L'hôtel est propre, confortable et dispose d'une atmosphère chaude et moderne. Le personnel était étonnant. Le gestionnaire m'a accueilli avant l'entrée, ce qui m'a fait sentir bienvenue immédiatement. Et le portier Timur, me rencontre toujours avec un sourire chaud et des yeux gentils. Il se sentait en sécurité et presque comme rentrer chez moi. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour moi. Grâce à cet hôtel, j'ai encore plus apprécié Bukhara. Je recommanderais à mes amis et je voudrais rester à nouveau.

Wonderful staff, but the hotel is a compromise The staff here are genuinely lovely — warm, attentive, and always willing to help. That's the highlight of the stay, and it deserves real credit. But the hotel itself is a compromise. The main draw is the outdoor pool, which is excellent — and honestly, there's nothing of this quality anywhere else in the city. The problem is everything around it. The hotel sits far from the historic center, so you're dependent on taxis to get anywhere worth seeing. The views from the rooms look out onto old Soviet-era buildings with little charm, and there's a layer of dust over everything. The pool is where the real frustrations begin. It's open to non-guests for a fee, which means it's frequently overcrowded — especially on weekends, when there's often simply no space. Many of the local visitors behave with little regard for others: jumping in, shouting, treating it like a public party rather than a hotel pool. Some show up and drink heavily. During our stay there was a man who was completely, falling-down drunk — he stumbled and nearly cracked his head open several times. The staff had no idea how to handle it. They let him lie around, swim, even dance, while children of paying guests were right there in the water nearby. For a spa team, this is real unprofessionalism — there was no intervention, no sense of safety, no management of the situation at all. On top of that, Sundays are women-only days, with men not allowed in at all. I understand the intent, but if you've traveled here and paid specifically for the pool, that's a significant loss - because without the pool, the hotel is honestly rather grim and uninteresting. In short: the people who work here are kind, and the pool is the best in town. But the location, the surroundings, the overcrowding, and especially the spa staff's inability to maintain a safe, professional environment make this a place you choose despite its flaws, not because of them.

Les conditions d'hygiène de l'hôtel sont bonnes, mais il y a des élévateurs à distance de la ville antique, en particulier dans la ville antique de Bharra. Il faut aller très loin du point de repos de la nuit pour prendre un taxi. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup plus nombreux, mais il y a plusieurs plats chauds, il y a un sentiment de chauffage inépuisable, tous chauds, goûts généraux.

La chambre est très belle avec beaucoup d'équipements, les lits sont confortables et il y a même une cuisine pour cuisine légère. Il est situé très près de l'attraction principale et vous pouvez facilement marcher partout. Le petit déjeuner était aussi bon, j'ai tellement apprécié! Il sera livré à la chambre chaque matin et il y a peu d'options à choisir. Hakim est très aimable, utile et attentif. Il m'a même imprimé des cartes d'attraction de Bukhara avec une liste de restaurants recommandés. Même moi seul, je me sentais très sûr et bienvenu. Le prix est très abordable, aussi compte tenu de la localisation et du service. Très recommandé pour tous les types de voyageurs, en particulier les voyageurs de femmes seules 🫶🏻

L'hôtel se trouve dans une ruelle à côté de la route principale, à seulement deux minutes à pied de la place des sculptures d'Afanti. La cour est magnifique, la décoration a des caractéristiques locales et un luxe moderne; la chambre est très grande, les installations intérieures sont intelligentes et l'ensemble est neuf; le petit-déjeuner est fourni pour chaque personne et la table est remplie de nourriture abondante; J'aime le plus le hamac et le plafond étoilé sur le toit, c'est super confortable pour se balancer la nuit.

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

L'hôtel n'est pas dans la vieille ville, mais par taxi pour se rapprocher assez. Il était un peu bruyant des voitures sur la rue (visualité de la ville). Le petit déjeuner était normal, varié, il y avait des fraises, céréales, abris au milieu de mai. Le centre de l'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de l'hôtel.

Very traditional and beautiful decoration. Friendly and helpful reception gentleman. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to the Famous Pond. We had a very big breakfast. It was stunning! Enjoy everything in Shohnishin!

Очень красивый отель с прекрасным обслуживанием, в пешей доступности от старого города. Нам предоставили семейный номер, состоящий из двух стандартов, соединенных межкомнатной дверью, очень удобно для 4 человек! В номере есть все необходимое, хороший ремонт и удобная мебель. На ресепшн помогли со всеми вопросами - забронировать столик в ресторане, осуществить обмен валюты и проч. Единственное, что немножко огорчило - достаточно скромный по сравнению с Хивой и Самаркандом завтрак, горячих блюд было мало, выпечка в заводских упаковках, зато неплохой кофе.

Le patron aide automatiquement les clients à déplacer leurs bagages. Le sourire est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est ordonné et le meilleur repas est le blé.
