We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

J'ai vu les bonnes critiques du public. Je suis passé par cet hôtel pour rester. Il y a un grand garage hors sol à l'entrée. Je suis entré dans le hall de l'hôtel avec mes bagages. La jeune femme qui s'est enregistrée à la porte est la clé point. Je me souviens encore clairement que je m'appelle Liu Xiaoyu. C'est beau et sympathique. Cela m'a non seulement aidé à améliorer le type de chambre, mais m'a aussi donné des souvenirs. Le sentiment d'être à la maison m'a fait avoir une super bonne impression de la ville de Shijiazhuang. J'ai senti le niveau de service global de l'hôtel. Bien que les installations intérieures ne soient pas des hôtels à jour, mais elles sont toutes contrôlées intelligemment et équipées de fonctions de purification de l'air. Lors du changement de chambre, le personnel a demandé de l'eau pour faire du thé, et résolument apporté un seau d'eau. On peut dire que cet hôtel attache une grande importance aux clients et gère des employés. Bref, c'est très bien 👍

超級滿意的一次住宿體驗！她家是我住過的第二家讓我覺很乾凈很乾凈很乾凈的酒店。應該算是當地的老牌酒店，但是酒店【設施維護的很好】！一點都舊不破！ 【位置】：【住宿安靜】【交通便利】，離山海關很近，離老龍頭十多分鐘的車程。附近【吃飯也很方便】，她家【福臨門酒店】的飯也好吃，可以送到房間。我們衹挖沙子趕海，老龍頭的免費沙灘浴場有小魚小螃蟹，連着去了兩天。 【價格】：【同樣品質】的酒店她家很便宜！！！ 【衞生】：【超級棒！！！】 從大門口——辦理入住大廳——客房，都很整潔，很乾凈。保潔阿姨一直在擦擦擦👏 看酒店衞生，最先看的就是衞生間。她家衞生間乾淨沒有異味兒，也很乾爽。一個酒店的衞生間都很用心的去打掃，其他就不用太擔心了。洗澡是大噴頭。 房間也是超級乾淨！沒有異味！就是很棒！ 【早餐】：好吃呀～品類不多，但都很好吃，食材新鮮，隨時補少了的餐食。牛奶咖啡粥，主食，涼菜炒菜，水果，小點心。 【服務】： 保安大哥可負責了，每次停車都會在車位幫忙看着。 酒店客房部服務員小姐姐們服務超級貼心，合理的要求全都很盡心的去服務。看我們帶着倆寶寶還給我們升級了房間。特別感謝👍 房間很多，如果想入住，可以提前撥打酒店電話問有沒有空房。 下次來山海關還要住【福臨門酒店】！

Our stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

感覺一定要評論點啥，這是五星級的喜來登嗎？但是我真的很無語： 首先是停車難。酒店門口有停車位，數量也還可以，我們晚上五點多到的，不算晚，但是沒有地方停車了，保安讓我們繞到酒店後面，我們也不知道情況，繞了一圈也沒有，又回到酒店樓前，保安説就是要停到樓後的大馬路上…然後走過來，大冷天，黑布隆冬的…樓門前的臨停車位不少，不讓停，説明天有劇組什麼的要留…但是明明就是有車停着呢！氣死！這要是王府井我也就不説啥了，您這裏這麼大地方，沒法停車？不規劃停車，讓客人大黑天拖着行李走好幾百米…無語至極！ 然後入住，酒店沒有小童圍欄，這個都好説，但是這個洗澡的也是絕了，頂噴一打開，水都是從頂噴與牆之間的大縫子裏出來的，感覺再開一會頂噴就要掉下來了，花灑也是一打開水挺大的，然後調到熱水立馬就就是小細水了…然後就是枕頭巨高，睡了一覺頭暈…床軟…電視小…窗簾破大洞…最最最無語的是酒店配的梳子，八百年前不到透明塑料梳子…現在我不知道還有什麼酒店還在用…震驚到我了！ 酒店的工作人員態度都很好，就是用很好的態度和你不停的説對不起… 總而言之，我沒覺得我住的是五星級的酒店！真是開了眼了，喜來登的水平震驚我了！不會再住，也不會推薦！

J'adore cet endroit! L'ambiance est totalement géniale et c'est un endroit agréable pour se détendre avec de nombreuses activités à faire, même si malheureu*****t nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit ici car nous n'avions prévu que de faire une randonnée à Jin Shan Ling, mais nous reviendrons certainement pour en savoir plus au prochain tour ! Le service et l'hospitalité sont excellents et absolument reconnaissants d'avoir un personnel aussi sympathique, super sympathique et chaleureux. L'hôtel était près de Jin Shan Ling (à environ 5 minutes en voiture) et ils ont même proposé de nous conduire et de venir nous chercher à l'hôtel et à Jin Shan Ling. Au sein de l'hôtel, ils craignaient que nous ayons froid, alors ils nous ont emmenés dans notre chambre car notre chambre était à quelques minutes à pied et nous sont allés chercher de notre chambre au hall lorsque nous voulions passer du temps dans leurs zones de détente qui se sont transformées en vraiment relaxant. Ils ont servi des repas très somptueux, notamment un ensemble de fondues, idéal pour l'hiver, et nous ont même offert des plats gratuits dans le cadre du solstice d'hiver. L'un des membres du personnel, Henry Zhang, nous a fait visiter leur centre d'exposition, montrant les différentes zones pittoresques de 四季山, 金山岭 et 北京城 ! Nous avons apprécié le partage d’expérience de sa part et l’explication des différents sites d’attraction, apprécions le geste doux car il n’avait pas vraiment besoin de le faire mais il l’a fait ! La chambre était absolument géniale et spacieuse, extrêmement propre et confortable avec des radiateurs à l'intérieur des toilettes, ce qui était super sympa. C'était une bonne nuit de sommeil pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était leurs plats locaux qui étaient super aussi et très copieux (petits pains, œufs, porridge, bâtonnets de pâte, plats froids spéciaux). Dans l’ensemble, nous n’avons eu aucune plainte à redire dès notre arrivée, nous avons vraiment adoré l’expérience et cela nous donne vraiment envie de réserver un autre voyage ici bientôt ! 特别喜欢这里的服务，在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人，令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

Excellent location that’s a short walk away from the ski slopes, really big rooms that came with a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast had some interesting and tasty options and the sauna upstairs was nice in winter. Only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped so we couldn’t cook anything ourselves! Overall it was a good stay!

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
