Mes amis et moi-même ont été attirés à l'hôtel Palace pour son prix et sa position compétitifs - les deux ne pouvaient pas être défavorisés. Très cher et centralement situé à Buxton près de la gare et des magasins locaux dans une promenade de cinq minutes facile. Le plus grand avertissement que nous devons émettre concerne le gym. Si vous n'êtes pas un homme local Buxton, vous ne vous sentirez pas confortable ici - je ne pouvais pas utiliser une chambre car il y avait une discussion très rhodiée entre les hommes en cours dans un espace très limité qui m'a fait sentir totalement malvenue. Je me suis retiré dans une autre chambre, aussi très petite et très impure, avec de la poussière et des flammes autour des fenêtres et des mattes rasées sur le sol. Mon ami utilise la piscine qu'il décrit comme sale et il a dû prendre toutes ses propriétés avec lui dans la sauna car les verrous n'avaient pas de verrous ni de clés, les rendre obsolètes. Le fait que les gens payent une commission mensuelle pour participer à ce gym est vraiment étonnant. Globalement, bon marché, légèrement heureux, adapté pour une nuit ou deux séjours de base mais ne vous attendez pas de luxe de cet hôtel.

Three of us booked one room together. Upon arrival, we were told that we could not stay unless we paid an additional £165 to upgrade the room. However, even after the upgrade, the room was still quite small, and in my opinion, the overall value did not justify the price. Regarding check-out, we left at 12:20 instead of 11:00. We were only informed of the £30 late check-out fee when we arrived at the front desk, not in advance. I accept the charge, as we did check out late. However, what confused me was that since the hotel decided to apply a late check-out fee, this implies that the late check-out was accepted. In that case, cancelling our room key authorisation before we actually checked out was inconsistent and resulted in the three of us being locked in the corridor. Many people recommend this hotel, and we may consider staying again in the future. Next time, however, I will make sure everything is handled strictly according to the rules. On a positive note, the hot spring and sauna facilities are very good.

Lovely hotel. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Staff were excellent, one & all. Conveniently located with a short walk to the station, the shopping centre, a football ground and other such exciting places as 10 pin bowling, cinemas, axe throwing (highly recommended) and crazy golf for adults only! As a Londoner, I don’t know what I expected of Derby but I’m very glad I made the trip. I have nothing negative to say about the Stewart Hotel, the people of Derby and the fantastic Derby as a whole. Well worth a visit.

Nous avons choisi le Wildes Inn, qui est à 4 minutes de l'hôpital Bolsover, où notre mère devait subir une chirurgie complète du genou. Le personnel était très aimable et nous avons été accueillis directement par un jeune gentleman gentil qui a fait son check-in sans stress et sans stress. L'équipe était aussi très réflexive, sachant la raison de notre séjour, ils ont même offert d'organiser un petit-déjeuner de débarquement pour nous. Nous avons réservé une chambre accessible pour notre mère, qui était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était aussi super. Dans l'ensemble, nous étions très satisfaits de l'expérience. La maman était bien reposée et prête à la chirurgie.

L'hôtel était très attrayant avant d'être logé. Vous savez que l'hôtel est à cause d'une introduction dans LP, en Grande-Bretagne, et Jane Austin a été résidée ici. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très poli. Je pense que l'hôtel nous aide à mettre à jour la chambre réservée. Lorsque la porte est ouverte, la radio dans la chambre joue la musique classique et l'atmosphère est très confortable. La décoration, la disposition de l'hôtel est très concise, a un sens de l'âge, mais aussi très propre. Nous avons passé deux jours très chaleureux ici, et nous avons ajouté de belles souvenirs à notre voyage. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est nécessaire. Il a été servi de petit déjeuner différent pendant deux jours, mais il est assez bon et il est recommandé d'optimiser. Bien sûr, si vous n'avez pas commandé, le service de cuisine a également du pain et du lait. L'environnement du petit déjeuner est également très bon. Si vous voulez aller à Chatsworth House, c'est une très bonne option de vivre ici!

The main building was pretty good. Compared to the main building, the rooms besides the courtyard where we lived in were rather basic. Everything was good enough apart from the heating system and toilet. The floor and toilet were pretty freezing. Fortunately, the lady in the reception brought us a small heater. It did help. Also, the flush of the toilet couldn't work properly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was any trouble. The food was excellent along with the atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

I had a good stay but was slightly put off by the cleanliness standard. Didn’t look like the carpet had been hoovered properly and toilet seat hadn’t been wiped and this was after I had to request a room change because I found an opened drink bottle in the first room.

All the staff were lovely and more than helpful, the room was so clean and had little touches that made it feel special; tea's and coffee's biscuits. The breakfast that was included in the price was brilliant as well
