I really enjoyed my stay at Luno Cottage! It was beautiful, cozy, clean, and had a complete set of amenities (shampoo and shower gels, toiletries, towels, slippers, tea, kettle). The only thing missing is bottled mineral water but tap water in Kazbegi is very drinkable. You can watch TV (log in to your own Youtube/Netflix), wash clothes with an Electrolux washing machine, and cook with an electric stove. The heaters worked well on a cold night and extra blankets are also provided in case you still feel cold. The living room, washroom, and kitchen are on the first floor while the bedroom is on a loft, where you have a direct view of the Gergeti Trinity Church from the bed. I echo what a previous reviewer said: once you check in you don’t feel like leaving :) The owner was extremely responsive and helpful - the check in process is self service and simple (you add the owner on WhatsApp and he will share instructions there). When I had some issues, I WhatsApped him and he immediately dropped by himself to help resolve them. Lastly, do note that this cottage is located on top of a hill that is a 15 minute steep hike from the main Stepantsminda town centre, where all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants are located. It’s wise to book only if you are prepared to do this hike 2-3 times daily / have a car / plan to stay mostly in the cottage. For me though, the entire stay was well worth the hikes!

Parce que la route de neige est temporairement fermée, la chambre familiale fixée, la chambre la plus grande donnée, l'hôtel se sent très froid. Le niveau est généralement fermé comme si elle était en décoration. Le lendemain matin, je dois aller chercher la route, je dois mettre la carte de la chambre sur la réception, je n'ai pas dîné.

Комнаты очень простые, но чистые. Вид из окон хороший, несмотря на то, что неподалёку есть недостроенные здания. Независимо от чистоты, некоторые моменты требуют реновации: на стенах были черные чёрточки, а потолок натянут не очень ровно у самой стены. Кровать оказалась достаточно жёсткой, но мне нравятся жёсткие матрасы, и поэтому для меня это не было серьёзной проблемой. В комнате нет шкафа или тумбочек, только прикроватные столики, поэтому если у вас есть одежда, которую надо вешать - вешалки нужно брать с собой. Телевизор не поддерживает трансляцию изображения без проводов, поэтому рекомендую взять флеш-драйв или провод HDMI: в местных магазинах они не продаются. Ванная комната очень простая: туалет, раковина, вешалки для одежды и душ. Сам душ имеет дождевой режим и ручной, однако чтобы работал ручной режим, нужно постоянно держать кнопку нажатой, что бывало неудобно. Полотенца чистые, но пахнут хлоркой. Для меня это не было проблемой. Наконец, у нас в ванной не работал фен, но мы обошлись без него. В отеле очень вкусные завтраки и дружелюбный персонал, который с радостью поможет в случае каких-либо затруднений. Отдельно отмечу местоположение отеля: он очень удачно расположен от всех главных точек интереса в зоне Степанцминды, почти в центре, и поэтому идти до всех получается не так далеко, поэтому для начинающих хайкеров это может быть важным аргументом. Единственный серьёзный минус - шумоизоляция комнат. По ночам слышно, как другие жильцы возвращаются в свои комнаты и общаются в коридоре. В наше заселение на нашем этаже по коридору бегали дети, и нам было не очень удобно осознавать, что они могут нас слышать. В ванной комнате слышно, что происходит у других жильцов в их ваннах так, будто они находятся в одной комнате. В комнате нет кондиционеров, и поэтому в случае жары единственным способом спастись было открыть окно, а при открытии окна слышны звуки домашнего скота или других заселяющихся жильцов, приехавших, например, на автобусе. В общем, это отличный отель для тех, кто приезжает в городок на пару дней ради хайкинга и красивых видов.

This is truly one of the best places to stay if you decide to visit Kazbegi. The cottage is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is very convenient, while the peaceful surroundings make it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. The host is wonderful, very kind, and always ready to help with anything you may need. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kazbegi. It’s a perfect choice if you want to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and have a comfortable stay.

Неплохие апартаменты. В номере стиральная машина, небольшая кухня. Из минусов крайне неудачно сделана душевая, помыться чтобы не залить всю ванную водой, невозможно.

Le plus beau séjour de montagne peut être souhaité. Le personnel était si gentil et utile qu'ils ont fait toute l'expérience chauffant le cœur. La situation est top-notch Quels autres demandes ? Les vaches se font paser, les chevaux courent, une montagne verte d'un côté et un pic de neige de l'autre. Les chambres étaient sans place, entièrement équipées avec toutes les installations, et ont une éclaircissement merveilleux.

L'hôtel est tout simplement excellent ! Personnel réactif. Nous sommes arrivés fatigués le matin, Lasha nous a accueillis plus tôt que prévu, sans mots, nous avons pu nous détendre. La chambre est propre, élégante et confortable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin : un sèche-cheveux, des chaussons, plusieurs jeux de serviettes, des chaussons, des sets dentifrice/brosse, des cotons, des écouteurs et même des limes à ongles. Une femme merveilleuse qui garde les chambres propres, souriantes et polies. Merci. Les petits déjeuners sont tout simplement incroyables, ils ont dressé toute la table, une fille et un gars, désolé, je n'ai pas demandé de noms, tout est très savoureux, copieux. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix, mais nous avons été tout simplement impressionnés par la variété des plats. Vous pouvez également déjeuner/dîner. A part, bien sûr, c'est une vue sur les montagnes, les voitures roulent, mais ce bruit ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous avons bien dormi, respirant l'air de la montagne. Je vais joindre quelques photos. Je voudrais terminer ma critique par l'expression : « Tout est pour le peuple ». Je vous souhaite bonne chance et prospérité, je souhaite revenir vers vous et je vous recommanderai à mes amis.

Après avoir longtemps hésité entre l'hôtel touristique le plus fréquenté et d'autres options, je suis tombée par hasard sur les photos de cet hôtel, montrant un magnifique lever de soleil sur les sommets enneigés, sur Taobao. C'était tout simplement époustouflant ! L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas sur la gauche, légèrement en face de l'hôtel principal, et offre une vue imprenable. Il faut compter environ 15 à 20 minutes de marche depuis l'arrêt de bus, en montée, avec les bagages. Nous avons flâné le long du chemin, profitant du paysage. La réceptionniste était aimable et serviable, et nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt. Notre chambre donnait directement sur les montagnes enneigées, et nous avons pu immortaliser le lever de soleil depuis notre balcon le lendemain matin. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais frais, et le restaurant offrait également une superbe vue sur les montagnes. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The hotel’s location is great, especially for skiing beginners. It’s not noisy, and there’s parking available. However, the hotel is old, and the bathroom, bed and room aren’t very good, TV is so old and has only old and not clear channels.

I liked everything: a cozy room with a warm radiator, pleasant service, a good breakfast, and free parking. It’s a convenient location for starting a hike to Gergeti.
