Revue d'O par Tamara Hotel Note: 3.5/5 stars O par Tamara offre une histoire de deux expériences : les installations gagnent une solide 4 étoiles, tandis que les normes de service se répandent autour de 3 étoiles créant un contraste intéressant que la gestion devrait aborder. Le bon: les installations de l'hôtel sont vraiment excellentes et méritent la visite. Le défi : L'exécution du service, malheureusement, ne correspond pas aux normes de l'établissement. Le petit déjeuner était particulièrement amusant d'une manière involontaire : le personnel a présenté ce que je appelais ”hospitalité de mouvement brunyan” lots de mouvement énergétique, mais pas toujours dans des directions productives. Les éléments ont été souvent oubliés et les suivis deviennent plus nécessaires que prévu. Le sujet : Nous avons demandé un checkout tardif jusqu'à 1:00 pm. Le bureau frontal n'a approuvé qu'une extension 30-minute, mais notre factur reflète un checkout tardif 2-hour. Cette différence requiert une attention immédiate de la gestion. Recommandations : Le bâtiment bénéficierait d'une formation de personnel complet afin d'aligner la qualité du service sur les excellentes installations. Ligne de bas: Les installations rendent cet hôtel utile, mais l'équipe de gestion doit investir dans la formation des services et la cohérence opérationnelle. J'espère que la gestion abordera ces préoccupations rapidement. C'est tout ! !

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit merveilleux ! Le personnel a été accueilli, très aimable, très aimable et très bien placé. Le centre est très confortable et très confortable. Les chambres étaient belles, spacieuses, sans place, et très confortables, avec tout ce que nous avons besoin pour une pause parfaite. Ne pas recommander cette bijoux d'un endroit suffisant, nous prévoyons déjà notre prochaine visite !

Nous avons eu un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel et les restaurants. Surtout ne manquez pas le restaurant au premier étage, où vous pouvez obtenir un grand repas Kerala traditionnel dans une feuille de banane. Le service est également excellent.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

Excellent location ,rezervation est très belle seulement les yeux douleur était les gens appauvrissent leurs vêtements pour se sécher sur le balcon ou tout autre espace en ouvert, ce qui était vraiment mauvais non sûr si c'est à cause de la charge de laver le linge ou n'a rien à appauvrir Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le petit village de l'extérieur n'est pas si invité à explorer ou même à aller, mais la nourriture était une bonne option pour les végétariens, mais elle était aussi très coûteuse. Le service de la maison est très bien placé, mais il est très bien placé.
