Hôtels 4 étoiles à Texas, États-Unis

La première chambre que j'ai vérifiée avait un air conditionné aussi lourd qu'un moteur d'avion. La deuxième chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée était bien plus petite que celle que j'avais réservée, mais puisque j'avais un enfant avec moi et quatre sacs, je n'ai pas eu d'objections pour demander un autre changement. La pire partie est que le climatiseur est encore brisé il n'est pas bruyant, mais la température continue à fluctuer entre trop froid et trop chaud.

La communication était grande, il y avait un problème avec la chaleur dans ma chambre et ils ont changé ma chambre sans aucun problème. Il était un peu froid dans le lobby mais autre chose, mon séjour était super!

Nous avons passé un super séjour d'une nuit ! Ils ont même ouvert le café pour que nous puissions prendre des bouteilles d'eau à minuit !

La chambre est satisfaisante, l'hygiène est également très bonne, c'est que le salon de l'hôtel est un peu vieux. Il a toujours été égoutté, les deux extérieurs ont été un peu mal isolés. Il a été réveillé le matin. Le service de réception est très bon, vous pouvez stocker vos bagages gratuitement. C'est que j'ai acheté un hôtel avec un petit déjeuner avec une aide. Je ne comprends pas le petit déjeuner. Le premier jour de la réunion, je suis parti pour le petit déjeuner. Je ne pensais pas à ce problème. Le lendemain, le serveur s'est tourné les yeux blancs. Il a spécialement appelé la liste pour venir chercher un petit déjeuner. Il nous plaint également, ”ne jamais” leur donner un petit déjeuner. Il a perdu la tête de ce problème, mais l'attitude est insensée!

The location is ideal, in downtown Houston, a few blocks away from the convention center and discovery park. The building is beautiful and historic with a gorgeous lobby, comfortable chairs, a cafe/latte/cappuccino machine, and cute restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was on the 12th floor in the rusk house portion of the building which had very nice rooms that were ideal for single people. There was a coffee maker but no fridge, which I did not miss. The bedding was beautiful and had daily housekeeping, nicely appointed products in the bathroom. I had a four night stay and loved everything about the space. I would highly recommend it especially considering how much cheaper it is than other hotels.

I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la promenade fluviale. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Les voituriers nous ont été d'une grande aide pour récupérer notre véhicule à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin et pour porter nos bagages. Super salle de jeux pour toute la famille avec des jeux comme le Monopoly, le Scrabble et les échecs. Le café de l'hôtel proposait des Pop-Tarts géantes et de délicieux cappuccinos ! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, les lits propres et le mini-frigo était très mignon ! Bref, j'ai adoré mon séjour !

The location is nice. The staff is nice. However, they have no hot water. I wasn’t told at check in. So, when I checked out I told them and they were like “yeah, it’s our whole building.” I don’t understand why they wouldn’t tell guests this…especially after a long day’s travel. Anyway, they say they’re getting it fixed but who knows.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
