Nous avons récemment séjourné à l'O par Tamara. Excellent expérience dans l'ensemble. Aime le service personnel et accueillant de tous et mention spéciale au chef Vipin. Il était extrêmement aimable et utile. Merci à l'ensemble de l'équipe.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. Recommandé pour les voyageurs familiaux et professionnels.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un endroit merveilleux ! Le personnel a été accueilli, très aimable, très aimable et très bien placé. Le centre est très confortable et très confortable. Ne pas recommander cette bijoux d'un endroit suffisant, nous prévoyons déjà notre prochaine visite !

Excellent hotel service and welcome was very nice. The room.and its comforts superb. I wish I had a extra day at the hotel. Deffo would stay there again. highly recommend it. And the breakfast was great variety

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a swimming pool — something I specifically filtered for when making my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. There was no prior notice, no mention during check-in, and certainly no update when I made the reservation. It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way. The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.

Excellent location ,rezervation est très belle seulement les yeux douleur était les gens appauvrissent leurs vêtements pour se sécher sur le balcon ou tout autre espace en ouvert, ce qui était vraiment mauvais non sûr si c'est à cause de la charge de laver le linge ou n'a rien à appauvrir Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le petit village de l'extérieur n'est pas si invité à explorer ou même à aller, mais la nourriture était une bonne option pour les végétariens, mais elle était aussi très coûteuse. Le service de la maison est très bien placé, mais il est très bien placé.

Notre séjour à Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty a été vraiment le point de départ de notre voyage Kerala. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. La villa elle-même était spacieuse, luxueuse, confortable et très bien entretenue.
