Il était grand pour ce que nous avons besoin, le sommeil et la douche. C'était une chambre vraiment froide, mais il dormait très satisfaisant. Nat personne peut entrer dans l'ascenseur pour aller aux chambres, il doit avoir une clé pour utiliser l'ascenseur. La sécurité était la meilleure. J'avais aussi un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes que j'avais pu utiliser.

I enjoyed the stay and the employees was super nice. Bed was sofe and love the area.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

La chambre était très belle et mise à jour. La situation était excellente et à une distance de marche au concert Kid Rock. Il était sur la voie navigable, donc il a fait la marche agréable ....proche des restaurants aussi. Le parking dans le garage de l'hôtel est abordable à 17 $ pour 24 heures.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse, bien située en centre-ville. Cependant, les équipements étaient un peu vétustes ; il n'y avait pas d'interrupteur général pour les lumières, il fallait donc les éteindre une par une. J'y ai passé six nuits et la chambre n'a été nettoyée que deux fois. Il y avait une machine à café et un réfrigérateur, mais pas de bouilloire. Dans l'ensemble, le prix était correct. D'ailleurs, l'ascenseur de l'immeuble est extrêmement lent ; en semaine, il faut compter entre 5 et 10 minutes d'attente.

停車免費，自有停車場足夠位置。離德州大學Austin 分校、德州議會大廈片區很近。早餐在一樓的飯店內進行，美式早餐常見品種，不過不失，沒什麼亮點但也能吃飽。缺點是窗式空調太吵，淋浴水不夠大。因為懶得換又訂了一晚，前台服務人員比較有耐心，前一晚的按金退得挺快。一樓有家壽司店，門口有衹大黃蜂。

La première chambre que j'ai vérifiée avait un air conditionné aussi lourd qu'un moteur d'avion. La deuxième chambre qu'ils m'ont donnée était bien plus petite que celle que j'avais réservée, mais puisque j'avais un enfant avec moi et quatre sacs, je n'ai pas eu d'objections pour demander un autre changement. La pire partie est que le climatiseur est encore brisé il n'est pas bruyant, mais la température continue à fluctuer entre trop froid et trop chaud.

L'hôtel était très bon. Le seul plainte que j'ai eu était que j'avais ma Do Non Enter/ Non Disturber (ne sais pas ce qu'il a dit) pendant sur la porte quand je suis allé au magasin. J'avais l'argent qui était laissé sur le compteur et d'autres valeurs que je n'avais pas mis dans le cc sécurisé, je n'avais pas le temps de la jeter là.

Great Service, Lovely Breakfast — but Room Noise and In-Room Dining Could Improve I recently stayed at the Thompson Houston and overall had a great experience, especially thanks to the excellent service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Their attention to detail really made me feel welcomed, and I was touched when they surprised me with a graduation cake — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a highlight. The food was fresh and well-prepared, and once again, the service stood out. Dining in the morning felt like a treat thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. That said, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. The room was quite noisy, even late into the night. It was hard to relax or fall asleep with the amount of outside noise coming through. Also, I ordered in-room dining on two occasions. On the first day, everything was great. However, the next day the fries were noticeably soggier, the salad was just a bowl of greens with six tiny avocado cubes, and — most concerning — the aioli on the side looked like it had already been used. Overall, Thompson Houston left a positive impression on me, mostly due to its exceptional staff and quality breakfast. I hope they can improve the soundproofing and ensure consistency in their in-room dining service.
