Me gustó el hotel, se ve que es nuevo tiene instalaciones muy bonitas y servicios de todo tipo toda, la gente es muy amable

I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

We upgraded to the Family Suite of three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Every single service person we encountered on the property greeted us with a smile. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. You are right on the ocean. The beach restaurant is excellent and has nightly entertainment with an exceptional vocalist as well as dancers and gymnasts. The on site sit down restaurant had the best gourmet food I have ever had for three meals daily. There is 24 hour room service available as well. The pools were very clean and heated well. The Kids Club had a variety of well thought out and executed activities for all age groups. The kiddie pool was very safe. There was a live Aladdin show while we were there that was so enjoyable for all, then activities after. The daily housekeeping as well as the unit being stocked daily with snacks and beverages was also exceptional.

Derrière la pyramide de Koku Khan, la route est très brisée, l'entrée dans le village est très proche des attractions, mais le prix est bas, entouré de forêts, très calme, j'ai seulement quatre clients dans le magasin quand j'étais là!

Excellent endroit, le personnel très attentif, le excellent repas et les réceptions et bars du lobby très gentils, ainsi que la vue et l'accès à la mer

Je suis allé dans cette localité il y a 2 ans quand il était Grand Fiesta Americana. Le menu et la qualité du restaurant de dîner étaient excellents. Comme Hilton, la qualité de la nourriture dans les restaurants a certainement dépassé de 8 à 5. Le divertissement nocturne est très mauvais. Ils ont besoin de faire des activités de piscine plus amusantes et des spectacles de nuit. Il n'y a rien à faire la nuit après le dîner. Je recommande de travailler sur des menus meilleurs, la qualité de la nourriture et le divertissement. Le restaurant mexicain a principalement de la nourriture américaine. Le restaurant italien a des options très limitées et la nourriture n'est pas bonne. Je ne pouvais même pas manger ma nourriture italienne. Mais la position, le service et la vue de l'hôtel sont excellents. Je déteste écrire des commentaires négatifs mais c'est un commentaire honnête. Merci!

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Siempre he tenido buena experiencia con este hotel solo q la última vez q estuve, el sillón estaba literalmente puerco,y dejaron una botella de refresco vacía en el suelo.

Le centre-ville est très bien situé, mais il est très important de prendre des places pour les visiteurs. La musique en direct chaque nuit, la nourriture a été variée chaque repas, et nous avons reçu un complimentaire repas amélioré, qui était délicieux. Le personnel frontal nous a permis un check-out plus tard, et la propreté du resort est exemplaire!

Servicio excelente buena atención del personal Comida riquísima y una excelente vista Solo un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero si se pedía proporcionaban ventiladores Piscina bastante grande con chapoteadero para niños pequeños y temperatura del agua estupenda Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas
