman. Il a dit que c'était une chaîne internationale et qu'il était proche du lieu de rendez-vous. Il a réservé deux chambres. les deux ont dit que c'était très bien.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable. J'y retournerai certainement et je le recommanderais à tout le monde. Excellents services et personnel incroyable.

Sanbona Wildlife Reserve is a league of it's own. Our driver picked us up from Cape Town and it took about 2 and a half hours to reach the gate of Sanbona From the gate to our glamping tents was another 90 mins drive into an expansive dessert - 62,000 hectares We got real lucky and saw Lionesses, Cheetah, Giraffes, Hippos, Rhinos, Baboons, Elephants etc. Our Guide Joe was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable The glamping tents were so spacious, connecting you right back to nature with outdoor showers, jacuzzi etc Our meals were fantastic, and they can accommodate to most dietary restrictions. We ended up trying both the Springbok, Kudu, Hake, Kingklip - all local delicacies Love how South African wines were included in our full board experience allowing us to sample Bruts, Rosé and even their Pinotage We ended the evening stargazing as usual, this time being able to see both the Southern and Northern Hemispheree

This stay was absolutely magnificent from arrival to departure, upgraded as we arrived at the hotel. The staff, incredible! Always doing more than asked, going out of their way to assist in making plans, arranging transport or just providing extra information. Shout out to Claudia, who was patient and articulate. She stopped her work in order to attend to me at all times. Shout out to Dewald, humorous, witty and exquisitely piquant. Always up for a conversation amd willing to make anything amd everything more convenient for the guests. Rennia and Alice, ebullient and light-hearted, i felt the care and meticulous nature of their work through all they did, and the smiles they provided, thank you! The entire staff, quite warm and accommodating! Clean room, aesthetically modern and quaint. 100% recommended, convenient location for all your needs!

La chambre est très belle, c'est le logement le plus satisfaisant de cette fois. La fenêtre est la montagne de table, vraiment très belle, pas de soleil, de soleil et de nuit. Je veux vivre dans la histoire de fabule. Le service est très bon!! Je ne sais pas pourquoi on dit que l'évaluation n'est pas bonne!! Je suis une fille qui voyage seul, ne ose pas aller au centre-ville. Le gestionnaire de l'hôtel est venu me accompagner à la gare, pour me prendre des photos tout le long de la route. Nous sommes devenus des amis très bons. L'hôtel est tout entier pour révéler la belleur de la vieille carte, de la voie d'entrée dans le hall, au port de la cour derrière, c'est si beau. Je pense que c'est beaucoup mieux que la nuit de 1w à côté, et la vue de la maison est très belle. Le petit déjeuner de buffet est également super!! Il y a une aide à la reproduction... trop adaptée à ma tête de reproduction. J'aime beaucoup manger un muscle, mais le lendemain, j'ai fait un peu de nouveau pour moi. Il y a un bon dîner en bas, le chef/propriétaire est une dame, les plats ont beaucoup d'interprétation culturelle, très excellent. Il y a un plats pour recevoir Michelle Obama. C'est très surpris que le féminisme soit aussi émergent ici. Il y a beaucoup de jours, c'est l'un des hôtels les plus préférés de ma vie.

Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel était très bon. La vue était très incitant. La chambre avait un grand café disponible. Le personnel était super utile et amiable. Le gestionnaire de Brown eyed était vraiment patient avec ma grand-mère et vraiment professionnel. Le chauffage était un peu problématique car au milieu de la nuit, le générateur a échoué et Gran ne pouvait pas le faire dans la salle de bain dans l'obscurité. La piscine est chauffée et ses étoiles sont très incitantes à voir. En général, je recommande certainement cet hôtel.

C'est bon de rester plus longtemps ! Le petit déjeuner est à un très haut niveau. Les chambres sont spacieuses, mais le bonbon réel est le spa et les installations. À la différence des autres hôtels sur la route du jardin avec des coûts élevés et une disponibilité limitée, l'éventail de traitements offerts est excellent, le personnel travaille dur pour vous adapter et ils sont également très raisonnablement coûteux. Le personnel de réception est très utile et vous assurez de connaître toutes les marches et les choses à faire. Je me suis certainement réservé.... Nous restons déjà plus longtemps que prévu.
