A Technological Gem in Tashkurgan I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wanda Moment in Tashkurgan, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! This hotel truly embraces high technology while providing exceptional comfort and cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-equipped facilities. The gym and billiards room were fantastic, and the laundry facilities made my stay even more convenient. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. One standout feature was the attention to guest comfort. The room was equipped with an oxygen machine and a humidifier, which was a thoughtful touch given the dry climate in the area. However, I did notice that there was no air conditioning, just heating. I highly recommend opening the window to let in some fresh air; it made a significant difference in my comfort level. Overall, Wanda Moment is a remarkable hotel that exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return!

Si vous recherchez un séjour inoubliable alliant la beauté de la nature au confort d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, ne cherchez pas plus loin que Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping. Ils ont véritablement sublimé le concept de glamping (contraction de « glamour » et « camping ») sous tous ses aspects. Dès notre arrivée, l'hospitalité et le service du personnel étaient non seulement comparables à ceux des plus grands hôtels cinq étoiles, mais les surpassaient même. Ne parlant pas chinois, j'étais un peu anxieux au départ, mais l'équipe s'est mise en quatre pour me mettre immédiatement à l'aise. Leurs sourires radieux et leur chaleur humaine étaient vraiment touchants. Ce qui m'a le plus ému ? Ils se sont constamment assurés que ma fiancée, végétarienne, ne manquait de rien et qu'elle avait de quoi se régaler à chaque repas. Ce niveau d'attention m'a profondément touché. Ils ont même porté mes lourds bagages jusqu'à la chambre ! ❤️ Activités (payantes et gratuites) : Il est possible de faire de l'équitation avec le moniteur sur place – je recommande vivement (cette activité est payante). Parmi les activités gratuites, vous trouverez une balançoire géante (qui rappelle celle des prairies de Kalajun), du tir à l'arc et de magnifiques animaux paisibles : deux agneaux incroyablement mignons, une vache, plusieurs chevaux et un adorable petit chien qui vous accueillera chaleureusement. Si vous êtes timide avec les animaux, rassurez-vous : ce sont des créatures extrêmement calmes et tranquilles qui ne s'approcheront que si vous les appelez. Nourriture : 10/10. Ma fiancée a déclaré que c'était le meilleur repas qu'elle ait mangé dans tout le Xinjiang. Préparé par les merveilleux Ah Po et Ah Gong, chaque plat avait le goût d'un bon repas fait maison avec amour par des grands-parents. Il y a aussi un charmant petit café (mais nous n'y avons pas pris de café ; nous étions trop émerveillés par tout ce qui nous entourait). Confort des chambres : C'est là que l'établissement excelle vraiment. Climatisation, chauffage, lit douillet et confortable, rideaux occultants pour admirer les étoiles, réfrigérateur, sèche-cheveux, miroir éclairé, toilettes chauffées – et une propreté impeccable. Nous avons dormi comme des bébés. Et enfin… l’observation des étoiles. C’est précisément pour cela que j’ai choisi cet endroit. Nous sommes restés éveillés jusqu’à 3 h du matin, complètement hypnotisés par un ciel étoilé comme je n’en avais jamais vu. Je laisse les photos que j’ai mises en ligne parler d’elles-mêmes. 😁 (J’ai ajouté les réglages que j’ai utilisés sur mon iPhone pour prendre les photos : trépied, mode nuit, pose de 30 secondes avec ajustement de l’exposition et ProRAW activé). Merci à Shire Stargazing Ultimate Glamping pour cette expérience vraiment magique. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous les couples et familles.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Nous avons un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel. Chaque nuit a un spa de pied.. la maison garde très bien fait. La sécurité et le bureau frontal sont amicaux et utiles. Le petit déjeuner est agréable.

Très bon hôtel, tout est parfait. Bien situé, à proximité des stations de ski, des commerces et des restaurants. Tout le personnel est adorable, poli, le service est de qualité, les femmes de chambre et les chauffeurs sont charmants. J'adore Altay. 🩵🩵🩵 Si j'en ai l'occasion, je reviendrai. P.-S. : Petit-déjeuner gratuit, facile à manger, les yaourts sont délicieux. J'adore les frites avec de la viande. 😊

This is a great hotel! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The service is great as well. I like that my room was a non smoking room and that this is a 100% smoke free hotel. After spending the night in many hotels in Xinjiang, I have not been getting rooms that were designated as non smoking because those hotels didn’t have them even though I booked non smoking rooms. Therefore, I wasn’t frustrated when I was checking into my room at this hotel. There are two things that I recommend that the hotel do to make the guest experience better. 1. Remove all of the ashtrays that are on top of the trash cans near the elevators on each floor. I asked the staff why they had them if they are a 100% non smoking hotel and they said it’s for guests to throw their cigarette butts away. I told them those should be removed because those being there let guests know that smoking is allowed in the hotel and that when guests throw them away the smoke from the cigarette butts makes the hotel hallways smell bad as guests are throwing them out. Some of the public areas did smell like cigarette smoke, including one of the elevators, which was not pleasant to breathe. China has a lot of people who smoke, very few smoking bans, and has many people who don’t comply with no smoking policies, so therefore, this is my recommendation when it comes to this issue. I also recommend the hotel put more “No Smoking” signs in the public areas as well, as I only saw ones in the elevators and first floor. 2. The dryer for drying clothes is very slow. I decided to air dry them for several hours after they were in there for two hours because I did my laundry late at night and needed to get some sleep. When I woke up, not all of them were completely dry, which was frustrating. I strongly recommend the hotel gets better dryers, even though it will cost them more money, to solve this issue and get less complaints about it.

Le prix était abordable et l'environnement général ainsi que la propreté étaient satisfaisants. Cependant, certaines chambres moins fréquentées (chambre familiale et chambre double 208) avaient une odeur de renfermé. Les autres chambres où j'ai séjourné étaient très agréables. Le service était excellent et le petit-déjeuner particulièrement délicieux ! 👍🏻

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining
