Hôtels 4 étoiles à Virginie, États-Unis

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

Les installations de la chambre ne sont pas bonnes, l'hygiène est également bonne, il y a un supermarché près de l'hôtel, il est également très pratique, aller à Cassie est également très proche, à environ dix minutes de marche, le service est également très bon

Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

L'hôtel dispose d'une excellente position. Les chambres sont grandes, le lit est grand, la salle de bains est de taille normale. Il est un hôtel ancien qui ne l'entretient pas et ne le rénovét pas. Il a des tapis vieux et sales, il est désagréable de se baigner parce que l'eau sort de la baignoire, le toit de la baignoire a des manches d'humidité, les ascenseurs ne sont pas propres. Ils font le service de nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour par la voie. Les cartes de la porte ne s'ouvrent pas bien. Le petit déjeuner est bien, mais très basique et tout avec des outils à jeter, et il n'y a pas de manteau sur la table. C'est dommage, car c'est peut-être un grand hôtel.

La chambre était totalement propre, le lit était confortable. La salle de bain n'était pas à mes normes, autour de la douche elle avait construit de la saleté et l'intérieur de la douche. Le sol n'était pas swap dans la salle de bains. Le lit du canapé était cassé, donc ma fille et j'ai dû faire le lit pour le réparer... un séjour en général bien.

Il y a plusieurs séjours, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.

L'hôtel est un peu difficile à rencontrer et peut utiliser de meilleurs signaux dans les halls, les ascenseurs, les routes, etc. Le lit était confortable, j'étais dans la chambre 419 et le miroir de vanité était brisé sur un côté, et la douche a montré des signes de moulage. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour, mais je n'ai pas reçu de café. La plus grande plainte est que j'ai demandé un check-out tardif pendant la réservation, au check-in et le matin de départ. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Da ich zuvor bereits in anderen Häusern der Kette übernachtet hatte, hing die Messlatte hoch. Dieses Haus konnte sie nicht reissen, es blieb unter den Erwartungen. Das von mir genutzte Zimmer war recht klein, ebenso das Badezimmer. Es war sehr ruhig und sauber, wirkte allerdings - wie auch die Präsentation des Frühstücks - lieblos. Eine für abreisende Gäste sicherlich interessante Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden; da der Rezeptionist nicht aus der Gegend war, konnte er zu Waschsalons keine Auskunft geben.

On the positive side, the location is excellent - in a peaceful neighborhood, yet I was in easy walking distance to the Convention Center and lots else, with a centrol location for pretty much wherever you’d like to go, as well as decent parking options.  It is also a lovely historic property full of character.  On the flip side of being old, it seems that every door sticks when you try to open or close it and it is not friendly for those who need accessibility, with stairs here and there you have to lug your suitcase up.  Back on the bright side, the little black cat who hangs out around the place is adorable and sweet and made my day whenever I ran into it.
