I recently stayed at the Palace Hotel & Spa in Buxton and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, with friendly, professional, and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Every member of the team was helpful and eager to ensure that everything was perfect. The hotel facilities were impressive. The spa and leisure areas were clean, relaxing, and well maintained, providing the perfect place to unwind. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also outstanding. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, all fresh and delicious, and the meals served throughout my stay were of a high standard. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the dining experience was excellent. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the Palace Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Buxton. The combination of exceptional service, excellent facilities, and delicious food made for a memorable and enjoyable visit. I look forward to returning in the future.

Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Il est très bien situé dans le centre de Buxton et à proximité des jardins du Pavillon, des arrêts de bus et des routes de marche. La chambre était propre, confortable et chaleureuse parfaite après un long jour de marche.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel and always had a great stay. However on this occassion we were surprised to find our that they now charge extra for access to the spa , on all oher stays it was included in the price of the room . When booking a room be aware that there is a charge of £25 per person to access the spa.

無敵滿意，這是我在英國住的性價比最高的酒店，雖然是在莊園附近一樓就是餐廳吃東西也是很方便的。酒店前台也熱情晚餐味道也還不錯，酒店旁邊還有房車基地，如果從Sheffield下車坐218回經過達西莊園然後轉6.1公交七分鐘，按照導航定位的位置一定要記得繼續向前走幾分鐘過一個小橋就到了，導航不太準確。當地的公交坐着和出租車沒區別，本來打車去酒店發現Uber138磅 不划算直接坐車就OK。一路上風景特別美，也是一個不錯的旅途體驗～

Nous avons choisi le Wildes Inn, qui est à 4 minutes de l'hôpital Bolsover, où notre mère devait subir une chirurgie complète du genou. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons été accueillis directement par un jeune gentleman gentil qui a fait son check-in sans stress et sans stress. L'équipe était aussi très réflexive, sachant la raison de notre séjour, ils ont même offert d'organiser un petit-déjeuner de débarquement pour nous. Nous avons réservé une chambre accessible pour notre mère, qui était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi super. Dans l'ensemble, nous étions très satisfaits de l'expérience. La maman était bien reposée et prête à la chirurgie.

L'hôtel est réservé en tant que football féminin au Derby Pride Park.  Nous avons utilisé le parc de voitures NCP qui n'était qu'à 5 minutes à pied.  Tout le personnel était intelligent, bien géré et utile.  La chambre était très grande et ils étaient surpris d'avoir une salle de bains pleine et une douche puissante.  Le petit déjeuner est très bien choisi, où tous les aliments ont été remplis dès qu'ils étaient bas. Les seuls négatifs pour nous étaient le fait que nous avons trouvé un peu de ruban près du lit avec des preuves de poussière, l'un des lits était enroulé et l'un des lecteurs de la lampe à la paroi de la face de la lit était suspendu du mur mais toujours fonctionnel. Globalement un très beau hôtel et idéalement situé pour le stade du football ainsi que prendre dans les sites/ centre commercial local (sur la route)

La salle de bains est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Le restaurant était fermé et le bar n'avait qu'un menu limité. Le personnel n'aurait pas pu être plus accueillant et attentif. La chambre était spacieuse avec un lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était typiquement buffet avec des offres chaudes et froides. Ils sont très bien accueillis.

Stayed for two nights in this beautiful country hotel. A very warm welcome on arrival and then shown to a beautiful large room, The Kedleston. It had everything you could wish for and a very comfortable bed. I was staying to visit relatives nearby but it would make an excellent base for exploring the area. Kedleston Hall, National Trust is on the doorstep and a must to visit. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, I didn’t eat in the evenings but the menu looked really good and if breakfast was anything to go on it will be fabulous. I will definitely return to stay and also take my family to the restaurant. Thank you to all your excellent staff for a very enjoyable stay.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était à l'abri avec la propreté Je ne peux pas défaut la chambre à tous sauf qu'il y avait vraiment mauvais signal sur la télévision qui nous a donné plus de temps pour explorer la ville qui est seulement quelques minutes de marche et encore de une soirée nous n'avons pas été perturbés un peu par le bruit ou la vie nocturne à tous ... Nous serons sans aucun doute réservés comme nous visiterons les enfants père une fois par mois . La baignoire était également étonnante . Bien fait, vous avez sûrement 3 clients répéter dans nous
