The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it a very convenient choice for travelers in transit. The facilities are simple but practical, and everything you need for a short stay is available. Overall, it’s a good option for a quick overnight stay or layover.

Very good stay in general. Around 10 minutes walk from all the day trip pick up locations (e.g. Brooke Street Pier). The facilities were amazing and the front desk staff members were all very supportive and helpful. Loved the welcome cookies!! The room was big and we received daily clean ups. We visited the pool and also utilised the gym during our stay as well - very good facilities. The bathroom wall was a bit think as we could vaguely hear people next door, but the room was completely fine - could not hear a thing. Would recommend to all types of travellers and will definitely stay again if we are visiting Hobart again!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the port with beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. Free parking is available, which is very convenient. There are also several restaurants within the hotel, making it easy to find something to eat without having to go far.

Un hôtel basique avec des équipements de base. La propreté pourrait être encore améliorée car nos tasses étaient tachées de café et collantes sur les bords. L'hôtel est à 15 minutes en voiture et aucune navette aéroport n'est fournie car ce service a déjà été interrompu. Il faut 15 minutes en taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport.

Freycinet Lodge a offert un séjour mémorable au cœur du parc national de Freycinet, entouré d'un étonnant scénario côtier. Le personnel, surtout David, était incroyablement aimable et attentif, toujours prêt avec des conseils personnalisés pour les marches et les points locaux. Le petit déjeuner au restaurant Bay était un accent, avec des produits frais tazmaniens, des options chaudes délicieuses et une vibe relaxante invincible. Nous avons aimé chaque minute et ne pouvons pas attendre de retour.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, great location as well. However the room feels very stuffy, the balcony is locked only a small window is left open and the screen window is incredibly dusty, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Also the housekeeping is very unprofessional, she came straight in without even knocking the door around 9am while we are still sleeping, just saying hello when unlocking the door. Unhappy about that.

J'ai aimé l'atmosphère ici. J'ai senti une relaxation et une bienvenue dès mon arrivée. Le personnel a pris très bonne en charge de tout. C'était une refroidissement qui'est pourquoi j'ai choisi de rester dans cet hôtel chaque fois que je visite Hobart

Our favorite stay in Tasmania! We are connected with Telstra/Belong so we had internet access in our cabins. We stayed in a contemporary spa cabin— however I wasnt sure how to use the spa bath so better check with reception. Other than that, great well heated room with high ceilings in the middle of winter. Also, breakfast can be improved but not bad

Amazing hospitality from check in right through to check out. Friendly and inviting staff. Great food and drinks at the pub. Location was amazing, 1km from the historical site and easy to find being on the main road. The views through the ceiling to floor windows out to the sea was magical and nothing like I have seen anywhere else during my travels down here. Beds were comfortable and the room stayed nice and warm over the cold night. Very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back when I travel back to Port Arthur

The hotel is located in the city centre. Parking costs about AUD 40+ per day. Overall it was okay. We stayed three nights with breakfast included. The breakfast was fine, but one staff member in the restaurant was extremely impolite and unprofessional. It left a bad impression — and I’m not sure whether her behaviour was linked to us being Asian, though she herself appeared to be Asian.
